Zuccalas went above and beyond the call of duty Brittany was absolutely unbelievably great for me she helped me do everything they took my car they let me in they did everything you could possibly do for comfort if somebody that just got in a severe accident.
I had an accident, trying to avoid running over a huge lizard. The lizard survived, but, sadly, my car did not. It crashed into a mailbox hidden in overgrown bushes, with a tree tucked behind it. Zuccala Wrecker Service to the rescue. The driver was very knowledgeable and pulled my wrecked Volvo out of the bush and towed it away. The following day we went to Zuccala's to retrieve my belongings out of the car. This is where I met the awesome BRITTNEY! Her job is mainly paperwork, however, she went way beyond her job description to help me. She brought a tool and removed my license plate. Then she found an empty shopping bag and began loading my belongings from the glove box, console storage, stuff hanging from mirror, and she even scraped off my Sunpass sticker and community pass. BRITTNEY amazed me and made a heartbreaking job (Yes, I was mourning the loss of my red Volvo) so much easier, both physically and emotionally. Zuccala may be a Wrecking Company, but they helped me get it together. I LOVE Zuccala, but hope to never see them again!
Zuccala Wrecker Service came to my neighbors house to tow their car. The driver of the tow truck drove the truck on my lawn to position it correctly to load the car. In doing so they drove a 10 ton truck on my grass and of course the truck sank right in. When I called the company nobody returned my call. If they are that careless by driving up on somebodys lawn then refuse to take reponsiblity for it then I don't know if I would trust my car to tow it properly
I got my car stuck in a very awkward spot.. Tyler was awesome and was able get it back on the road without any damage at all! I’m SO pleased!!! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! THANK YOU
If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, check out Zuccala Wrecker. I was in a car accident, and my car was towed there. I had pleasure of meeting Brittany, she was very informative, and very comforting considering what I had been through. She gave me all the information I needed as well as, being a neutral party to any other questions I had in regard to my vehicle.
I had an unexpected flat tire right before rush hour when I was nearly 40 miles from home, and this being something that normally would’ve ruined my day turned into something completely unexpected all because of Gigi from Zuccala’s. My warranty covered towing to the nearest service center, but they approved towing me to a service center closer to my home instead. Zuccala’s was the towing service that they called and Gigi showed up within about 45 minutes (I was expecting to wait hours). She was extremely efficient and just flat out nice to talk to on the longer than usual ride, due to the farther location. It was a nice contrast to what I’ve come to expect from a lot of companies who don’t prioritize customer service. I would recommend Zuccala’s a million times just based on the help one of their employees was able to give. I wish all companies had employees like Gigi.
Wouldn’t give their business name or address out over the phone. Very questionable business practices. Seems like they were trying to buy time before we could locate the yard.
Seems like the same experience as the other negative reviews. Switching between business names listed on the building to buy days which they can collect more money. Truly dishonest and unprofessional. Apologies to anyone who has to deal with them, you will be losing more money than expected!
Watched a friend listen carefully to the instructions presented to her and follow them, only for the employee to harass her to the point of mocking her for her late father. Unacceptable. Do no trust these people with your vehicle.
