Would NEVER trust this company with my vehicle. He kept swerving and cutting me off on 95 until the Atlantic exit. Literally insane- needs to be reported. This is 11am Thursday 02/19/26 to find and report the proper driver.
Excessive fees, receipt doesn't add up - predatory practices. Ill- mannered person releasing car expressed aggressive and discriminatory behavior. I wouldn’t recommend females go without male escort
They kept my car for seven days saying they will not accept a pic of my registration (hard copy was en route in snail mail), on seventh day they decide to accept it. This is after 500 in charges were racked up. Authorities have been notified.
Tow truck drivers get a bad rep. People usually get upset over them just doing their job. I however, had a great experience with Jay! He was kind, professional and most importantly helpful! As if that wasn’t enough the man was funny too! Special thanks to you!
The lady who answers the phone is sooo rude. She has a nasty attitude and never is polite. This is the last time I use their services and recommend them ever!! If it wasn’t for the lady in front they may alright!!!
DO NOT USE THIS SHADY BUSINESS. Driver ruined a brand new BMW bumper when dropping the car off & when I picked my car up after trusting it there for two days, it had a flat tire with a huge mail from their junk yard lot which they’re “not responsible for” so they’re not responsible for cleaning the lot to prevent this and they surely won’t be responsible for your damages to your vehicle Mind you, I’m nine months pregnant and had to drive my car with a flat from a tow yard to a tire place from this “family owned” business. Poor business ethics.
Supervisor said they don’t have to handle the cars with care and hung up on me in a recording I went to the BBB.
Went to pickup vehicle from lot and tires one side tires were flat. The football emblem was stolen from trunk lid. They removed it and didn't remove the adhesive. Emblems are not expensive however it is able principal of honestly.
The driver in a huge flatbed tow truck was driving irresponsibly down Glades road heading west at 8:21pm. Large vehicles like that can do a lot of damage and kill.
Recently got into an accident and my car was towed to Priority Towing. Went to them with my drivers license and registration and was able to get all of my stuff out with no issues. The man that was there provided me with a shopping cart to collect my things. Very nice and courteous. Just have your proper paperwork and it should be a straight shot.
Closed on weekends to extort more money from people who got into car crashes also preventing getting my personal possessions back , or my car without charging an extra 35$ to "send a driver to open the gate from wes tpalm , literally scam artists

I was informed and instructed to retrieve my son's motor vehicle bike from this company. I was instructed there was a 5 day hold place by law enforcement for personal specified reasons. Once at this establishment the lady working the front desk blatantly bypassed me taking other customers whom I was a head of. I patiently waited. I was then rudely dealt with in a inhumane manner as she recognized who I was. A gentleman then begin to get loud and insult me with insults. I presented them with proper documentation to retrieve my property and they continued to attempt to find fault in all documentation. I was forced to contact a lead officer who overhead the ill treatment and demanded I call law enforcement there to assist. Law enforcement tried to mediate with the company and the behavior from the lady continued to be rude. The guy departed from the establishment once he heard my family informing them we will be pursing this further. After 30 minutes another gentleman entered and attempted to assist and offer an apology. No business should display poor conduct and customer as this company. This company is poorly managed.
Had a blow out on I-95 on a Saturday night. My Triple AAA insurance did not send a truck (too busy -- might get there by midnight; maybe was there response). The *347 Road Ranger assistance was backed up. No one came for over 3 hours and despite calling back, they could not say when they would come. This is all while cars and trucks are speeding by on the highway feet away. The tire iron broke after losening 3 of 5 lugs on the tire so we could not change it ourselves. I called 6 tow companies with no luck until I got Priority. They showed up within 15 minutes and towed our vehicle back to Vero Beach. It was expensive as it was an hour and a half tow -- the donut spare would not have made it. Thanks for saving the day Aaron and Brandon. Highly recommend.
