My mom’s car was towed here after an accident, and we were really stressed about the whole situation. From the first phone call to when we arrived at the yard, Tammy was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help us get my mom’s belongings out of the car. She made a tough situation so much easier to deal with. Honestly, I can't lie; this company is fantastic. The employees are very helpful and the service is fantastic. On the 25th, I went to pick up my car after it had been in an accident. The staff was so kind that the place closed at 6:00, and no one left until my towing arrived two hours after closing time. I'm truly grateful to this place and its staff.
If I could put 0 stars that will be my review. This people are a professional thief with license and also are protected by State Troopers. They towed your car and ask even for the manufactured and the place where you truck was assembled. They have my husband since 8 am yo 6 PM and they didn’t give his truck even the company have send all document they told him they haven’t reserved just to charge him per hr. The state troopers should fine a different company for towing, at least serious people that don’t commit fraud and play with people’s time and money. That is the most dishonest, disrespectful, and thieves I ever see.
Had a really frustrating experience trying to get one of my fleet vehicles cleaned out. My driver arrived at 7:57 AM (3 minutes before opening) and was told he’d be charged $40 extra for being there “after hours.” He waited in his car until 8:00 AM and went back in, but things only got worse.
I had already sent all the required documents, but the lady at the front desk gave me a hard time because one file was a PDF instead of a picture. It turned into a drawn-out, hour-long process for something that should’ve taken 10 minutes.
Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and power-trippy like she wanted to make things harder just because she could. When I called from my corporate number (which has a recorded call disclaimer), she hung up immediately clearly not interested in being held accountable for how she treats people.
Unprofessional, unhelpful, and just a terrible customer experience overall. I think her name is Michelle, anyone that experienced 1% of what I went through would tell you she should not be a customer facing employee.
This company is a scam — avoid at all costs!
Absolutely horrible experience. This towing company goes out of its way to make it as difficult as possible to retrieve your vehicle, just so they can charge you more money — even down to the minute or second. It’s not about service, it’s about squeezing every last dollar out of you.
The women working there have an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. They clearly don’t care how they treat you and seem to enjoy making the process confusing and frustrating. No empathy, no help, no respect — just pure greed.
It feels like they’re running a legal robbery operation, taking advantage of people in stressful situations. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this company under any circumstances. You’ll regret it.
I was hired to meet and recover a wrecked vehicle from Priority Towing. I gotta say that with years of dealing with Towing companies, Aaron and his team worked hard and fast to help us out with the process. Thank you for the great service.
I can not speak on there services, there drivers will run you off the road from the center lane while your merging onto the highway with there 18 wheeler! I guess it’s one way to get your name remembered by people.
Our boat trailer broke down on the turnpike on Sunday afternoon. Phil, the wrecker driver, did a great job getting our trailer, with a broken axle, on the rollback. It was quite a job! Monday morning, we talked with Joey. He explained the parts needed and the estimated labor costs. We were back on the road just after lunch. Both Phill and Joey, and the whole staff for that matter, were wonderful, polite, professional and personable. We were impressed!
This place is such a scam. A really upsetting experience here. Pray your car does not get towed here because they do not care about you and will find ways to take more of your money any way that they can. What even more upsetting is there were surprising fees that were not even said until i finally was able to pick it up. Mind you when i had told the office about my experience, the woman’s boss got defensive and i heard her saying im lying. The woman i spoke to was trying her best and I know it wasn’t her fault). I showed them the Google page to show them in fact i am not trying but nothing changed. Also in case anyone needs to know their Google page is incorrect they are open on weekend by appointment on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Be aware they claim to answer the question phone but from personal experience they do did not answer them all. Call right at 8am or God forbid you may not be able to get a appt since i guess they are so busy. Keep your call logs. Maybe that will help? Either way, Good-luck!
Most Unprofessional people I’ve ever met in My Life!!! Rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and tacky!!! I called to get information and they acted as if it wasn’t a Business at all and I was bothering them. Hung up in My Face and when I asked to speak to the Manager they seemed to forget his name. Terrible Company with Even Worst Employees!!!!
Michelle may be the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She is curt and has the worst phone etiquette. I will say the tow truck drivers were top notch. Thank you Chuck and Chris!
Unless you are being arrested and your car NEEDS TO BE SIEZED , do not let them take your vehicle.
After an accident, PBC said “I’m calling my tow truck”. Nothing about how awful, difficult, and no mention of “impounding the vehicle” were mentioned.
I tried to call and release the vehicle to be picked up my by auto body shop, when I was rudely told to come in person w proof of ownership. Sure, no problem. With 5 different documents, we were told no, and the lady behind the small counter(that looks like you’re visiting an inmate) turned her back and just walked away. They don’t care. They’re not friendly, and they’re far from convenient. They’re only open m-f and closed Saturday and Sunday to get more money from you. They will hold your car as long as they want to get their money. Finally a week later the car is released from the tow yard of HELL.
So again, if you’re not having your vehicle seized by PBC, don’t let them take/ tow your car, and whatever you do… DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS FOR HELP.
