I finally stopped *dating" toxic mechanics. For years, I was seeing shops that treated me like an ATM, constantly telling me my car had 'problems' that I’m pretty sure they made up in a dream the night before. Then I found Tune Rite. They don't lie to me, they don't make up imaginary car illnesses, and they actually fix what’s broken. A special shout out to Max and Victor—these guys are the absolute best. They are always incredibly helpful and make the whole process stress-free. It’s the most stable relationship I’ve had in years. 10/10, would let them touch my engine again!
Went in for a last minute alignment and they were able to fix my messed up tire alignment in 30 to 40 minutes or so. My car feels a lot sharper and handles perfectly.

I’ll do this place the kindness of not leaving one star, due to the fact that I did have a decent first experience with the company—just normal maintenance work along with a diagnostic. Unfortunately, the second time around the experience was not great.
The business model for them seems to be tackling the most expensive jobs first, only to find out that wasn’t the issue. They turned what should have been a $500–$1,000 job at most into more than $2,000. They replaced brand new, fully functional parts (which I have confirmation were working) while essentially guessing at the problem, and then tried to explain that this was the necessary and final fix—only for two more “final fixes” to follow, each tacking on hundreds more.
The guys in the front office are, for the most part, predatory salesmen with lackluster mechanical knowledge. It was a frustrating and costly experience. I will never return here, and I recommend finding somewhere else unless you have lots of expendable income and would like to donate to their trial-and-error shop.
They were wonderful to work with! We had an emergency driving through FL on our way home. We called a dozen shops & no one could get us in on a Friday on an emergency basis until we reached the Service Advisor Max at TuneRite. They helped get our vehicle back on the road & were very reasonable priced! Highly recommended!!!!

I definitely recommend! They are very hard working and honest people. I went to another shop in the past where they told me they replaced a part that costs around $500. After going to Tune Rite, they pointed out I still had that original part, so I could get a refund from the first place I went to! I think they are very trust worthy people. Max at the desk was also helpful with getting me a discount on a lyft ride to my class, since im a student. They gave me a great warranty deal for the new part and offered to help with towing if i ever need it. Im very happy I found a place with good employees that care about their customers!
I went in for an oil change and it was done promptly and their price was comparable and better than others I checked. Owner and Staff were very friendly and respectful. They did a once over and explained all that they saw and it all matched what I already knew about my car. They made recommendations for later, nothing was needed right away and there was no pressure at all. I will definitely got back.
The first experience I had at Tune Rite Boca was fantastic in every respect. The service people were patient and informative and were honest in their recommendations and fixing the problems with my automobile.
I’ve been using Boca Auto Repair for years. I cannot tell you how wonderful they are always. They do a great job. They’re quick respectful. The shop is beautiful and Mike the manager couldn’t be a nicer guy. I highly recommend this terrific company.
This was my first time here, but my cars second time. Last December my car got an oil change here and they told me I needed to replace the serpentine belt and quoted me $191. I didn’t do it then and I just went back for an oil change this week and asked for another quote to get it done since it had been a year. Victor told me that normally their prices increase $5-$10 from year to year but because of tariffs this years price will be higher. I asked him to give me the quote anyways and he told me $272. I then asked him for a price breakdown for what was parts vs labor and he didn’t break it down but he told me that their labor is a fixed amount so the price increase is coming solely from the part. I decided not to get it done because it seemed like a big increase for just a belt that is around $40 online. I went up to the checkout for my oil change and Max checked me out. I asked him if they do discounts for FAU students and he said yes but not on oil changes. So I asked if I would get a discount on the serpentine belt and he said yes, it’s a 10% discount on labor, not parts. So I asked him for a new quote with the discount applied. He told me it came out to $217. Weird because that’s a $55 discount which is 10% of $550, not even close to the price of the labor. I left and my boyfriend called (he has taken my car and his car there before) and Max told him that Victor told me the price was $254 because the printed paper said that (I never saw this paper) and he never said $272 or mentioned anything about tariffs (Max was also not even in the room when Victor told me the price or about the tariffs). My boyfriend then said where does the 10% come in because $217 is not a 10% discount of $254 and Max did not answer him and just told him that was the price. Max then said he doesn’t even know why they’re having a conversation right now. Pretty rude to be speaking to paying customers like that. I think they were just making up prices because none of the math adds up. My boyfriend and I will both not be returning. Just be careful if you’re a girl in college who looks like they know nothing about cars because they will try to up the price on you. Only respond to my review once you have fixed your attitude and listened back to the cameras from Tuesday.
Jonathan helped me get in the same day, and get exactly what I needed done. These guys helped me put a brand new set of HREs on my car and did a phenomenal job! Great customer service, and care to my vehicle. Will definitely return! Edit: So I did return and unfortunately my experience was not the same this time around. I sent my girl friend in to have her Elantra serviced and unfortunately they didn’t do a very good job. Last time her car was in they said she needed a serpentine belt and it was around $190. This time she was told it would be $272 due to “tariffs”… a $80 increase for a BELT? That’s around $40 at autozone? Then when she asked for a print out she mentioned she was an FAU student and the price went down to $217… she was told the student discount is 10% but the math doesn’t add up. So I called and spoke to Max, who told me he gave my gf the $217 price and that she was never quoted $272. He was very arrogant and passive aggressive and even asked me “why we were having this conversation”. On top of that in the vehicle inspection portion they didn’t even pop her drum brakes off to check the shoes on the brakes and just took a picture of the outside of the drums and told her they were “rusted” so she should get those replaced. Seems like they pray on people that don’t know what they’re getting done. Very disappointed overall.
Amazing!! I know very little about cars so always makes me uneasy to go to shops-I worry they will advise I fix or replace something that is not necessary. They were great! Explained to me what needed to be done right away and what may be needed in the future. No pressure at all! Got m in and out quickly at a fair price! Will definitely be going back anytime I need service on my car!

My Audi's AC stopped working and I took it to 5 different mechanics who either couldn't figure it out or wanted to charge an arm and a leg just to diagnose it.
Tune Rite Auto was different - reasonable pricing, quick diagnosis, and they actually fixed the problem! My AC is actually working now.

I really appreciate this shop getting me in last minute. I had some immediate issues with my engine that needed to be addressed right away. And they helped me and fixed it same day. Honestly these guys in here were so friendly and easy to talk to and honest. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sway me or anything. As a girl with a truck and some mild knowledge on cars I always wonder what I will walk into at auto shops. I love this place! Definitely my new spot. Highly recommend. Oh, and Victor and Max were who helped me out. Super friendly. They are the main reason I’ll be back.

This was the absolute best place to go to for my repairs. I’ve been to several different repair shops but NONE have done the amazing job they did for me. Max took amazing care of my repairs, although I was concerned about the costs and time it would take for repair he reassured me and was fast acting to have the leaks from my car diagnosed AND repaired! I don’t have tons of experience with mechanical repairs so being able to trust Max through the whole process really made things so much easier on me. If I were to ever help someone I would 100% recommend them to Max! Thanks for taking great care of my vehicle!
I went earlier today to another car shop place (Mobile 1 location near by) and they wanted to charge me $120 for a synthetic engine oil and filter change and they would not be able to provide me with a receipt. So I left.
I found these guys on google. The guy in the reception immediately stood up and asked what I needed. Within 5 minutes my car was already inside the shop. They charged me $60.71, 50% off what Mobile 1 wanted to charge me for the same service.
These people have earned a customer for life as long as I live in Delray Beach.
The waiting room was comfortable as well and does not smell like burnt tires or burnt engine oil.
