Ernie and Anthony are the most DISRESPECTFUL people ever. Felt immediately threatened at this store all because they did not want to give me a warranty on a part. They cursed out my mom for absolutely no reason and tried to kick her out the store. They don’t know how to talk to people. UPDATE: Nobody was rude. All that was wanted was a warranty on a part and it was made a big deal. I work in customer service, and no matter how “rude” a customer is, I STILL respect them and treat them as everybody else would wanted to be treated. Not going ahead and cursing at them and calling them out their name. Don’t try to come on here and flip the script.
Very rude people I was on the phone with them and they gave me a really bad attitude avoid this place I will not recommend it to anybody. I know they need to change their entire staff.
