Cabrad so rude to me, called me out my name and all when I asked for help? How do you run a towing company and let your employees talk to people like they’re garbage? this is the last place I’d ever go for towing and stuff. If I could give yall a 0 star review I would.
Driving on Loxahatchee Road at 8:15 AM very obviously a busy time of day on this narrow and dangerous highway. The driver of the Panther tow truck driver behind me was on my bumper trying to push me up the road, I was already driving 10 over the speed limit. I'm not catching a speeding ticket or anyone and I shouldn't have to be worried the enormous truck behind me could drive up over me if I have to slam my brakes on because of whatever could happen in front of me.
After the driver had space to pass me she did and I was able to get business phone number. Once I was safely parked at my final destination, I proceeded to call dispatch. Omg I was met with belligerence and attitude, blaw blaw blaw how the driver was heading to a police call with multiple vehicles and injuries. I was not allowed to get a word in as dispatcher continued with she's sorry and will talk to the driver but it's a injury police call, DUDE not one single tow truck hauls injured people SO YOUR EXCUSE IS BS
I wouldn't use this company if it was the last tow truck company on the planet, just a mob of angry, dangerous, belligerent women trying to push whatever misguided agenda they're trying to push.

When the masculine women answered my call and I said " I was almost run off the road " IT responded by saying you were run off the road. I'm done with the ignorance and belligerent BULLYING. Self admittedly I am a lot of things, but a lier I'm not.
Again I would rather walk the rest of my life than use this company
By far the best tow company I have ever dealt with. They are always on time and their prices are very reasonable. I work at an automotive repair shop and use panther atleast once a week.
Called on a Friday for a tow and they had a flat bed for my Subaru. The operator of the truck called me and was there at the time he said he would be. Great service overall
Towing company sucks might as close down their night service call to get vehicle towed and they lady put me on hold for 20 min. Called back and goes straight to voicemail mail this is more than one occasion trying to use them with the same situation .. they suck
The customer service here was completely awful from the front desk phone staff to the “manager”. I was cursed out in a nasty tone like a dog in the streets. If you don’t want to wait 2 hours plus I wouldn’t recommend.
Zero star. Horrible, tiny, unknown and unheard of towing company that nickels and dimes because they obviously have no reputation. Why do cops tow here when there are actual reputable companies next door? They charged $100 to tow a drivable vehicle 200 feet out of their tiny tow yard. A complete joke. Can’t say to stay away because there’s no option when a vehicle is towed, but be warned, you are going to pay a lot and be extremely frustrated and angry.
horrible horrible service. Most unpleasant and unprofessional costumer service I’ve ever received. Just needed to get my car out their place and the lady over phone hung up on me twice because her employee was not in office on time? Like ? You told me to be here at 9 to pick up my car and then your employee is not here and when I try to call you I get hung up on because? At least some empathy and humanity. Getting your car towed is already stressful enough to then have to pay 400 because after 6 hours it already counts as 2 days? And the car was towed at 2 am in the morning. What a scam. Everyone has a job to do. But not everyone has to give up empathy, humanity and respect. I hope you never have to deal with a person like yourself in your life because your energy is dark and sad.
10 out of 10 Stars, I had to have my car towed 30 miles and I called all around outrageous prices everywhere but here, friendly and outgoing staff shout out to Sara listening to my needs and making sure my car got to and from in a timely matter for a great rate, definitely will be referring you guys to family and friends!

My car skidded off of the exit ramp on I95 and got stuck. They came and got me out in under an hour, brought me back to my hotel and made sure I was okay. Prices are very reasonable and staff is very professional and kind

After a motorcycle fall, this unprofessional organization had the audacity to charge the injured rider almost $500 for an overnight storage and a tow. To make matters worse, when trying to retrieve the motorcycle, the incompetent joke of an employee dropped the bike, causing damage, and this company did not offer to compensate even one penny for their negligence. Stay far away from these people who not only rip you off but damage your personal, valuable property in the process. They want to extract as much money from you as they think they can get away with, however, they will be surprised when some disgruntled customer decides to take legal action against this most disreputable so-called company.
