The Operator Jimmy was just awesome! He was super careful with my Corvette, taught me a few things about jump-starting, and towed it to the dealer safe and sound. Friendly and courteous.
My car broke down in WPB, and the police called them. Gino was very kind and helpful. He even tried his best to help me start my car before towing it to the yard because it just wouldn't budge (and I had to sort out some financial arrangements).
He spoke with the dispatcher while I was with him to obtain service estimates and essentially saved me $50 by waiting until Monday (this was on Sunday) due to the gate fee that only applies on the weekend. It was estimated to be $270-280, and it ended up being $283.79. Getting the car the next morning was pretty smooth, but do make sure that you’re either paying with a card that’s under your name or have the paying person ready and they can send a link, too.
While I hope I'll never have to encounter this situation again, I'd recommend them and would call them again if needed. Note that if you called them yourself, it would've probably been about $50-60 cheaper with ~$126 base fee rather than $180 municipal towing base fee
JD was really helpful. He communicated efficiently by letting me know when he was on his way and confirmed my location. When he arrived he was warm, welcoming and immediately spring into action to help me jump start my car.
The outstanding customer service and professionalism by the driver, Cruz was most certainly above and beyond! I had to ride with him to my repair shop and had a wonderful conversation with him! I strongly recommend Sheehan's Towing for any service you may need! Thank you Cruz!!
My car ended up here after an accident that totaled it. I was pretty badly injured and needed help to clean out the car. The guy who showed up to remove the plates for me cleaned out the car. It had to be a hundred and ten degrees in the sun. I was so grateful for his help.
JD Is the driver that responded to my call. He was extremely respectful, introducing himself as soon as he got out of his truck. Very helpful very fast.
This gigantic heavy duty tow truck cutting in and out of lanes tailgating others on the turn pike. Didnt get a plate wanted to call fhp on this driver. Just now on turnpike south bound got off exit 71 believe. No need to drive like that
JD was very helpful and professional. My estimated wait time was originally over an hour long, but when my tow was assigned to Sheehans they resolved the issue within 20 minutes. Great service and great company!
Not professional at all. My son totaled his car at 4 a.m., and the police call a tow truck. Nasty people work here. Disgusting individuals with no home training or morals. These are the people who give the tow community a bad image and then act shocked. I didn't need anything from them other than to bring my car to the front where they told me to wait. I paid them to bring my car out, and they dropped it down the street in a residential area. I'm surprised the residents dont complain cause I am sure this is not the first time they have been inconvenient with a car on the side of the road dropped by sheehans. Avoid this place at all cost. Everyone i talked to about the situation had an equally bad experience with this place. Beware!
I can’t thank JD enough! He responded quickly and got out to me in 20 mins. My car wouldn’t start and I was preparing myself for a costly trip to the dealership. He diagnosed the issue, and gave me a jump start that saved me time & money! Super professional, honest & helpful - exactly what you hope for when you’re in a stressful situation. Highly recommend them. I will definitely be calling them again next time I’m stranded.
Jimmy is a genius!!!! My boat trailer axle broke on the middle of the road. Jimmy came over and help me tow the whole thing without being able to spin a tire with the boat loaded on top. Not only that, but he was also in great spirit and very frinedly in a difficult situation for me

He was amazing! My motorcycle was in the garage. Had not moved for quite sometime and needed to be towed to the repair shop.
To our surprise, the front brakes were locked, so we could not roll the bike, the was battery dead, the fuel was spoiled, and the driveway was on an angle. He went out of his way to assist with freeing the brake.
Then, once freed, we had to walk it down the steep incline and he maneuvered the truck to get the motorcycle on.
Gardy is great, he was extremely patient and was very communicative. I would give him 10 stars. If you are on the road and need assistance I pray that the Good Lord sends him your way

