The wait was long, and it took a long time to change four tires. After they started working on my vehicle they told me their credit card machine is down so I had to walk a couple blocks to an ATM inside of a hole in the wall bar where people watched me as if I was robbing the place considering I had to make multiple withdrawals from the ATM because you can only pull out $200 at a time, and it costs $4 per transaction. When I left the bar with the cash I turned around and noticed 4 people step outside the bar watching me to see if I got in a vehicle or what I was doing. When I got back to this auto shop I noticed there was an atm, but the ATM was empty so it made me believe that their credit card machine supposedly being down is probably a shady way to get cash only.
Overall it got the job done but it was far from convenient or user-friendly.
I needed a hard to find part for my F150 truck recently.
I called Rocco's and they said they could have it in 2 days. No problem, it wasn't an emergency.
2 hours later they called me back and said they had the part ready, in Belle Glade where I work.
Very convenient.
The staff at the Belle Glade location are super friendly, fast and got me the part I needed while saving over $200.00 for the repair.

I am building a truck/car playhouse for my 2 Grandson’s . I called 2 Pull & Pay Junk yards to find some old steering wheels, gauges and switches to complete the build And I wasn’t given the time of day. One of them put me on “forever” hold . I called Rocco’s and talked to Mike. Wow , what a difference. He Said to come in and he would help. Well Help he did. Mike came up with 2 Steering Wheels, a complete guage cluster, an A/C Control panel, and 3 other parts to use. I held my breath and asked how much? He said hope the kids enjoy. I tried to pay but he wouldn’t let me. U don’t find places like this everyday. Well I know where I am going for all my car needs in the future. And I know two kids in a few years who will be building their first car with parts from Rocco’s. Thanks Mike , the kids are going to love it.

Most places would not have the parts I need. Rocco's would and if they do not have it will do research to make sure they get it for you. Prices are lower than most with warranty and great customer service. Paul was really helpful today. Thank you for being reliable.
Horrible service. Rocco the owner hung up the phone on us after sending us 2 hours away for nothing. We questioned why he would act like he was a different person even slightly disgusting his voice eachtime we called back. Rocco the owner reassured us 4 different times they had what we needed and it was availble for pick up eachtime. Poor quality service. Avoid this unprofessional jerk.

Honest and up-front about everything, they went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed even though I had limited info on my part.

This was the best auto part store I have been to in Florida. I received a awesome price for my part and the customer service was great as well. It was so great I remember the rep who helped me which was Paul. He was amazing as well as referring me to a body shop the will install my part for a wonderful price. Anyone needs parts go to this company first.
Very misleading, horrible customer service and did not honer restocking fee of 25% , in which is clearly stated on receipt. I even offered to pay a higher percentage, but Paul and Rocco were not being reasonable. I was also told the part that i purchased was brand new, well come to find out it was used, not only that but it was a non working part. So now I am stuck with a difected part that i have no use of and $135.00 which i wont get back. Then they came up with this story how they purchased the part from a vendor and blah blah blah. So i asked "well can you give me the name of the vendor"? Well we work with over ex amount of vendors and thats bad for business... Its been nothing but excuse after excuse with them. Please just stay clear away, go to dealship or auto part store where you are guranteed a refund, because these guys are sharks, liers and thieves!
Got a (perfectly good) used alternator for my 2003 Saturn Vue 2.2L at an incredible price. It came with a 90 day warranty, which is typically more (by two months) than what I was used to. Paul is extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Rocco's for their customer service and accuracy of parts delivery. Five stars all day. Until next time, Rocco's!!
