This place is very bad, I have been robbed, I have been scammed, the customer service is very bad. I felt intimidated, I do not recommend it.
Besides, they don't like to give a guarantee and the parts they sell are of very poor quality, because they buy them back, they don't have them. They call some car dealers to buy them.
Unfortunately there is a Facebook Marketplace page posing as this business and scamming people out of money, with that being said this is a real location and a great place! The ACTUAL owner of this business is wholesome and honest, I highly recommend them.
Poor customer service, I called at least 20 times today just for them to tell me to hold on, so I drove there to see how busy they were... guess what there wasn’t a customer in sight only two cashiers just casually talking amongst eachother, so I went back to my car and called again... guess what, they put me on hold. So I ended up going next door to LKQ. I wish I could give you guys zero stars
I asked if any Toyota Camry inside,the guy said yes least 2 of them. They charged me and l've got in,guess what? no camry inside!l went to get my money back. They said they wouldn't give money back and sorry probably they removed cantor's. I asked to speak manager dishonest funny face blonde women said she is the manager and not giving back.They cheaters. Go next door.
Horrible customer service. Employees are rude. Prices are high. Part was damaged, asked to speak to manager to see if there was a better price... And the manager did not get up, make eye contact, even acknowledge us and dropped price 1 cent. SMH.
I called and placed my order. With 30 mins the caller said they'd pulled my driver window item. Super fast. Super knowledgeable. V reasonable prices. Thank goodness I passed n called in!
These guys were great ! I bought a hard to find engine and although it was no good and had no warranty they settled it without an issue . THEY HAD NO OBLIGATION TO DO ANYTHING ! Thank You!!!

I've had good and bad experience at this place, but been that we are only human , this place is way more than five star. I promise you if you go to this place with a good attitude , trust me, you will get a good deal.

I visit this place to check for some parts that i needed. While i was checking in, the guy pull out his personal phone and took a picture of me. When i ask him why he wouldn't answer me, So i went and talk to the manager about what had happened, he was very disrespectful and rude. I think they treated me like this because of my race and color. "Shame on all of you"
Went there to buy a used rim. Found one and brought it up to the counter and the first check out guy tries to charge me 80 bucks on a used rim, which I could get from a better place for 15 bucks flat if I wasn't in a hurry. Tell him I only got 50 in my wallet and I start bringing it back to the rack. Boss sees me putting the rim back and asks me about and I tell him I'm not paying 80 bucks for a rim and he was surprised that I told him someone was ringing me up for 80. Asks me how much I have on me, I tell him 50, he brings me up to another checkout guy and tells him "50 out the door". Checkout guy tries to argue up the price, boss tells him "50 out the door". Checkout guy acts insanely rude to me, muttering instructions under his breath then screaming it out at me after the 3rd time I ask to hear what he's saying. Terrible service, outrageously bad prices

If you're selling scrap, M&L seems to offer top dollar at most current rates
They are plain rude. I went with my dad a some time ago and we asked a simple question about a part's availabilty and they gave us a really nasty attitude for no reason.
I always get a fair deal on Used and New auto parts at M&L auto parts.Ive been a resident of Ft.lauderdale for 60 yrs.I remember alot of Junk yards in my life.But I have to say.M&L is to me better than U pull it.M&L is more organized yard and they're counter employees always treat me well and are very knowledgeable about they're Job and parts.I seriously give them 5 stars compaired to other AKA junk yards.So If your looking for Parts for your vehicle.dont go anywhere without stopping by M&L Auto wrecking first.if they don't have it they can order it in most cases.
A place to just rest while the breeze was blowing (at the time) and pick up some parts or accessories that we found. Very kind business men and women who respected you, and had great courtesy
Joseph B and Pablo were amazing. Very attentive and knowledgeable. As a woman we are often taken advantage of in the auto world but They were able to get me exactly what I needed and in a timely manner. I highly recommend M&L wrecking for all of your auto parts needs.

Great customer service, fair prices and a really clean and organized establishment with an absurd amount of cars. Very helpful, was directed straight to the car i needed my hood from. they even used a crane to bring it back to the front.
The prices for some parts are absolutely highway robbery. Prices for things like alternators, starters, and other things are the same as if you order new parts online and sit on your but while the new part is shipped. All of the cars are laid on the ground, so you can't get anything from under the cars. There's no wheelbarrow rental, so you have to haul your tools in, and haul your parts out. Prices are twice as what they are at U-PULL-IT next door. Complete waste of time unless they have a part you just can't get anywhere else. They wanted over $60 for an alternator I had to pull myself, and could have gotten remanufactured to my door for what they wanted for a junkyard part pulled myself. No thanks.
Worst possible place to do business, all these people are trying to do is take your money. they sold the part they supposedly "Held" for us and then had the nerve to charge us a re-stocking fee. are you guys kidding me, and the nerve to say we didn't get the warranty. FOR WHAT ITS A JUNK YARD wow is all i have to say. no wonder there hardly on the google map
