Steer clear from this company and Earl Trevor Gonzales. Ordered ABS module for $500. Was told I ordered the wrong one and needed to pay and additional $98 for the correct part. Fine. Received the module and mechanic was unable to communicate with it. Stated there was some type of internal issue. Also noticed that there was a crack on the housing and the part # was different than the ABS module that was removed. The installation attempt took place 10 days after I received it. Sent pics to him and description of the problem. He denied my request for a return/replacement because I didn't take a picture of the box it was received in within 7 days so he could try to make a claim. Instead, they offered to send me another one for another $300!

Funny that I see him respond to all of these negative reviews stating their return window is 30 days. I contacted him 10 days after I received it. Also, these parts are outsourced so how do they know if it was in fact tested and working before shipping?
Buyer beware, you are taking alot of risk buying from this guy. If your part is defective you're stuck with it.
So glad I found CarPartSource to purchase my ABS module online. It was reasonably priced and shipped out quickly. The customer service department even reached out to me to verify the ordered part was an exact fit. My mechanic installed it without any problems and I'm back on the road again!
This was a difficult find. My local used part supplier could only get me a 2001 F-150 HCU that was so rusty that it was unusable. This was a first-time fit that worked right away. Also, they contacted me to make sure I was receiving the correct part as there were so many options. Thank you!
I would not recommend buying an ABS module here. First ABS module I got for my 2018 Kia forte wouldn’t even power on. They switched it with another module that wouldn’t communicate. Just so everybody knows it’s about $500 in labor each time you put one of these in so now I’m down $1000 and the second one didn’t work. I did not reach out further to Car Part Source because I I couldn’t just keep paying $500 in labor to keep going through these modules. I eventually sold the car as is and took the loss and moved on. Be careful if you buy from here.
This transaction could not have gone any better. The cost of the used part was 1/3 of a new OEM, shipping was free, and the part fit perfectly. We installed in our Accord and the ABS/brake codes cleared themselves after a few engine cycles. Highly recommended if you want a high quality used part and an excellent purchase experience.

I ordered a used "2013 Ford F150 ABS Control Module & ASSEMBLY, 4X4 ID DL34-2C405-B " and it arrived very quickly. However part of the plastic surrounding the connector area was broken.
Natalie without hesitation offered me the option of a different part or a partial refund. The module was reprogrammed and all the error codes have disappeared.
I can say without hesitation that CarPartSource is a fantastic company and their customer service is second to none.

My 2005 Mazda 3 ABS module died. I went through Ebay first who assured me that ANY module from 2005 to 2009 would fit my 2005, well thats not the case. The 2005 pin configuration to plug it in is smaller so the 2008 they sent me woudln't work. I found carparts source and they shipped me an actual 2005 module and bingo good to go. I would recommned these guys and will be back again I'm sure.
I teach Quality Management in my Supply Chain courses. The quality of the service provided by Earl was among the best that I have encountered when ordering an item online. I provided my VIN, and Earl called and emailed me to verify the part number because my VIN was associated with three potential options. Earl ensured that the correct ABS unit was shipped and it arrived three days later. My mechanic just installed the ABS unit and can now read the codes to determine that I need a simple bearing also. The only suggestions that I have are to add some more information to the web site, for example, a picture of where to locate the part number for the ABS unit. Overall, I received top notch customer support along with a quality part shipped quickly!
Do not use this business for an ABS Control Unit! The units are not tested and likely will not function properly. Instead send your ABS control unit to Module Masters and they will reasonably rebuild it for you. Working with CarPartSource is like working with the DMV. Instead of working with you on returns, they refer to their restrictive return and warranty POLICIES. I received an ABS Control Module for my 2001 Isuzu Trooper and had it immediately installed. Within 24 hours I had ABS codes and eventually no ABS functioning. I wrote a review of this at the request of CarPartSource at same time, and received a thank you for the review, but no acknowledgement of the non-functional control unit. I knew my unit was supposedly warrantied for 1yr, so I went about getting my original ABS control unit rebuilt with Module Masters. Module Masters did a great reasonably-priced job. My mechanic swapped out the ABS units and My Trooper has ABS again with no ABS codes! When I contacted CarPartSource to return their faulty ABS Control Unit, they informed Me that I was not within their 30 days return period and they also would not honor their 1yr warranty. They laughed at my situation and repeatedly chastised Me for not being familiar enough with their restrictive return and warranty POLICIES. They said it would be unfair to all of their other customers if they treated Me properly and accepted their faulty ABS Unit for a refund! They referred to their POLICIES like your typical DMV employee would. Unbelievable! I have never worked with such a difficult and rude parts business in my life.
Ran across these folks searching for 2012 Toyota ABS mod/pump. Good thing I did. Ordered part. Part came fast. Had part installed and my wife's Toyota is back on the road and running fine. Folks saved me having to give up a body part to the Dealer. Will surely buy from them again.

