They ransacked my car and stole my title after I told the lady where it was. She told me they couldn’t release my car without it so how did it get released missing the title?? Terrible business the lady yelled at me from behind the window.
The Lady at the front had an attitude, they gonna have the nerve to have such a condensing tone. They need to fire this lady, then had the nerve to give me my car back with all the windows rolled down. They should be out of business & don’t deserve to speak to people AT ALL. There is a stain left in my car. Mind you, the place is dirty as well.
worst experience ever!! Found out they towed my boyfriend‘s car in the middle of the night finally get the number called. Once man answers the phone screaming what’s the emergency said there was no emergency simply needed to pick up my car. He said well you didn’t have to call me three times after I had only rung once after I received the number man was incredibly rude. Horrific horrific experience.
I’m pretty sure all the bad reviews speaks for this company, the lady wouldn’t release my car to me until the cops came, not only did she ransack my car for documents that i told her exactly where it was she took my registration to my vehicle i noticed once i got home to clean up my car, i had to go back an 1 hour later and called the cops again to they can get my registration by than she said she didn’t have it but the cop and i didn’t believe her due to the fact that the first time around she said my name wasn’t on the registration. So i filled a police report. The only reason she gave me my car back was because my name was on the insurance after she argued with me telling me my name have to be on the registration. Heads up she answers your call once after that she blocks your number. And if you don’t see her grabbing car for someone she is most likely looking at you through the window and acting like she don’t see you.
These people are so rude and unprofessional it’s INSANE. I called 12 times to ask them what information I needed to take out my car the same day it was towed FROM MY APT BUILDING and they didn’t answer. I showed up right before they closed (couldn’t make it any earlier) without my title because I thought the registration would be enough, but apparently not. SO NOW I’M STUCK PAYING AN OVERNIGHT FEE and THERE WAS ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.
This is going to sound insane for being a 5 star review.
But although I had my vehicle towed for parking in an area that I was not permitted to, this was my first time dealing with a towing company ever. It was stressful not having my vehicle for the day. But the gentleman met me that evening, and let me retrieve my vehicle. Mind you, there sign says that you have to create an appointment between Monday-Friday. These folks were closed on a Saturday and let me get my car. The gentleman was also really nice. We just chatted while he filled out my paper receipt.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worse towing place that they could have brought my car too. I have dealt with other towing companies and they have been nothing but helpful. But this place the lady at the window which does not even tell you her name has the worst attitude that can exist. I called to ask a question they answered and didn’t help me at all. I called 50 times after and just hung up the phone every time. This has been a nightmare how does the owner accept this. I came to get my car and wasn't able to and just with little to no explanation at all. Absolutely disgusted with this service. From what I see all the google reviews say the same thing it is incredible how they can still be in business.
They deserve 0 stars, terrible customer service skills. They are rude and unprofessional. You’re dealing with people in frustrating situations why add to it unnecessarily. Coming to the window with an attitude, cursing loudly behind the glass. If you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Spend your money elsewhere.
The woman is insufferable. She refused to tell me their address over the phone and hung up when all i was given was a phone number. Any minor question was treated as a monumental inconvenience for her. It's a disgrace that these people have so much leverage over people that they can spit in your face and hang up but youre still forced to rely on them.
This without a doubt is the worst business I’ve ever seen. I understand that they are in the towing business which means their “customers” are already a little unhappy. This does not excuse how they operate. I pray that no one would ever have to deal with them. Rude to people. Next to impossible to deal with. I cannot believe WPB police contract this company, but that’s another issue. They completely make up their prices, and say that their price structure is “variable.” They are going to squeeze every dollar out of you. It’s really incredible a place like this even exists. The scam is unbelievable from blocking calls, hanging up on you when you do get them on the phone, sending you to an atm for cash because they can’t take a card…seriously it’s terrible. I usually try to figure out the situation and treat people kindly. I cannot believe this lady goes to bed at night knowing how badly she treated people.
The police towed my vehicle to this company. It has been an absolute nightmare to get my vehicle released from them. I had to sign all type of documents and have my family send me all kind of documents, because my name is not technically on the vehicle however I have paperwork and documentation that marked me as the owner of the vehicle but they did not accept that. They are extremely terrible customer service, and they request 100% of the total money in cash which for $900 in cash how am I supposed to get that out of an ATM. And if the bank Office branch is not open, it makes it impossible for me to get my vehicle out of this toy yard. It’s been a week and I’ve been trying to get my vehicle released and every day it goes up by around $80-$100. This company is absolutely terrible. I cannot believe that the Palm Beach police department and sheriffs office have a contract with this terrible terrible business. Believe all the one star reviews this company sucks.
