Terrible experience from start to finish. I was given a quote over the phone, but when they arrived, they offered me way less—almost half. Total bait and switch. The driver was rude and in a rush, and they tried to pressure me into signing paperwork before I even agreed to the new price.
Customer service was useless when I called to complain. They don’t seem to care about honesty or keeping their word. I wasted an entire day waiting around, and I still don’t have my car sold.