In your reply, you conveniently ignore the fact that your employee DROPPED the bike in his unprofessional and incompetent attempt to transport the bike out of your yard.
If it’s one thing that rings true among these reviews it’s that the thing that sites in the office is an extremely nasty individual and extremely unprofessional. Everyone can’t be lying on his trailor park looking business. If your car had to be towed after an accident you’re better off requesting another local towing company. Don’t even allow these scammers to touch your vehicle
I contacted Panther Towing to flatbed my Porsche 911. This will be the third time in as many years that I have relied on them to transport my vehicle safely. I have used Mark all three times and ask for him by name. He always takes the time to elevate the front of the vehicle when loading to prevent damaging the nose of the car by using additional cribbing. During this last transport I noticed he had a new truck that actually adjusts the tow vehicle chassis/bed to accomodate the loading of vehicles that have low ground clearance. I appreciate the attitude, the care and the investment made in the proper equipment.
Now,this is professionalism and courtesy. I live in Palm Beach, and my bmw 650i convertible got stuck in Aventura. I was towed to a little local shop for holding. I called Panther Towing Monday morning,zelled them, and gave them the address of where the car was and where it was going. That's it. Easy. Simple. My car arrived at my mechanic shop in West Palm Monday afternoon. All this was done without me having to be physically there. I don't use no one else. They have towed all of my vehicles at one point. Some from the dealership to the house,some to the shop when needed. Overall.... I trust them. You should as well.
I would like to start off by saying the employees at this company are very unprofessional. My car was towed from a parking lot and when I tried to get assistance to get back my car the cops was called on me. A 22 year old single black woman in America. All whites against one black. Such a very scary situation. I have never in my life received such racism from an establishment or even an officer before. If your vehicle gets towed by this company I recommend you get authorities involved especially if you are a person of color.
This company is very UNPROFESSIONAL and SHADY. I woke up this morning and my car was no where to be found. Someone stated this company took my vehicle. After an hour of my vehicle being towed I called the police and they stated there was nothing documented in the system referring to my vehicle. When we got to the company we were very polite their attitude was TERRIBLE and they began to threatened us!!!! And because we called the police they refused to give me my car, start calling my mother and I names , accusing us of trespassing ,and getting up in our faces. This Company is very SHADYY !!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. You guys are saying we had a terrible attitude when ALL the other reviews can not be lying on you guys. Your customer service was TERRIBLE!!!!!! We were not trespassing because we came for a car that was ILLEGALLY towed WITHOUT any documentation after an hour of my vehicle being taken. I’m warning EVERYONE TO PLEASEEE STAYYYYY AWAYY EVERYBODY CAN NOT BE LYING.
This company is extremely SHADY AND UNPROFESIONAL!!!! I am reporting them to the property licensing commission! They are so rude!!! They called me out my name and got in my face and threatened me!!! They are so many negative reviews on this company that I’m not sure why they are still in business! Please stay away from this company unless you want to be disrespected and threatened. After I contacted the police department, they hit us with a trespassing warning FOR SIMPLY TRYING TO PICK UP OUR VEHICLE AFTER THEY PICKED IT UP WITHOUT REPORTING IT TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES. The police department had no record of them picking up the vehicle! SHADY!!!! SHADY!!! SHADY!!!! Stay away from them!!!!!!!!!! IGNORE THEIR RESPONSE! As you can see they are childish, petty, and unprofessional! The trespass warning was a lie and as the police explained, they can call for this just because it’s their property!!!! I called and was a advised that a driver would be to me in an hour that was at 1:12pm. At around 2:15pm I received a call telling me the driver was en route to me by 3:20pm no driver no more calls. I called back and was told the driver was on a police call and he would call me when he was on the way at 4:00 I canceled the tow and never heard from the driver. If your driver couldn't accommodate me then I should've been told that it front instead of me waiting three hours for nothing. Worst service or should I say no service ever!!!!!!!
This place might look awful, but it's what's on the inside that counts. Unfortunately, what's on the inside here is also terrible. The woman working the office was particularly nasty. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them if you can avoid it.
