Representative over the phone was thorough and very patient....however setting the pick up of the vehicle did not meet expectations. Was told I would be given an hour heads up...I was given 10 minutes....not too convenient when you work M-F. Other than that....got the check as promised....logged my complaint. Done deal. Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pick up time confusion.
The process of selling my car was smooth and easy. I sent them photos, and they sent me an offer. Once I agreed to the offer, we scheduled a pick up and a tow truck came to get my car 2 days later and gave me a check at the time of pickup. Very easy; I’d definitely sell to them again.
Cash for cars offers good deals but the representative Carlos gave out wrong information and when I tried to get in contact with him in regard to fixing the issue at hand he never responded back to me and completely ignored my concerns. He was only looking for a sale and didn’t take the time to understand the needs of the customer .That was horrible customer service overall.

If your looking for the sign to sell your crash or unwanted vehicle this is it...I'm not gonna lie at first I didn't trust it until I was at work and someone came in with the logo on his shirt and I questioned him about it then I proceeded with the process... let me tell u these ppl were so patient with me because because my car had to get picked up from a business place so they needed verification from they and boy was a that hassle. But everything worked out great tow truck driver was very nice even dropped me home AND YES I DID GET MY CHECK AND CASHED IT.

Seller beware. If you're looking to sell your car without a title, look elsewhere. I was given one quote online, then another on the phone. After doing some comparative shopping, I decided to move forward with the company only to be told I needed a title or my car would be worth a whopping $283. (The original online offer was $500+. I know that my car is worth more, considering it had new parts put on it before I decided to sell it). So why give me the original option of selling my car without a title? Very inconsistent from the moment you put in your information online.

Their vehicle price offer was very fair, and saved us a headache from selling the vehicle ourselves. From the beginning til the vehicle pick up everyone was super professional! Everything went extremely well with the price and arranging pick up of my vehicle. The only flaw was the pick up was supposed to have a call ahead which would give me time to get to the pick up location……did not happen. I did not know in addition to the title a bill of sale was required. Otherwise 5 star review.
Very happy. I did not accept their first offer as I wanted to explain a couple of items as their questions on line did not address some specifics. I called the company and discussed with them the problems we are having with the car. They listened and dropped their offer price a little. I was very satisfied with the lower offer and this way there were no surprises on either end of the transaction. Tow truck showed up and took the car. The driver was polite and was at the home when he said he would be. If I could, I would give them more stars.
They called and came in the time frame they said they would. The tow truck driver was nice and very courteous. Had my check ready for me once they got the info title was good immediately. Would definitely use them again, best price out of all the others I contacted. 200-300 MORE than the other companies offered too. Definitely a huge help atm!

I was honestly expecting her to tell me to call back when I’ve gather the info but she went the extra miles and looked it up. I accepted the offer. Confirmed the info with someone else. The driver called me a few hours later to confirm he’ll be there the next day by 9am. And done !
Anthony is the type of employee that customers are looking for because he understands who his customers are and their likely needs. If it wasn’t for him I probably would have given up on this company. I was in an accident and therefore had to act quickly with no added obstacles. The other representatives I spoke with couldn’t understand that and treated me like a number in the queue. He came across as honest, knowledgeable and most important trustworthy. I’ve had to deal with doctors, lawyers, insurance agents, and wreckage workers and he ranks above them all next to EMTs and nurses. He should be rewarded and thanked for his service to customer, company and country.
