I accompanied my husband to recycle some materials we had that needed recycling. We had no idea what we were doing, but we arrived at this place and a nice young buyer explained and guided us on how to sort our materials. The prices were very good for copper and aluminum, and the place was clean and organized. I definitely recommend this place.
I like this place ussualy but today. I have to give a bad review because of one of th Weight washer boys. He was rude and he had a bad behavior to me and my wife. They shouldn’t have someone like that working at costumer service. It is a shame because I was a regular but they are more recycling places.
I like this place usually but today I went with15 lbs of clean brass.A 3 lb faucet had 2 little aluminum washers the weight of a feather turned my 15 lbs into dirty brass.I went to contest and they said get away from the scale.Never the less I have no clean brass on my ticket.If you contest some take it personal.When I walked away they laughed and said" must be Trumps son".I dont have Trump on me or my vehicle.My tag says disabled veteran in red white and blue.I dont even vote.Why is everything personal and political?I just wanted to be treated fairly.
I was at this place last week with aluminum and copper and they gave me a good price, they have a very clean yard, there is a young man Luis who will answer any type of question very kindly, I recommend this place

I don't have much experience scrapping but I did watch lots of YouTube videos and know that the copper I brought in to get scrapped was bright. Right out of Romex cable, the solid ground copper wire. but I noticed when I got to the payout they gave me number two price. It was only 11 lb maybe the 1 oz of copper ground clamps, which I could have easily removed from the pile, made it number two but nobody told me anything. That takes the fun out of trying to strip insulation off wire for a Hussle
Took a elderly gentleman out to recycle his metals and the gentleman at the receiving dock Was so helpful divided the different metals for me which I didn’t really understand andAnd the cashier was able to come out and help my friend Andy who can barely walk I am so grateful for their extreme amount help it was a pleasure doing business there
Called twice regarding clean steel hurricane panels, and specified "clean steel". Spoke to 2 separate people, Joanna and Anna. They both quoted 45 cents per pound for dumping. Arrived and Victor at front gate said that price doesn't sound correct. He and Hector were pleasant, but offered no assistance in getting a supervisor. Both said, "sorry nothing I can do". Joanna and Anna should stay in their trailer cubicle and not work any other business, otherwise would feel sorry for those businesses. Leadership obviously takes a 5 year olds mentality of "I didn't do it". Imagine if every business & retailer they dealt with operated that way....
I tired to bring in two signs that weighed approximately 900lbs each. Each sign had about 50 lb of plastic on it. I was told that there was too much plastic and they would not buy it. I've scrap these exact same signs at least 50 other times in four different states never once had this issue. Not to mention I see them accepting household appliances which you're filled with plastic and insulation.
Very positive visit. The greeter, Victor, seemed happy to see everyone who pulled up. The next gentleman at the staging area was also very helpful. All of the guys at the off loading area were very helpful and friendly. Everything with the cashier went very easy. After that was a brief visit to their ATM, and out came my cash!
I'm very concerned about getting a flat tire while visiting scrap yards. Their place was very clean. We saw a tractor with a magnet behind it they use for picking up stuff like that.
Been there several times .Never have to wait long even when busy .Place runs very smoothly overall.I drive past several scrap yards coming from Jupiter just bec of the good service and prices.
This is the place to go! After working at a large Scrap metal yard in Washington state for many year's. I can say that I was impressed with their facility. Very professional! Polite, helpful, and friendly staff. I will not hesitate to return to Palm Beach Metal. I'll NEVER go to (Capital metal Recycling) again.
I come here every 2 weeks and every time has been a really good experience the staff is very nice and Victor especially is very good at his job and is always trying his best to help everyone out
A organization place compares to others bet worst paying every. Tryed to bring them over 4K lbs of dirty motor and they told me that it’s considered steel and I would get 2¢. Went to the one under 95 and Belvedere, got 15¢ for it. The staff seem half happy and half rude. They lost my metal for sure
Lowest prices in the market horrible experience,and on top of everything the stuff was very rude except for the guy in the front. I would never go there again or will recommend anyone to go there
