a few days ago I reserved a 10 foot truck for self pickup Sat morning at 6am. At 5:45 after arriving, I see on the U-Haul app that there isn't a truck available as I requested days before. Had to call U-Haul and get another truck at another location, costing me time and money as we had people helping waiting. Terrible experience!
Truck and trailer was towed by Sisters on 6/23/25, and it has been a nightmare getting it back. Bate and switch ….they are thieves.
I am an owner operator truck driver who was towed off the highway carrying a clients trailer. My vehicle was operable and was driven to the Sisters tow yard by one of their drivers and I accompanied it in the tow truck with another driver.
In less than 24 hours and the price quoted that evening ($550) was tripled by the next day ($1900) with an initial explanation of they had to disarm my drive shaft to tow it! When I brought to their attention that my truck was driven there with my keys the bill was altered and reduced to $1150, ( included $980/tow, $82/mileage, less than 10 miles and remainder were taxes). With a new explanation they were giving me a discount as an owner operator.
The cab and trailer were driven in connected and they quickly disconnected it and I had to wait 2 days while they held it hostage , changing the needed requirements from the client daily in an effort to increase storage cost. First request, we need email from owner to release-done! Now we need your name listed on letter-done. Lastly,
Now we need letter notarized!
Horrible experience, if ever in Palm Beach Florida and need tow, avoid this woman owned business at All cost!

After a series of unfortunate events my "still legally responsible for vehicle" ended up at this location. Stephanie was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend asking for her if you find that the universe deems it important that you visit this establishment.
The lady at the front desk was really rude. Whoever answers the phone as well. It’s probably the same person. She had a nasty attitude from the time I called and when I got there. The tow truck drivers were the nicest ones and helped me the most, and the cat was lovely as well.
Tell me why my truck had a 30 day hold and sisters towing told me it’s a hold for 38 days not because they don’t count the weekends which is against the law the sheriffs office told me the same thing it was only a 30 day hold and they are refusing to give me back my vehicle and it’s been 34 days already already from July 2nd to the 16 is more than 38 days explain that to me
This place really doesn’t care for the community at all. They towed my trailer and I literally got there shortly after and had to pay 900 bucks to get my trailer back. The distance from the area to their location is only about 12 mins give and take. 900 bucks ???? This is crazy!
Our SUV broke down and we were stuck on the side of the road. It was 110F heat index and thunderstorms were bearing down on us. I was very concerned for my 86 year old Mother's well-being. Sisters Towing came to the rescue. The dispatchers and the driver were wonderful.
They knew my concern for my Mother, and did their best to go out of their way to help bring us some comfort. As for the towing, the operator did his job like a pro. Thank you all at Sisters Towing for being so kind. Know that your driver is a good man.

Vincent was extremely nice and knew exactly what he was doing. It took Vincent about 10 minutes to get to me and change my tire. Vincent was extremely kind and helpful Nothing but the best service from sisters and their employees!

My boyfriend's car was stolen and was brought there. They were nice but the whole carder thing is a bit suspicious. Also isn't it illegal for them to hold a car because of their own technicality?

