  Representative over the phone was thorough and very patient....however setting the pick up of the vehicle did not meet expectations. Was told I would be given an hour heads up...I was given 10 minutes....not too convenient when you work M-F. Other than that....got the check as promised....logged my complaint. Done deal. Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pick up time confusion.

  The process of selling my car was smooth and easy. I sent them photos, and they sent me an offer. Once I agreed to the offer, we scheduled a pick up and a tow truck came to get my car 2 days later and gave me a check at the time of pickup. Very easy; I’d definitely sell to them again.

  Everything went extremely well with the price and arranging pick up of my vehicle. The only flaw was the pick up was supposed to have a call ahead which would give me time to get to the pick up location……did not happen. I did not know in addition to the title a bill of sale was required. Otherwise 5 star review.

  They called and came in the time frame they said they would. The tow truck driver was nice and very courteous. Had my check ready for me once they got the info title was good immediately. Would definitely use them again, best price out of all the others I contacted. 200-300 MORE than the other companies offered too. Definitely a huge help atm!
