Absolute professionalism, politeness and responsiveness. We reached out to Mike and he answered immediately, told us approximate time of arrival which was 25 mins and gave us updates of his whereabouts often and he was 100% accurate on his timing. His truck was super clean and he was very professional when loading our car into the truck. Hope it doesn’t happen often when I have to call a tow truck, but he will be number one on my list. Mike from native towing is the best tow truck driver I have ever met! He made towing a truck after a car accident a pleasant experience which is the first time for me. He was quick with coming on the scene of the accident and diligent when hauling the truck onto the tow truck. You can tell he cares a lot for his business and customers. Mike, the owner is an awesome guy. He went over and beyond what I needed from him he picked up a small skid steer For me and had it delivered to one of the ports and took time out of his day to have to wait there he is super efficient. He takes many pictures and I would highly recommend his towing company above anyone else!!

Quick, efficient and honest service! A pleasure to deal with! Mike helped us out twice after our car broke down on the side of the highway. He was there half an hour after the incident and took us straight to our mechanic. A few days later, he towed it from the mechanic to our house. He couldn’t be more pleasant to deal with! Highly recommend!!!

Mike was AMAZING! Showed up when I was stranded in the middle of the road within minutes and was kind and compassionate. Then he showed up again the next day for a tow and again was timely and very kind. I would 100% recommend him for roadside assistance

Taking the time out to write this review because Mike @ Native Towing was such a gentleman and true professional. At 6pm on a Monday evening as he was sitting down to have dinner with his family he came to get me out of a jam and got here within 15 minutes I kid you not. Don’t waste your time calling any other tow truck company in the area. Mike will take care of you and go the extra mile. Worth every penny and then some. Everyone always hear the horrible stories of the infamous tow truck driver of how “it took hours, they overcharged me, they damaged my vehicle” etc… WELL FEAR NO MORE!! This is the most RELIABLE and HONEST tow experience I’ve ever had. I randomly selected this company from google, when I called I spoke to a guy named Mike who quoted me a fair price and assured me he would be to my location in 20mins. As I prepared to wait 2 hours because they always say 20-45 mins, to my surprise 15 minutes later lo and behold here’s Mike pulling up. What I thought would be a simple tow was far from that. The desired vehicle to be towed was blocked in by another vehicle(truck) which the transmission wouldn’t engage. Secondly the desired vehicle battery was dead and was customed lowered with minimum space to hook up and tow without the risk of damage. At this point I knew this guy was just going to walk away. Nevertheless, he kindly persisted to assist my elderly dad, was able to move the blocked vehicle, manually pushed the desired into position to a tow position and proceeded to deliver the vehicle in a timely manner to the mechanic shop which was in another county(1hr drive).. what should have been a 5 minute hook up took roughly an half hour and not once did Mike turn his back on us or raised his initial quote which I should note the distance was even a little further than what was quoted. We’re always QUICK to COMPLAIN but never to COMPLIMENT. JOB WELL DONE MIKE!! May your company continue to prosper and may the community and any others who utilize ur services have the similar experience I had. Thank you!!!

Mike has towed my Honda CRV TWICE to my mechanic in lake worth. He is so amazing and kind. No one ever wants their car to break down but when it does it’s nice to have someone reliable to help you.