I don’t understand how these predatory businesses get to operate it should be illegal to charge people to get back their stolen property!!! My car was stolen from outside of my house a month ago! And the police call me on a Friday at 8pm to tell me my car has been found abandoned on the side of the road but the tow place is already closed and doesn’t open until Monday. Smh so I get here when they finally open the following week and I’m charged over $300!!!! To get MY STOLEN CAR BACK it’s sick and wrong it should be an exception for stolen vehicles!!
If I could give less than 1 Star I would have The people there are rude and ignorant and couldn't care less about you or your car. All they want is your money. Most unprofessional place of ever been. Stay away from them. You'll regret it if you use them
Terrible service, and rude employees. Lady didn’t even speak to me in regards to my rental, she sent one of the mechanics to talk to me. They didn’t have the dimensions of the truck I requested a month in advance, and then overcharged my card and didn’t clarify why. Then when I returned it a day early she called with an attitude even though the doors were locked. The day I went to return it (Sunday) it stated appointment only! Don’t bother renting from this company!
I had experience with Sisters through an unfortunate event. My father passed away and his vehicle was towed here. Every interaction I had with them was pleasant given the circumstances. They were very helpful and compassionate towards my situation. The vehicle was safely stored and was removed in a orderly fashion as well.
I had a great experience with Brandon, he made sure to help us out throughout the entire process of getting our car back from being towed. I got to tell you it was very easy and great service from everyone there if I ever need any service like this for towing? I will definitely let them now again.
The rudest people alive. I would never in my life use these people. My car was stolen and they never notified me the car was in their possession after a 2 week of looking for the car I finally find it. They are are required to notify me within 24 hours. I was never notified, but they mailed a letter a week ago that I still have not received by the week. Mind you I am responsible for all of the fees they are nicely collecting. The lady was extremely rude so I was definitely rude back. They shouldn’t even be in business
I had needed an immediate tow on a motorcycle and Sister’s came quickly & did a wonderful job. The driver was like having a friend there and was careful not to scratch the bike. It was secured perfectly in rapid time in inclement weather. Will use again. Highly recommend.
My girl was broke down on the turnpike waiting for AAA for over four hours they never showed. I called sisters on more than one occasion (unfortunately for me)they have showed up within 30 minutes and did exactly what they were called for. I ended up with the same driver which made me feel even better extremely highly recommend Towing company will not leave you hanging
My 26ft heavy duty straight truck dropped the drive shaft on the Turnpike. They were there exceptionally fast( lucky for me no big wrecks that night to tie them up) and the driver was extremely professional and friendly. The women who answered the phone and helped me could not have been more friendly and efficient. . I have never dealt with a tow company who treated me so nicely. This is my new towing company period. Top notch professionals and the price was right in line with what it takes to get a large truck towed. Highly recommend.
So I was involved in a pretty bad car accident few weeks ago where I was at a stop in was rear ended by somebody doing about 50 mph. There was obviously severe damage to the entire back end of the car and I was pushed into the vehicle Unfortunately By the time I was able to get my insurance on the phone sister towing had already been dispatched by the police that arrived the scene. The tow truck driver actually caused more damage to the front end of by vehicle than the actual collision just putting it on to the flat bed. I understand after having looked at the back end they assume probably that the vehicle was gonna be totaled but nonetheless that doesn't give you the freedom to cause further damage. having made a arrangements with my insurance to have my vehicle taken to a specific body shop that I done business with in the past I had to call sisters to make sure to have my vehicle released. The woman who answered the phone was rude and short tempered. And after forwarding an email with all the contact information between the claim number the vehicle my name and phone number. At this point it was later in the afternoon properly about 3 o'clock on I had forwarded this information and immediately called the follow up just to be given a yet will get to it we get to it and they hung up. My vehicle sat in their possession for the entire next business day and wasn't delivered until late morning 2 days after I authorized its release. The people at The Body Shop were absolutely stellar reputation and did their best to try and expedite the process. Unfortunately they said this is a very common issue with this particular towing company. If I ever am in a situation were I need a tow truck and sisters is the only option I think I'd rather get out and push.
The worst experience with a towing place. Very shady! And they will try to scam you for more money. First things first they had my car without informing me and sending anything letting me know my car was in their lot. Racked up $2,700 in towing fees because it was sitting there without my knowledge. Then I get the money to get my car, go, swipe my card, and they say “oh actually we need you to pay in cash” and the battery is dead in your car. That would’ve been nice to know before I got there and before I swiped my card. Had to wait 5 days for the money to be back on my card. Get the cash, a new battery, pay. And they say “oh your car won’t start It needs more work then a battery.” Meanwhile they didn’t put the new battery in. I tell them bring my car around to the front and put the new battery in. They do that and my car didn’t start so I’m freaking out. The guy comes over “we can tow it to the back for $50” and I’m like hell no. Then I realize we’ll there’s no gas in the car, luckily I have a gas can in my trunk. Put some gas in, and the car starts, running perfectly fine. Me and you both know a place that tows cars for a living and has a body shop on site knows that the car just needed a new battery and GAS. Like are you kidding me. Worst place! All they want is money.
Great service and very fast!! Marcello was very professional and so helpful, very patient. He took his time to give me some very helpful tips about my vehicle!! He was very thorough and advise me as soon as the vehicle was safely at the mechanic! Such a relief Thank you again so much Marcello and Sisters towing for their great service!!!!
I used this company several times to pull equipment off of semis for me. Their drivers were great! Fast, efficient, and very nice guys! BUT.....there must have been a change of management, because you call in now and they want to overcharge you, put you on hold to "research" what should be routine answers and generally treat you like they have too much business to treat you decently as a customer. Lost my business today, and they will lose the business of every person that I ever talk to about needing a tow company! Arrogance and lack of customer service chokes out businesses everyday.....swallow softly Sisters.