On a positive note though, whoever the owners son is… he is a respectful man

They were extremely helpful. Security is of utmost importance here, my brother and I weren't allowed back to grab my brother's things from his car because we aren't the registered owners. When my mom finally went, nothing was missing from inside the vehicle. Hard to find trustworthy places!!
Aaron and his people are very professional . Drivers are kind and courteous . Michelle and Stephanie in the southern blvd are great. . The big guy in lake worth is cool too.
These are the nastiest, unaccommodating people I have ever met in business. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. One person tells you one thing and the other tells you something else. If they worked for me I would say “ you are fired” There are plenty of towing companies to choose from. DO NOT use this one.
I don’t even know where to start .. I was in a car accident and the police department decided to call them to tow my car there instead of down the street from my house ! Not even a full day I came to get my car $309 what a ripoff . I am waiting on the tow truck to take my car home and the employees there are very rude and unprofessional. Two of them got into it and the lady at the second desk who one of the drivers was arguing with decided to toss everything out of hands including keys ! Now what if she would’ve broke my damn keys ! I never want to deal with this company ever again . Very unprofessional!
Called to setup a tow, greeted the lady on the phone nicely only to get relatively cut off and asked a question in a rude manner. That question was “what city is the car in” i said “wellington/lakeworth, it’s on lakeworth road near 441” when the operator again interrupts me and rudely says “how am i supposed to give my driver a location to get your car if your not gonna give me a precise location”, i was then immediately placed on hold after my response until i got tired of waiting after many minutes of being on hold and hung up. Don’t understand how anyone is supposed to get any business when the first words they speak to your are extremely rude.
Came from nc to pick up a repo car that was impounded they were kind and helpful helped my employee jump start the car and helped me with all the documents that I needed to take possession of vehicle. Being nice goes along way in this world !!
The worse service ever.
They do everything possible so that your vehicle can last more days and earn more money, they keep rejecting our papers saying that we are not the owners of our vehicle.
And don’t even talk about those ladies in the office, they are grumpy and disrespectful.
Basically stole my truck because they claim my parking permit despite hanging from the rear view mirror was not visible enough, ruined my entire vacation because it was a rental car that I could not get back. They clearly are in bed with the condos private security because the car was parked in the same spot for three days with the permit in the same spot and not towed. They were beyond ignorant on the phone and embarrassing unprofessional on every level
They charged me for 4 days, when the car was only there for three days. They have their own calendar to do their numbers . Nobody explained any of that when I went to sign the release. I wonder what is the business with the police department, because it was the police who chose and sent my car over there after the accident. Making profit from people’s suffering. Shame on all of them!
This visit was a pleasant surprise. First Miss Tammy helped me over the phone with all the paperwork I needed as this was my father's vehicle I needed to retrieve. Then Miss Samantha, who was alone on a Saturday shift, helped even more by walking me through e mails and proof of ownership. Thanks to both these ladies. Cost me a bit, but got it handled.
9 months pregnant & after paying $300 to pick up my car it had a flat tire from their lot which was full of metal, glass, nails and other trash. My car was fine and was towed ONE MILE from Lucerne Ave.
When bringing this up to four different employees they tried saying it wasn’t from their lot as we’re walking in their lot full of glass, scrap metal and nails. This is a shady company that only the city would use. I can’t think of anyone who would actually want to use their service or any human who would say that this is a good business. The customer service was rude and even the “supervisor” was rude. A friend told us that this was a good company, that he knows the owner, but I would advise you to stay away and I’ll warn as many people as possible.
The toe truck drivers are nice.
But the people who work up front are rude. And they have communication problems between Co-workers and with customers I watched the gentleman get told 2 different prices from 2 different people and they also tried to charge me $354 When the car is not even being released to me had I not asked More Questions I would have paid it not knowing better. So yeah they wasted my time and tried to rob me of money Like I said the tow truck drivers are nice and actually helped me out the most When I was at their office
Be nice and understand they are just doing a job and they will be as nice as they can be considering they probably got cursed out by the person they helped before you. My experience was just fine. Pete was extremely intimidated as he looked like a Hulk Hogans twin that took the rough path of state penitentiary’s instead of selling his sole to Vince McMann. Pete was a pleasant surprise. He was very nice and helpful. Kind of wish I looked like him when my daughter brought over the guy who was taking her to the prom. If I looked like Pere my daughter probably would have not had a “surprise “ 9 months after the prom.

The guy that came to help us move our boat from the wood to the trailer was nice; took his time to greet us, was on the phone for at least 25 min until he came and greeted us. I called the office to make sure I wasn’t gonna be charged for his time on the phone.
Once he started actually working he finished 45 min after and wanted to charge 2 hrs for the job. A total of $900 for 20 minutes of works and then on top of that tells me he has 6 kids to feed?
I am sorry but I should not pay for your lack of life management.
I’m all for fair pay but this was a ripoff.
We ended up paying $545 for 45 minutes of work.
Fantastic service! They were lovely to work with and were completely positive in every interaction. I don’t understand why everyone is complaining, but my experience was flawless after my SUV was totaled. Would definitely recommend.