Mark the Tow Truck Driver was very personable and professional. We were practically dying of heat exhaustion in the Florida sun after our car broke down. Then like a knight in shining armor, he pulls up with the tow truck, and then jumps out with an ice cold water bottle in his hand!!
How nice is that?! A simple gesture that went a long way. I have to say the price was reasonable too. I would recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company has the most rude and unprofessional staff and owner I ever dealt with. Specifically the owner Maria and the dispatcher Mark. I had the misfortune of calling my Mercedes Roadside assistance and they used Panther Towing as their 3rd party company to pick up my vehicle.
The truck comes, tows my car and about 45 minutes later I get a call from Mark saying that the dealership is closed, there is no night drop off and that they are leaving my car on the side of the road with the keys in the wheel well!
I state this is unacceptable and ask that the car be towed to a different dealership. He starts yelling at me claiming he told me when he dispatched the truck that the dealership would be closed. That is a complete lie and makes zero sense that they would tow a vehicle to a dealership they knew would be closed. After about a minute of me trying to explain this I hear who I learn later is the owner Maria say “give me the effing phone”. She proceeds to accuse me of the same thing, the conversation gets heated and she says you’ll find your car on the side of the road and hangs up.
I call Benz explain everything as I get a ride (30 minutes away) to go babysit my vehicle and wait for the new tow truck to arrive.
Long story short, the new tow company comes states the dealership does indeed have night drops and it’s on the other side. He drops inside the dealership at the service night drop off and was done in less than 10 minutes. Problem solved...thank you Von from Gardens Towing!
To sum up, they were wrong about the dealership, extremely rude, left my vehicle on the side of the road and when I called them back to explain how wrong they were they threatened me, over talked me and then hung up on me again.
After I spent 4 hours unnecessarily dealing with this issue, driving 30 minutes each direction and waiting another hour for a tow truck I finally calmed down. My only comfort after speaking with Benz is knowing that Panther will not get paid, will lose their contract and the other tow truck operator indicated Panther is notoriously rude and their company is in decline.
Maria and Mark when you read this just remember me as you go out of business that I’ll be smiling in my next Benz thinking of your failures. For all else, stay away from these goons who will threaten your life and leave your car on the side of the road.
I had a great experience with this company. I would absolutely recommend this company. The woman JoJo that came to retrieve my truck was very polite and professional. She gave great customer services. She called me when she was in route and when she dropped off my truck to the repair service.
They WORST company ever. they damaged about $250 worth of brand new parts on my truck. they did not claim anything done. they were called by a palm beach county school official to tow my truck off campus. with that being i am a MINOR. they were very disrespectful to me any my father after we showed them the damage. Their lot is very unsecured with no lights also the fence is held together by zip-ties. Yes you heard me right zip-ties are holding the fence up as well as soft metal twist ties. their driver/owner doesnt even know how to properly use his truck i witnessed him unload a box truck and had the front of his truck in the air!!! bouncing around. then as the box truck rolled off he hit another vehicle parked behind it and damaged that car too!!!! they are so bad at what they do im surprised they still have a license. As goes for their location it is horrible!!! we went there to get the truck & there were people smoking pot and playing cards in the parking lot. Also it looked like the shops around their lot was all chop shops. if you ever have to deal with these people good luck to you! Panther towing is the worst towing company in Florida!!!!!!!!
Great company! Made my nightmare much easier to deal with. I had my vehicle stolen from my driveway and abandoned in Lake Worth. Police officer said it was not drivable and I needed it towed. He said Panther was close by, out of Wellington. They sent a tow right over, it arrived in 20 minutes. The driver, I can't remember his name, was quick, efficient and friendly to deal with and got my vehicle back to my house quickly. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know!
I can't understand why all of theses other people had such problems with this company. They were wonderful to me. My wife was stranded due to a bad alternator. They towed our car to their shop, quoted a fair price to repair it and within 24 hours we were back on the road. Special thanks to Mario for his honesty, integrity and swift service.
