If I could give them -5 stars I would! I went in for tires for my f-150. Explained my situation, no measurement and they were almost helpful. Or so I thought. Military discount, said I could get a refund. But only to sell me two incorrectly sized tires. Not only that, they bought them back at a greatly reduced rate, not a refund! I will go out of my way to avoid them! Nothing like Atlantic or Snake Road!

Everytime I have problem with non logic explanations about charging me Sales tax while I have the sales tax number in their system and I have a copy in my hands,
Today after I complained to one of outside managers in LKQ, they load my data in less than 1 minute in their system and the waive the sales tax.
They revenge from me because I spoke with outside manager by charging me $280 for the engine while supposed to be $225
Noticed: in front of me the cashier refused to return an item without a receipt, but the costumer calked someone friend for the cashier, after that he agreed that the costumer return it or replace it.
Me with sales tax certificate in my hand manager refused to help

Terrible experience Iget in I see a vehicle that looks like mine I see three different parts I want to buy off of it. Tire carrier ladder and a window and they will not let me get it. They said there used to be a fence there and decide that I've found the vehicle and I'm not allowed to be there so they refused to sell me the parts. Apparently one side has a fence up saying you can't cross it and the other side has a fence somewhere but you can't see it one side has a fence the other side doesn't I was on the side that didn't found everything that I needed and would have needed more parts for that particular van because it was old like mine mine was a 92 it was the only being out there with the same exact windows I had so it's really disappointing that they would not allow me to have the parts. I won't bother with them again.
The most unhelpful staff you could imagine. You spend money at their place and they don't even want to help in the least. You better hope you don't need a trunk open to get to what you're doing because you will be there awhile.
Would be nice if they could tell you they strip the good parts before the vehicle are put out for scrap picking. ie the alternator I needed matched 4 vehicles. All these vehicles alternators were gone. That was 16 cars on their lot. Oh well no guarantee the parts are there that I was looking for.
I receive automatic alerts whenever there's fresh inventory at "LKQ Atlantic" in Riviera Beach Fl. Been looking for a bedliner for my truck. Most pictures of the new inventory do not show clear pictures of the bedliner. In fact, some pictures are hard to distinguish whether the truck bed is a 6.5' or 8' bed, or if it even has a bed liner at all. When you show up and ask the guy at the admission booth if it has a 6 1/2 or 8 foot bed he says "I don't know, you'll have to go look at it" and still charge you $3 to go look. Sure, $3 is nothing, but it adds up each time you "go look". A few more visits like this and I'll be paying more in admission fees to "go look" than the actual cost of the bedliner. I understand that LKQ is in business to make a profit, but that's just bad business with no customer service.
These guys have salvage down to a science. The yards are tidy and the staff are friendly. If you have a particular vehicle you need parts for you can sign up for alerts at a particular location. The photos of the cars also take the guesswork out of whether or not you will find the right parts for your vehicle. Don't forget to get stamped so if you need to return the same day you will not have to pay for admission again.
Only a fool would come here. This place is a rip off. If you go online, you can get a new part delivered to your home for the same price as this place. $9 for an old used signal lens cover/ $8 for an eyeglasses overhead clip. They charged a guy ahead of me $80 for a very weathered plastic bumper cover. And you have to pay $3 to get in, so I paid $3 more than if I ordered my part online for the wonderful privilege of getting greasy and dealing with bad attitude lkq employees.
Selling untested auto parts, if parts don't fit or defective there is no refund ,store credit only. Just like any other LKQ location there is an entry fee of $3, whether you have found the part you're looking for on their lot or not. Buy parts here if you need it immediately, but i recommend to search for the parts you need online before going to any junkyard.
Very good experience they let you look through find part you want. You got to take your own part off but they'll help you out with the few tools or something sometimes if you're respectful to them. They have a large selection of cars organized in order and spaced out ready to work on. Good prices and good selection overall a happy experience
Decent staff and decent selection, my only complaint is that you have to pay $3 just to walk on the site, which may seem small but more than half of the times I go, it's me and 2 or 3 people trying to find parts and as often as I go, if the parts aren't there then we just wasted about $10 every time we go, so hopefully that changes a bit.
The parking lot is a bit confusing, and to browse the lot you must pay $3 to go in. However, they have a website and you can look online before stopping by so you know if your part is there or not. They offer military discount (15%) on their parts, just make sure to have your I.D. ready. The staff is helpful and can help you answer questions.
The yard had a lot of options, but the employees are over zealous with parts. Such as a dome light, connectors etc charging you for every little piece even if it's with the part they charge you separate...
Over priced on parts!!!!! It's a JUNKYARD NOT New on eBay!!!! Now I know what I'm getting myself into when I go again. Last time I checked I was the one taking it apart not them...
The Girl there is a total ditz. She tried to tell me the part I had was something it wasn't and then tried to over charge me. She told me if I didn't want it to go buy a new one. they practically pat you down going in and assume your you're stealing parts when leaving! Terrible place!
Horrible service and bad manager went to get a refund and they only gave me half of it back! Really overpriced parts plus a entrance fee! Not going back to this place!!!