Very professional. Gino was very gentle with my car and took extra measures to ensure my vehicle wasn’t damaged when loading on to the trailer. Would 100% recommend over and over.
I was parked a few feet away from a warehouse I rent on Clare Avenue yesterday, sitting in my truck waiting for FPL to repair the power to the warehouse space I rent. I was parked directly in front of the bush in the photos, where I have parked dozens of times before in the many years I've rented there. One of your tow trucks pulled up in front of me and backed up to position himself to tow my truck. The sign on the edge of the building is clearly there to keep people from blocking the gate and drive into the warehouse area, not the parking space on Clare Avenue. The driver pulled out quickly before I could walk up and talk to him once he saw I was in my truck. I am going to contact the owner of the warehouse because your firm was obviously too lazy to mount the sign on the gate that should not be blocked. I would be perfectly happy to see people towed who block those gates on that avenue. I assume your drivers get a commission for towing people they identify but this is patently wrong in this location. By the way, his truck was blocking the drive into that warehouse while he positioned himself to tow me.
Accident happened police called towing company sheeran towed my car to their company decided not to go with this company and went for another one which was cheaper the company I went for pick up my car and take it to their shop they fixed my car I pickup my car good job was done. Got home Something said check the car ,these people sheehans towing stole my brand new spare tire and replaced it with a used tire, asked them about my spare tire they don't know what happened to it THE TIRE THEY PUT IN MY CAR WAS SO DIRTY FROM THIER DIRTY PARKING LOT . U CAN TELL SOMEONE ROLED THE OLD TIRE OVER TO MY CAR AND REPLACED MY TIRE WITH THE USED ONE . I'M SURE IT WAS SHEENAN TOWING THAT STOLE IT BECAUSE THIER PARKING LOT DIRT IS ALL OVER THE SPARE IN MY TRUNK NOT EVEN A REGULAR SPARE.................A FULL TIRE ...... OK IF U WANT MY HONEST OPINION DO NOT GET REPAIRS DONE WITH SHERMAN'S TOWING COMPANY, AND IF U DO BE WARNED WATCH THEM VERY CAREFULLY.....................ADVICE FROM MY LAWYER TO POST THIS WARNINGS.

Not all heroes wear capes! Sheehan Towing came out and saved us stranded on the road with Boat and Trailer in tow (blew a hub bearing). The dispatcher was awesome and very helpful and Brennan the Semi driver was great. Great service at a reasonable price I would highly recommend
I had a positive experience with Sheehan’s Towing and their exceptional tow truck driver, JD. I was quite literally nervous about the prospect of not using a flatbed to tow my F-150, especially since it had 2 flats on the drivers side. However, JD put my concerns to rest with his thorough explanation of how he would life the truck from the from onto his truck, ensuring there would be no damage to the undercarriage. His expertise and care throughout the entire process made a stressful situation much more manageable. They got a truck to me in about a half hour when my son and I were stranded with a flat tire on the turnpike in the dark. Ray, the truck operator was AWESOME in getting out there, loading the car on the flatbed, and getting us to a garage. His professionalism and care made what was a difficult situation much easier. This is one of those situations where I hope I won’t be doing business with them again, but if the need arises, I will definitely be calling them.
Excellent service from JD at Sheehan’s! This guy deserves a raise. My car was just towed to an auto-shop by JD. The estimated wait time for the tow truck to arrive was 90 minutes but he showed up in 10, and politely called to let me know he was here. Our building downtown West Palm has a stated clearance of 9ft for the trucks to get into but as we went up to the 4th floor to collect my car, the clearance narrowed. JD expertly maneuvered that large truck to get to my car and was very careful to lead it out without causing damage to either his truck or my apartment’s compound. He was very polite and professional for the whole drive to the auto-shop and I felt very comfortable as a female driving alone in a tow truck with an unknown guy. His truck was quite clean and he delivered my car with care. My car is now being repaired and I will have to use for the holiday season. Thank you so much, JD and Sheehan’s.
I wanted to share how impressed I was with JD's performance, especially considering the challenging circumstances. Despite it being the first day back after Labor Day weekend, rainy weather, and my car facing the wrong way, JD maintained a positive attitude throughout. His approach not only made a difficult situation bearable but also left me feeling optimistic about the experience. He was prompt and managed to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Got my Tesla stuck over a culvert, and couldn’t get it out. Their guy, JD came out in the middle of the night, and got me out with no damage to the car. It was completely off on the one wheel. It was grounded on the road under the car. JD worked his magic, and had me out and on my way in no time flat. The guy is the boss at crazy situations. Took control, and made it happen. I’m so great full to him for helping me out. Great attitude, and attention to detail. He was super carful not to mess the car up in trying to get it out, and that was no easy task.
Don’t ever let them tow your vehicle!!! They try to take your things. They would not let me get my system out my car after a bad accident. They have the west Palm police on their side.
First time using this company and the customer service was great. Called to have my car towed to the dealership and the women who I spoke with made picking up the car nice and easy. J.D was the driver and he was able to jump start my car so the tow was not needed. I had tried jumping the car earlier but the cables I used didn’t work. J.D was a great help
