First time using this place, but they advertised a higher place. SCAM! They cashed me out for less than I get at my regular place, and they wouldn’t accept half my scrap. Want more money? Go to another place.
Just got robbed today $20 by the cashier. The receipt was $213 and change. She gave me 9 x $20, one $10, one $2, one $1 and change. Beware dishonest people
These guys kept insisting that my aluminum control arms, my extension cord (made of Copper wiring) and german Stainless Steel exhausts were regular mixed steel and subsequently, I was paid less for the metals I brought to scrap. Unreal. One of the guys kept saying Steel, Steel, Steel… and could not understand any other word. Very frustrating. About 30lbs of the 90lbs recorded as HMS is Stainless Steel. Probably 2lbs of HMS weight is Aluminum and about a 1lb in Copper wire. One thing this world needs less of is incompetence. Or maybe I’m just dreaming about the day when people actually do their jobs correctly. Wouldn’t that be a world!!!
