I'd have to say that having your car not start is one of the worst ways to begin a day. And on top of the stress of trying to find a way to get yourself where you need to go, you also have to find a way to get the car to where it needs to go to be fixed. Thankfully, that turned out to be the easiest part. I live in the farms, and sometimes getting big trucks into our yard can be a little tricky. But Robert easily backed that big, flatbed tow truck through our gate and down our driveway, no problem. A few minutes later, my car was on its way to the mechanics. One stress taken off my shoulders. Also, he was personable and easy to deal with, which is exactly what I needed after the day I had had!
Rob was incredible, my car is lowered and he went ahead and beyond to get my car on the truck. Would definitely recommend kelle sheehan's towing and rob for your towing needs.

I have called Sheehans towing a couple different times, and both times they came out to help me they were the best! They were very professional and they went above and beyond the call of duty . I am a small women and they made me feel safe and feeling like I can trust them. They have picked up my car and towed it 2 different times, my car was picked up and delivered to the dealership without a scratch on it. I have used this tow company many times through the years. Each and every time the driver goes above and beyond to get me help. The owner himself came out this last time and worked with the dealership to get my car in and repaired. Extremely professional, courteous, and kind. I have had some tow companies come out that felt so shady, these guys are top of the class. Prices are fair and the service is above and beyond
Yesterday we called through Geico and they sent us a tow, but JD being the really kind and sweet guy he is saved us a tow by jumping and charging our battery so we could get it to the shop. He was a really cool guy and we had a nice conversation as well! Overall I highly recommend and kudos to you JD for being so awesome!!!
ITS A SHAME THAT A COMPANY IS SO DESPERATE TO MAKE MONEY FROM TOWING THAT THEY TAG A CAR ON THE BACK WINDOW (where it can barely be seen) AND IN 24HRS TOWS MY SON'S CAR FROM OUR APARTMENT COMPLEX JUST DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! WHAT A WAY TO RUIN AN 18 YR OLDS CHRISTMAS! $250 TO GET HIS CAR BACK SMH.

Very professional, cool & calm under pressure. Dealing with the public can be very taxing and the ladies in the office are Rock Stars! They offer payment plans, it’s cheaper to pay all at once. Hopefully I don’t have to see them again under those circumstances . I was in and out in 7 minutes.

Kelle Sheehan took care of my needs right away. A neighbor blocked my car in while I was parked in my garage. It was very inconvenient because I had an appointment to get to. Kelle came within 10 minutes and towed the car. Great customer service, highly recommend.
I called them and they were here within 2o minutes and Brian I am amazed at how professional and nice he is. Also had my car done quickly and efficiently when no other company was trying to come help me and spline towing actually damaged it more and broke my axle while he was trying to tow so he is the BEST!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If I could give ten stars I would !!!
T I've unfortunately had experience with them twice this year. Once my car was stolen.. next my daughter wreaked her car, which was in my name!! They are very professional but fair .
Despite the circumstances, my overall experience with the employees and service is pretty positive. I spoke with the driver who was towing the car, and he took the time to explain the process and what I would need to do to prepare for pickup. Andrea, who works in the office, is completely professional, empathetic, and kind--I really appreciated her level of care.
Only real complaint is that I asked the driver how much it would be if I picked up the car on Monday instead of that same day (Friday), he checked something on his phone and then verified it would be $200. However, when I brought the paperwork to retrieve the vehicle I was quoted $300. Having just paid $400 to get the car registered at the DMV-- this was quite the blow. Obviously I would have appreciated if they would have honored the price that the driver gave me, or indicated that they would make sure to correct his misinformation for future clients, but that didn't seem to be a detail they were too concerned about.
At the end of the day, Andrea went above and beyond to try to help (I was trying to rescue a friend's car who was in the hospital and couldn't be there himself), Jonathon was very professional and polite when we spoke on the phone, and the car was taken care of. Maybe the drivers could instruct people to call the office for a quote if they're not sure how to give a correct one.
If I ever need a towing service in the future I won't rule them out.
