They were professional on time and. Communicated every step of the way , They even made me feel safe as my tire blew late at night and they gave me all the info before they came .
Called for a help with the blown out tire. They arrived at the location but then once they saw me they just drove off. I called them back regarding this matter and they angrily called me a "Leafs fan" and says "Panthers are number 1! We will not help anyone who is a Leafs or a Bruins fan!". I will not recommend it.
I paid NeuTech $150 to change a tire and the next morning when I woke up I found out that he couldn't even tighten the nuts properly, one fell out on the road, the other ones could be unscrewed without tools. I could have gotten into a terrible accident if I had driven a little more and my tire would have fallen off on the road!!! Very unprofessional!!!
Came late and helped me out with a job that was supposed to be simple but ended up taking a few wrong turns. My man Ramone got it done though, and dare I say no one would’ve been able to do it if it weren’t for him.
Fast, transparent, knowledgeable and great customer service. Legitimately 24/7 and will actually pickup the phone at 3:00am even for roadside assistance. They have quality coated tools and take extra care not to scratch, gouge or ding. I was stranded in the middle of the night 2 hours from home with a flat tire. Screw in the tread. Instead of putting on the spare (quick solution) the technician repaired the tire on the spot. He was very knowledgeable about my hydraulic suspension system, sensors, and took great care of my rim. They do an amazing job and actually care.

Ramone pull up on me a soon as possible I called him at 1am in the morning on a Friday night when I had nobody else when I was stranded all by myself all it took was 10 mins for him 2 get here and help me change my flat tire that was destroyed he even help put my spare tire on my car all by himself and when my spare tire needed air he help me assist on putting just enough air in the spare tire as it needed I THANK him so much great affordable pricing without him I wouldn’t know what 2 do

Had a very pleasant experience. My dad broke down on riverside and called a few tow companies all quoted him over a 2 hour wait him. Ramon was there within 30 minutes. Had him towed to the house and even came back promptly this morning to help us tow to the dealership. This wasn't an easy task with the remote start, not being able to get the car into neutral easily. Ramon knew what to do and used all the right equipment. He was very knowledgeable and responsive.

he was a life saver, very patient and kind. My phone had no battery and the driver waited for me, then took me to get the car at towing impound, waited to get my car, didn't try to rip me off. They are super nice and humane. And honest!!!

Everyone was so polite and professional in spite of me being a nervous wreck over my car! Dwayne the tow truck driver was very respectful, communicating in a timely manner and being genuinely concerned over my vehicle. Highly recommend!
I had a really great experience with the guy who answered my service call was really pleasant and informative as well as Dwayne who was able to get my car towed. They arrived fast and got my car to the location I needed in great time. My car wasn't able to be put in gear Dwyane was able to get in neutral and push it into the space. They guys were a real help and God sealed. I would recommend them to everyone. Am saving the number now incase of anything.