The most disrespectful company I've ever worked with.
They charge $60 admin fees and other fake fees to raise the price. They also don't give you the invoice until after you pay (Which I looked up and is illegal).
If you're plates are from a different state, they charge an extra $60 fee (also looked up and is illegal).
Overall, my added fees cost more than the tow and storage itself. The people hide behind tinted windows and do whatever they can to ensure that you don't see them as they run their shady company. My car also just got a new battery, which was somehow completely drained in their lot (that lead to another towing fee to get it out of their lot.
I truly hope that this place is shut down. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a business.
Also, they will hang up on you. If you aren't saying what they want to hear, they hang up.
I have been dealing with these people for over a year and not on a good note. Its almost 2025. What company won't accept a payment online or over the phone. They refuse to lift a 500 dollar lien that had nothing to do with me to begin with. I keep getting gung up on. I have been told I can try to take them to court. I have had my numbers blocked and told its not their problem when I asked what options I had being I live in another state and I hace never been to west palm before. I tried to make the payment from afar but hey told me i need to be in their office to make it. Absolutely ridiculous they have no care for others. That lien has had me without a vehicle and license plate and unable to get anything out in my name and they refuse payment. So explain that to me. They shouldn't be operating. Having to deal with this now over a year every week I call. And I will continue to call until my issue has been resolved. Gong on 2 years.
I had a very disappointing experience with Anytime Towing & Recovery. My car was towed by them under the direction of On Call Parking, and unfortunately, it was damaged during the towing process. I've tried to resolve the issue with them, but the response has been unsatisfactory.
I would not recommend this towing company due to their lack of care and accountability for the vehicles they tow.
This towing company is absolutely horrible. The receptionist? Rude and downright nasty, with zero regard for customer service. It’s like walking into a horror movie—cold, impersonal, and they hide behind a thick glass door like they’re scared of human interaction. No surprise there, considering the way they treat people. There’s no basic decency, let alone good service.
They overcharge shamelessly, knowing full well their customers are left dissatisfied. If you’re looking for professionalism, look elsewhere.
I stopped by to retrieve my belongings from my car, but was informed that they don’t conduct business in the rain and that the staff member wouldn’t go outside in the parking lot. I explained that I needed my personal items to get to work that day, but she suggested I wait until the rain cleared. After waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot, the rain finally stopped, and I returned to ask about my things again. At that point, she told me she would call me back once she retrieved my keys from the car. I waited until the next day for her call, but unfortunately, I never heard back. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I’m coming to terms with the possibility of having lost all my personal belongings that I need not only for work but other general things as well.
Sooo you know what I ain’t even gonna leave a disrespectful experience. …These kind of people you have to pray for ….they think because they’re behind a wall or a iron glass window that at no given time, somebody will whoop them …ON GOD!!! ..They have power and they know they do, but that’s OK. I’m not mad at them but the level of disrespect these people have. …You all need to pray to God and humble yourselves because I promise you on any given day, karma will get you ….so I will leave this at and move on.
If I could give negative stars I would. They charge the maximum lien release fee for the state of Florida of $250. The maximum hookup of $142. They charged me an extra day of storage of $29 when even their own invoice indicated a day less. Then they charged 2 admin fees totaling over $75 When I asked for an explanation they hung up on me. At the facility where they kept my car, their door is locked, security cameras everywhere and even the window where I paid had been completely blocked and had bars on it so you couldn’t see anyone. You just heard a voice. There was just a little slot where they take your payment. These people should not deal with the public. Horrible

I absolutely HATE this towing company!!! The lady at the window very rude! She cuts you off while talking she acts like she doesn’t want to be there or help anyone. And the guy who answers the phone is even worse I asked why was the car towed without a notice and he hangs up. I gave these people nothing but respect and thanked them for giving me the information I asked for but godly they are the rudest white people I have ever ran into!!!!! 0 out of 10! I would never!!!!! Use this company for any towing needs. Not to mention the location of this place looks very ran down it’s on a dirt road that have a bunch of trash and rocks around that will ruin your tires. I would never ever deal with these people!

They say that they can’t give out the information or they don’t know someone’s car at one in the morning for no reason. Anytime towing but not anytime pick up your car. They’ll tell you anytime but you can’t pick up your car at any time which is absolutely insane. They have no customer service skills. They are extremely rude. I guess because they believe they’re towing company. They don’t have to have any social skills to be able to speak to their customers. This is the worst company to deal with when it comes to towing. Extremely unprofessional. They tried to charge me for 2 days, $270, when they had my vehicle for less than 24hrs. Charged me $176. The receptionist was extremely rude. You speak to someone through a tinted window via a speaker so you don't see anybody. They bring your vehicle out in a hurry and carelessly. Not too sure how they're still in business
These people not only took advantage of of a situation they swapped my battery. I have a full size truck and my battery was swapped. I just replaced it recently which I have receipts to prove and they swapped it. Guess my next steps. They didn’t even bother to install it correctly and one of the securing arms is gone. Basic simple thieves.