CPS had what I needed and at half the price estimated by the service center. Ordered, shipped to the service center, installed. Car runs like a dream. Won't be using their 30-day return policy. I ordered the ABS module for my 2005 Prius, the first one did not work at first, but then I contacted the customer service, they were responsive and they send me another one the same week, my car is running great for a year now and would definitely buy from them again if needed.
I had just had a brake job done on my Wife's 2004 Honda CRV at a Honda dealer for $700+, which included pads, rotor machining and power bleeding, but the pedal was still spongy. The dealer recommended replacing the master cylinder, but when I told them I had replaced it a year earlier, they said that I would have to replace the ABS Unit, for an additional $2800. I declined, but a year later I found a few drips of brake fluid on the floor of my garage. I traced the leak back to the ABS unit. The fluid had been collecting in an out-of-sight recess in the wheel well and finally overflowed and ran down the inside of wheel well. I looked online and found that a new ABS unit cost $2200. I then found used ABS units at several online stores. However, CarPartsStore was the only one that offered a warranty. It was slightly more costly that the other stores, but about $2000 less than the new part. With the savings I also purchased a pressure bleeding tank and a Honda master cylinder adapter. The ABS unit arrived in a week or so and it looked the same as the one in my Wife's 2004 CRV. It was dirty, but cleaned up ok. Once installed and bled, the pedal was as firm as it should be and the warning light on the panel worked properly.
My husband purchased a 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 ABS Control Module Pump and Assembly for $227.99.
The bad news: although the web site states the part was fully tested and worked perfectly, it did not.
The good news: they were great to deal with and provided a 100% refund immediately upon notification of the faulty part..

This order was my first experience with Car Part Source. And I could not have been more impressed. From a clean easy to understand website, to making certain I chose the correct part before shipping, to receiving the part 24 hours from purchase. Ordering from car part source will absolutely become a go to for me. I installed the part yesterday and it’s working perfectly. My only possible note for buyers is that the photo on the website is a stock image, not the actual part. So the part I ordered was dirty for instance, but nothing a quick wipe down couldn't take care of. Very pleased with the customer service! Here's looking at you Earl!!! :)
I ordered a motor for a 2002 Chevrolet Impala 3.8L i received the motor it was not at all what was expected for the 1400 I paid for it. I had it professionally installed 3 months to the day of installing 538 miles the motor threw a rod cylinder 4 dead. I called only to get the explanation that I would have to cover a reinstall to the tune of 1300 more dollars and it’s more benefiting to junk the car I would like a refund. I then got a explanation that they would not refund me fully unless I could ship the motor back to them at my cost which is absolutely insane I explained to the woman I spoke with that I would be happy to send your engine back shipping at your cost. I didn’t decline sending it back it would have cost more to ship the engine back then my refund at my cost. So for 3 months 538 miles I received a 50% refund after putting 2700 into my car and them sending me a faulty engine. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE IT IS OUT RIGHT A SCAM.. I have opened a case with better business. I purchased a engine locally for 650$ at a local yard with 27000 original miles and my local mechanic was able to watch the car run as well as doing a full work up before the engine was pulled out of its original car. This company is far from fair.... I learned my lesson I will shop with my locally owned mom and pop yards.

Keep in mind the parts are used so expect it to be kinda dirty because mine was. Anyway sorry to say the part didn't work out for me. It was the correct part for my truck , but it didn't work. So I called the company to tell them the situation and wanted a refund. I return the item back with a note from the mechanic explaining what was wrong with the ABS control module. The company received back the ABS and refund me all my money back . I'm giving them five stars because I got my part as scheduled and I didn't have to fight or argue about getting my money back since I did order this online.

I needed an abs module and proportion valve for my 2003 Escalade. When searching the internet, I was discouraged to find that just the module was going to cost anywhere from $600 to $1200. I then stumbled across this company “Car Part Source”, who actually had the abs module and proportion valve (attached together) for only $200 total, no shipping charge. Not only was it a small fraction of the prices I found elsewhere, but it also came with a 12 month warranty. After ordering this part from their website , one of their representatives/employees called me to verify the part was exactly what I needed. That says a lot about their customer service. The part arrived in just a few days (well packaged and in perfect condition) and I was able to install it with no problems. Last but not least, I didn’t have to take it to the dealership to have it reprogrammed as many Internet forums stated I would. My service brake light immediately went away and I now have working brakes back in my Escalade. My experience with Car Part Source was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality used car parts and I will definitely continue to do business with them.
Ordered a ABS unit for my 99 Jeep Cherokee. It came quickly and was packaged in recycled materials. A great bonus. The part fit and worked great. Best of all it has a warranty. Will order again when I need another part.
Ordered an ABS Module for my Honda. Once installed and brakes were bled our issue of a soft brake pedal was solved. This is a great alternative to a really expensive new part. Plus, the warranty makes this a no-brainer.
