My car overheated on a busy intersection on a Friday afternoon and my phone battery was dead-a very stressful situation. The police called Kauffs Towing and Adam (Truck 200) arrived with a flatbed.
Adam was incredibly professional and kind. He handled everything quickly and safely, towed my car to the local dealership, offered me water, and even let me charge my phone for a bit during the process. That small gesture made a big difference.

Adam truck 200 was amazing. After my insurance roadside assistance had me on the phone for 3 hours at 2 am and then basically told me to fend for myself, I called Kauff and within an hour and a half they had my car on the truck. Adam was super professional and made the process quick and easy. I will call Kauff first before roadside assistance next time to save myself the time and aggravation.

It is never a good time to have a car accident and have the vehicle towed, but I was lucky that it was towed to Kauff’s. I have a Tesla and it was completely dead and locked down, I did not think I would be able to retrieve any of my personal items. Then comes Adam to the rescue. He was able to open my doors and glove box for me, he explained how to take the flash drive to see the recording of the accident. He even helped carry my belongings to my rental for me. He and Lindsay both went above and beyond with their customer service. I highly recommend their business.

I contacted Kauff’s because I’ve used them in the past. This time I called because my friend’s motorcycle broke down on the southbound side of I95 in the area of Boynton Beach, FL. Due to the time of day (it happened a little after 3:30pm) it took awhile for the tow truck driver to get to my friend, but that’s understandable and not a negative refection on Kauff’s. My friend was waiting with his motorcycle. The tow truck driver showed up and, with my friend’s assistance, got the motorcycle onto the tow truck flatbed. Eventually, the tow truck driver and my friend arrived at my house. The motorcycle will be kept here until it!’s repaired. The driver’s name is Adam and his tow truck number is 200. Adam was professional and competent. I would recommend Kauff’s if the need arises.

Highly recommend this place! I went to grab my belongings from my car as it was towed here after an accident. I realized I forgot a few things hours later and rushed back right as they were closing. Needed help moving my toolbox and tool cart from Hallandale Beach all the way up to Deerfield Beach. Adam showed up on time with great professionalism. He took great care handling my toolbox and my tool cart while loading. That same level of care was expressed while transporting and unloading. He displayed great professionalism and experience throughout the entire process. Highly recommended and if I ever need to move my toolbox again would definitely have him do it.
