Came to this wonderful dismantling. Photographed the spare part on the engine that I needed, showed the photo at the checkout to find out the price. They said 9 dollars. Went, took the tool, unscrewed it. I came to the cashier to pay, and they told me it was $35. Arguing was useless. If I had known it was $35, I wouldn't have wasted my time renting it. Okay, I decided to buy it for $35. I came home, did diagnostics of the spare part, and it turned out to be defective. I came back to give it back, and they told me that they do not return the money, they offered to buy any other spare part for this amount.But I don't need anything else from them. So my money remained with this dishonest company.
Listen this is the most professional, reliable junkyard I have ever been to the staff. There is amazing. Specially the supervisor he goes over and beyond to help customers my partner is a mechanic and we went to 3 different junkyards for a customer with 2 had poor customer service but once we got to this place, we knew we was in good hands Love this this place you guys continue to do a awesome job with helping customers find use/new parts thank you guys so much you really looked out big time
