Start by saying that somebody came up to my husband shop and was selling some cucumber vouchers for this place so it was air conditioner and things like that and the first thing I asked is to make sure that the shop worked on hybrids and you said yes, so coming back from Boca my car started making a whistling sound and all the dashboard lights were on Instead of driving it. I had Aaa come and pick it up and delivered it to them. It took him a couple of days to figure out and then he says well it’s your break master cylinder. Noise Call me back and let me see how much is gonna cost and he called me about a day later saying well everything’s going to be $2700 so I said OK that’s fine. Go ahead and do the work. He goes ahead. They changed my battery, but I still have two years left on it. I don’t care if he calls it cheap. It was my battery. It was not his to get rid of but another battery and charges me $333 for the battery And the installation then we go get the car we were going up to Orlando early in the morning on Saturday and my husband notices that the lights are still on so it turns around go back to the mechanic the mechanic says well. The car is safe to drive. Don’t worry about the lights. We drove it and everything else is just fine. The lights are on because you have a center in the back tire if it’s the right one or the left one that’s bad Get up in the morning go down take a turnpike. Everything is beautiful. Traffic is none then we get to 192 Osceola Parkway as I got off there utility truck had a red light I tried to put on the brakes I had none I had to keep pumping pumping pumping until I got a full break. I lined it on misted Truck by inches I broke so hard that one of the calibers completely froze here we are for July weekend. Everything is closed so we ordered the calipers and changed it whenever I came back. Yes I was pissed. I’m not gonna sugarcoat it. I mean, you call yourself a mechanic and you let this car go out here Without bleeding. The brakes properly charge me $199 for an air conditioner that doesn’t work whenever I went back over there I had bought my battery that I wanted. I gave him back his. He started calling me. He said I was stealing $333 out of him. How can I steal something that I gave you back you never had my permission to change my battery And then I said well what about the air conditioner? He told me that was my problem even though they charge me for it come to find out I took it somewhere else. The compressor is gone and there is a leak so it’s not gonna work so who’s a sleep now But after I complain, he had one of the guys go out there and isn’t an amazing all of a sudden all those lights went off every single one of them with the exception of the airbag that came back in so they wanted to be for more money. I guess I would not recommend this place while I was there or somebody said they lost lug nuts of their tires. It is the kind of Mechanic you call yourself and after this he had the nerve to tell me that he was my fault Because he told me about the brakes, but I was too cheap to change and I’m gonna put the receipt out there because there’s nothing on that receipt that says anything about break that needs to be changed so he’s a liar and I want my $189 back for a job did not perform you have my address. Make sure you send it.
ok my car in for an oil change and had a great experience. The team did a fantastic job and even took the time to teach me a few things about my car that I didn’t know. They’re very knowledgeable and professional. The waiting area was super comfortable, with great coffee, chargers, and everything you need while you wait. Highly recommend!
My Audi's AC stopped working and I took it to 5 different mechanics who either couldn't figure it out or wanted to charge an arm and a leg just to diagnose it.

I really appreciate this shop getting me in last minute. I had some immediate issues with my engine that needed to be addressed right away. And they helped me and fixed it same day. I brought my 2011 Mustang to Tune Rite on June 2nd for diagnostic work related to the transmission, driveshaft, and differential. The staff were polite, and the shop has a clean reputation, but my experience was mixed.
I was told the transmission mounts were bad, even though I had proof they were replaced in November 2024. I had all my service records on hand, but the shop relied only on Carfax. Which does not show everything. I later texted proof, which they confirmed receiving. The differential was leaking from a sensor, but I was told the warranty would only cover it if metal fragments were found, which would require drain the fluid test, if not covered by the warranty I would be responsible.
I also found it concerning that they listed my brake fluid as dirty, even though it was flushed last year. Again, this was based solely on Carfax, not on physical testing or evidence.
The biggest issue: they never submitted the warranty claim properly. I called MaxCare directly and confirmed that the claim was partially filed, and that actual service records, not Carfax are required. I was also told by the shop that if I took my car back, I might not be able to file a claim elsewhere, which is not true.
As an automotive student training to become a diagnostic technician, I expected a more thorough and transparent process. The shop may have good intentions, but relying on incomplete data, not submitting warranty paperwork, and pressuring customers isn't the right approach.
I brought my car for a clutch repair. They went over and above and did a fantastic job. They changed the clutch flywheel and clutch sleeve. The car drives better than ever. I feel like I have a new car. The technician was knowledgeable in how to Change the clutch in a Subaru.

Went in for an oil change and a general inspection. It took about 2 hours but the inspection which was free with the oil change was absolutely superb. They took pictures and went over many areas of the car. I had been hearing a strange noise from the car so they even did a test drive to try and uncover the cause. The noise has since gone away but the service I was given will leave a lasting impression. Price is more than reasonable and when you stack it with the inspection I got way more than my money's worth. Can't recommend this place enough. Will be the only place I go for future oil changes.

Here at Tune right they serviced my wife’s F250. While it was getting serviced I had the pleasure of seeing the other vehicles in the lot. Some nice vintage suvs. Plus I saw they were even servicing a Tesla. Very reasonable prices and they bring to your attention what could be a potential problem in the future without using scare tactics. The person helping us even recommended where we can order a new air filter for her truck to save us some extra cash. I definitely trust tune rite for my future repairs

This was the absolute best place to go to for my repairs. I’ve been to several different repair shops but NONE have done the amazing job they did for me. Max took amazing care of my repairs, although I was concerned about the costs and time it would take for repair he reassured me and was fast acting to have the leaks from my car diagnosed AND repaired! I don’t have tons of experience with mechanical repairs so being able to trust Max through the whole process really made things so much easier on me. If I were to ever help someone I would 100% recommend them to Max! Thanks for taking great care of my vehicle!

I went earlier today to another car shop place (Mobile 1 location near by) and they wanted to charge me $120 for a synthetic engine oil and filter change and they would not be able to provide me with a receipt. So I left.
I found these guys on google. The guy in the reception immediately stood up and asked what I needed. Within 5 minutes my car was already inside the shop. They charged me $60.71, 50% off what Mobile 1 wanted to charge me for the same service.
These people have earned a customer for life as long as I live in Delray Beach.
The waiting room was comfortable as well and does not smell like burnt tires or burnt engine oil.
