Showed up here looking for a couple of bolts for my car side view mirror that I couldn't find to purchase a through the manufacturer. The people that work there were so nice and friendly and helpful. I had gone to another place a couple miles away and had a really bad experience where I couldn't even get into look for my part. Anyway, there's a $3 admission. Everything is neatly organized. You have to bring your tools. You have to really search for your car and no what other cars have similar parts. There were a lot of people there. I recommend you bring a hat and some water and sunscreen and mosquito repellent. They do sell drinks inside. A lot of different variety of cars there. They'll tell you what cars are there but they can't tell you exactly what parts are there. I tell you it's really hard and hot working out there in the sun without shade. However, it seemed like you could get a really good deal if you could find your car and knew exactly what you're looking for. I can't get over how professional the business seemed. I wish I could have found the exact parts that I needed. I did find bolts but they were not exactly the correct length as mine. What I mean is they didn't have my car there and other cars didn't exactly have the same bolt so I was unlucky that day. There are other places that are similar to this nearby and the people that work there were very friendly and suggested I could try those other places. Just a real nice professional group of people there the day that I went. I noticed free wheelbarrows and they also had engine pull chains there.
Great place. Prices are good and vehicles are organized and easily accessible. They have all kinds of makes and models, and they also have a website that shows you what cars they have and how long they've been there. That last part is very handy because sometimes you go to a yard and half the car is gone because its been sitting for a while. At least you know when it got there so you can make a guess as to what's left. Highly recommend this place for good parts on a budget. Bring boots, the yard can get muddy.

The lady in front, knows there is a way to find out if the car model people is looking for is in the sistem or not, but she tells you, they have no inventory and you have to get in and find it yourself, turns out if you get in the place website, you can easily find the car, model and location of the vehicle, but they don't explain you that, you have to find out for yourself, and that place is Hot and full of puddles to be fooling around car by car, looking for the one you one. Other than that, I found my part I was looking for, not thanks to their help though. They don't borrow their tools like other places, if you need a tool, they want you to buy it. So bring your own if you want to save money.
READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE TRUE! Shop the net BEFORE you go there. Unless u need a major part 7 out 10x its better and less to by new and u dont need oem parts, its very specific when thats nessary. Getting the too bad, so sad ,automated reply is no excuse for them to charge accordingly. They charge half of retail new, only the retail they find to go off of is were nobody whould be dumb enough shops Nor is unfairly paying you 300 for a car they part out, resell just a front clip for 350 , charge environmental fees they profit from on top of charge coar charges on vehicles scraped by weight not individual parts. To their credit i will say their search site has improved. Were I understand one needs to make a profit... but to justify charges for something like keeping the yard clean; is a cost of doing business not a method to price gouging. Do ur homework people before u go.

We needed an alternator for our 2004 Nissan Armada. The alternator we found didn't fit but the manager remedied it and went above the call of duty. With her help we located the correct alternator. Her graciousness and stellar customer service helped our find from being in a bind. I highly recommend this place. It highly recommended, from my husband experience as a mechanic, due to organization, honorable policies and the huge selections. It's highly recommended by me as a mother and woman due to the customer service, efficiency, and organized layout.
I could not imagen I was going to be able to find the part I was looking for that price. I found the parts in another yards and online but the prices were way more expensive and in not this good condition. The attention was very good, they even know when you go out and in again and do not charge you the entrance fee again. They explained me everything when I asked for something (for example: the crane) and they even have detergent and water available to clean your hands when you finish. I was there yesterday and I am going back today again to finish my job. Again, the prices were very good, at least in my case. Thank you very much.

They take your picture they take your phone number but when you buy an item, they do not keep records of it. It is unnecessary to take all the information that they do from a customer. If at the end of the day you can’t come and exchange something when you accidentally bought the wrong year and throughout your receipt . They want to act like it’s a Gucci or Prada store that you need a receipt to exchange something when you just bought it and you got the wrong year.
To Spanish ladies in the front including the manager, are completely uneducated unethical, they have no idea what customer services is.

I’ve been coming here for years, and the staff always keeps this yard picked up and free of debris.
The yard is clean and safe to navigate.
Isles and rows are clearly delineated and marked for convenience with finding in stock vehicles.
There’s always plenty of friendly staff in the front office to check out and help check inventory, I have never had to wait more than a few seconds.
They even sell ice cold refreshments and waters at a reasonable price which is great.
I have been to every self-service salvage yard in Florida, and many in other states, and this is among the best run and cleanest yards in the southeast US.
Place use to be a gold mine for classic car parts now they just have your standard run of the mill vehicles. But you can still find a treasure buried somewhere in the yard.
