The guy that was not sent today (Wednesday) was not welcoming or friendly at all but the first guy that came on Saturday was excellent!!! I don’t understand why but I do have to check to see if more damage was done to my car because he seems like he really didn’t want to be there!!!

Car died so needed a quick tow. They gave me an estimate of 90 minutes arrival but it ended up being 30 minutes. Very professional service. They were very familiar with the dealership I was going to. Total price was $219. Since I haven’t needed a tow in quite a while, I don’t know if the price is reasonable. But I needed my car to be towed and they handled it quickly and competently.
They showed up very fast within 15 to 20 minutes. I was thinking it would be two hours and the driver was very friendly and took good care of the vehicle. It was a pleasurable experience to have a tow truck. I was just glad to have them.
I’ve used Gardens Towing numerous times now. You get what you pay for, and in transporting / towing a vehicle you want the best. Gardens had towed my motorcycle and my car. The service was impeccable, from start to finish! The shop has amazing service I dealt with Megan she was super nice and helpful with what I needed. I mean what can I say about this place? The receptionist is friendly and made scheduling a last minute pickup a breeze. They provided a tracker to see how long it would be for the driver to show up. The driver was great. He did some above and beyond investigating before loading my vehicle onto the flat bed. All in all you couldn't have asked for better service.
I had tire trouble at 1 AM and I needed my car to be towed. Despite his busy schedule, Neil arrived promptly and was very efficient.
The dispatcher was extremely supportive in our time of need.

Gave them a call at noon on a Friday to pick up a vehicle for me and take it to Mercedes-Benz on Okeechobee Boulevard. Car was picked up and dropped off and both the office and the tow truck operator were excellent. Will definitely use again in the future
Fantastic, after five tow companies failed.They were lazy and clueless. Gardens sent Steve, he was very knowledgeable and cared about my car. He had the car on the flatbed in ten minutes. Took it to the Mercedes dealer and called me when it was safe. Use this guy if you want your car taken care of. 10+ Thanks again Steve
Vil saved our day, our night, and our sanity! We had one person come out to open our car (keys locked in) and not only was he not able to get in the car, he left saying he was having someone else come - which he never did. We once again called our insurance and within 30 minutes, Vil pulled in to help. His attitude was positive and his work was fast. He got in the car within 10 minutes so at 4:30 a.m. we could finally get home (2 hours away!) We highly recommend Gardens and if Vil is available, he rocks! Thank you Vil!!

Great response and quick to pick up my vehicle. Joe the driver was very professional and took great care of our vehicle and got it to the dealership and took care of putting keys in drop box. He then called me to let me know the vehicle was there and safe.
Neil was very cordial and polite. He provided excellent service, and the truck was well taken care on the inside — which was a big plus for me. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience! Specially when stranded on I75 at night Time.
