I used to come here to get parts for my truck. I recommended this to a friend turns out someone that works there gets the parts off the trucks that he thinks have some value so by the time you get there you won't be able to buy it at the price LKQ has them. Example. I've been chasing a hood for my truck every now and then the hood gets in. The guy bought the hood. When I got there it was on a shelf on the right when you walked in. I asked about the hood they said someone bought it already. Then the guy that works there cheking the parts that you're buying told me:"When it gets to my house it'll be $500, that's a hard hood to find" one of my friends ended up buying the hood on saturday from him. For $250 literally inside of the junk yard. It was a black ram 1500 that got in on friday september 19
The entrance fee process should be only collecting money. The look up of vehicles should be done separately window or optional. That way the people can get in faster and begin getting parts.
The yard is very dirty and full of white chalky powder. The rows are full of trash. You could trip and get hurt or something can go through your work boots very unsafe place fine.
Got what I needed, although I do believe did they add a lot of extra charges that are not needed like a $17 dollar warranty on aluminum rims actually it's the core if you don't watch it they will add core return charges and a whole bunch of other things how to make your payment on used items a little bit high

Adding guarantees charges to parts without notifying the buyer. Adding almost 30% of the total price as gurantees that you dont wven inform your customer of is illegal.

I came back with my core and they refused to pay me, but they already took my parts away so I couldn’t grab them to take them to get scrap for the cost. This is after I wait in line for 20 minutes and after somebody initialed and accepted my parts that the cashier refused to pay me. Complete trash.
We were looking for 2 doors for a 2008 Lincoln MKZ and Marlene was great. She was very pleasant and responsive to our needs. After looking at vehicles 15 minutes we got rained out and Marlene gave us free passes to come back another day to go through the listing of cars to find our doors. Thank Marlene for all your help!!
I needed a spare tire for my new to me car. I was nervous to not have one. I’ve never been to a place like this, I’m completely going in blind. I walked up, my fellow Massachusetts girl Marlene got me right, found the part, told me how to maneuver what looked like real life Radiator Springs junkyard from Cars, as the dark clouds literally rolled in, I got it out of the old car, and into mine as hail poured from the FL sky… took less than 25 mins all in all. Marlene was knowledgeable and super friendly. AND you get pink wristbands like your in a club!

I asked her if she could have another employee to open additional register to move the line faster as the wait was really long. She told me “it is what it is” and if I did not like it then I can go somewhere else. Seriously ??? Is that how you treat customers LKQ???? You need to fix this problem and fast with people like this working at your company otherwise your business will be heading in the wrong direction. Not going back there and neither are my friends. A year ago this was a great place to pull your parts from. Now the prices and customer service is horrible. The woman at the checkout counter are beyond rude. I got charged for a warranty I didn’t ask for and when I ask for it to be removed she lied and said she couldn’t do it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Place is a rip off now. They expect you to tell them what car you pulled the part off of and that effects the price. It's basically Facebook marketplace prices but you have to do all the work. And they never have wheel barrels. Go next door. It's a better junkyard with friendlier people
I used to come here about a year ago and it was fair pricing. Now it’s a rip off! $65 dollars for a used coil pack? And the way they hound you when coming in to sign in. Place lost its vibe and friendliness.

I even left a part in my bag by accident, and they kindly safeguarded it for me until I returned. The organization of the yard is top-notch; I found my car immediately.

Her expertise in auto parts is unmatched, and she even offered me a 90-day warranty for a small additional fee, just in case. The whole team here is outstanding, creating a genuinely positive environment that makes you eager to return. It was indeed a pleasure to have met this lady by the name of LORI and her staff. Excellent service from the helpful staff. Good advice, great knowledge on the vehicles. The most important information I got was to take the insurance?. (If that's what it is called) and I did because I wasent sure about the part that I was looking for. Thank goodness I did.

Great selection, affordable parts. My only complaint is the lady that rings everything up. She has such a nasty attitude, if you ask her a question about anything she adds more fees to your total. What ever happened to being courteous and helping the customer. I'm sure she deals with all types of people but that doesn't mean she gets a free pass to be nasty to everyone she wants to. It's most likely because she hates her own life so give her a break.
I drive an hour to get to this yard they have always worked with me I'm the past and today they refused to take care of the customer. They made it seem like I was in the wrong for refusing to pay 150.00 for a honda rocker assembly. They whole cylinder head is 93.00??? When I told them there is no specific category for what the piece actually is the supervisor said and I quote " we price them high so you won't rip the motor apart". When I asked about the misc. Category the supervisor said oh no we can't do that or I will get I'm trouble and or I would have to do that for everyone. In the end I told her I was disappointed they didn't even try to help me and they could care less if I complained. I went next door to the competition they said oh that's a rocker assembly and charged me 20 bucks for the same part. Went back to lkq to take to store manager before writing this review and they wouldn't let me talk to him I had to talk to the lady again and she said well I see you got what you needed so your all set. And I said yes no thanks to you.
Sold me a completely dead battery. Here’s the proof. Would never go back there for a battery or anything. Just buy new so you don’t have to worry about going back to find one that works.
Large inventory, reasonable prices, and good layout. It's easy to get in and out and also to find the cars one is looking for. Free use of wheel barrels and a few other things. Would recommend.