Now two days later they also stole a bottle of Chanel cologne my fiance just purchased for me and I have pictures of the location. Not only did they do this after I explained my current situation of a very personal loss in the family the day before, they took something that my fiancé, the one who experienced the loss most personally, gave to me this to me as a gift for Christmas because I had no cologne anymore. I’m handling this as needed now and working with communities that use their services. I have added cameras around my truck and inside as well. This is just disgusting behavior of a business.
Definitely contacting the better business bureau on this company. The guy will tow your car, not answer your calls and charge you for keeping the vehicle on on his lot. When I received my truck back, it was covered in dirt on the inside outside was covered in dirt and it was a U-Haul that he towed so all of my belongings were all over the back of the truck, and now I have to deal with a bunch of broken bed frames, TVs, and glass tables. This place needs to be shut down. Also, you know it’s bad when U-Haul corporate doesn’t even want to deal with your company because of how nasty you are.
I haven’t even picked my car up and these guys are up to no good. I don’t care if my car got towed that’s not the issue. It’s the fact that I’m calling to find out information about my vehicle and how to obtain it and the service is super rude. They blocked my call after I lost signal and when I called through another number they answered… the women was rude the gentlemen on the weekend was rude, all around the worse towing business I’ve ever seen and the worse customer service as well. Stay away and be aware of this place because you will end up regretting it without question. If I could write more I would. No one at the desk very condescending and rude. They want your vehicle towed so they block numbers left and right after they know someone is actually coming for their vehicle. I was using *67 for a minute then they stop answering that number so I had to use random numbers to get in contact with them. Lawsuits are definitely possible with this place. Anyone can be tough behind a glass window. When you get there, you can’t see through the glass and they won’t give you a name of anyone, and no hand to hand exchanges, you’ll be lucky to see a body there. Everyone is rude and they THINK they’re protected. I final got my car and never want to visit this place again…they want your car sent to auction for the money I profit…
I have dealt with many towing companies before due to my job and this has been the WORST towing company i have ever encountered, there location is filthy, the workers are rude and have a disgusting attitude, the lady that i spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. Later on the day of arriving at their location no one attended us! We heard the phone ring multiple times from their office and no one answered. I also called because it is just absurd to be waiting an hour outside of their office for no one to help us. Until FINALLY the 7th phone call a lady answered and i told her i wanted to be attended, pay and take the vehicle that is it and she said "I don't know what you are talking about, we have been attending people" and hanged up the call, she said this yelling at me and in a rude, nasty way. Did not bother to take my name, to get any more information or to help me out. Minutes later we were finally being attended but their work was done with an attitude.
They need better staff! They need to learn to treat people nice, If they can't do that they should not work or be in business at all. Overall I will be praying for their staff to have Jesus in their Hearts and know how to treat people and have better customer service! very upsetting to have to deal with extremely rude people!
Do NOT use them — go ANYWHERE else. It’ll take you way longer than expected to get your car. The building itself also looks absolutely disgusting. I have no idea how they are still in business. BEWARE: you are in for a frustrating couple of days if you have to cross their path for whatever reason.
I have called the property to retrieve the correct information to get my car back and i was forwarded twice to voicemail and finally was answered i was greeted by an awfully mannered woman who gave me nothing but attitude. I assume because I called several times ahead. i let that slide however when i have arrived there, lady was sitting on her ass mad me wait, no greeting, so rude, asked me "what i want". talk bout superb service! ha yeah right! i felt as if it was such a bother for her to do her actual job. Its funny how on the window it said "prices are subject to change based on customers attitude" Prices should vary on the type of service i was provided. Whoever was the "secretary" was or working Thursday May 11 2017 at 11am needs to get herself in check. everything could of went smoothly and all i wanted to do was retrieve my car. i was wrongfully towed, wrongfully charged, and was given the worst service. and idk if i should speak upon the signs that were on this window should i? i mean this company doesnt even look the part to even have such signs displayed. Anyway anytime towing sucks and will not work with you in a proper manner. Apparently you go give them cash and have your car disrespectfully given back to you. doubt anyone that will see this.. but sheesh you guys need to work on your mannerism.
