The worst place, it's disgusting, the service is terrible. They charged me $733 for the three days my car was there. They're awful. The place is terrible and the customer service is terrible too.

Worst place you can ever have your car towed by . Never mentioned any extra charges and only accept cash . Bad customer service and reeks of cigarettes. By any means necessary avoid this company
They were extremely respectful and very helpful with the paperwork I think it was the owner whom helped us. He explained everything to sign so our insurance company could go directly to them. The ratings are low but people don't realize how busy towing companies are in Palm Beach county I respect them very much!!!!
I was with my friend when he called. He was going to meet them at their building with the title owner and all he wanted to know was the cost of the retrieval and the front desk lady immediately gave attitude. "You're not the owner I don't have to speak with you" *click* twice in a row. We will be making a complaint to the commissioner
The ladies in the office were very pleasant " I went there with a positive attitude". Although the situation sucked the owner Charlie went out of his way to help me get my car started and on the road again even helped me find a tire to replace the one that popped. Best experience I've ever had with a tow company!
