Fast and very professional service. My bike died on I-75 and Richard arrived as promised and not one minute later. I was very satisfied with his service and will use him again if I ever need to (hope never!).
By far the greatest customer experience I've ever had with Richard. I was leaving a funeral back towards airport when rental car broke down. I was losing my cool because nobody would drive 100 miles from ft Lauderdale to where I was in Moore Haven until Miami Dade Towing Service came through. He comforted me on the phone(I'm sure i sounded nuts, fearing I'd miss my flight) and he even sent me updates of how close he was getting to me. I made my flight all thanks to Richard, thank you Richard you were my savior that day!! We also had some seriously awesome conversations on the way to airport, made me feel great :)
