Overfilled gas tank. 19.67 gallons in 18.5 gallon tank. Asked for premium, gave regular. No windshield washers available. Wanted $45 to use same diagnostic sensor as free at autozone.
Towing service is good. Mechanics are questionable. Left my truck 2 weeks telling them it has a parasitic draw but they kept it to observe so I went and got it. Needless to say I had to jump it off 2 days later. So you decide ??? 🤔Grandaughter left a new make up pencil and small perfume spray in the truck and it was gone when I got the truck back ,theives ???
I’ve been in Niceville for 30 years. AA is easily the most trustworthy and best price mechanic I’ve went to. They are very friendly and easy to talk to you.
Excellent auto service team. Fair, honest mechanics. I never question their advice or repair estimate. When you find a trustworthy auto mechanic, stick with them. AA Auto is the best.
Go there. Seriously. They are legit and provide good value for their service. The body shop went above and beyond fixing a used-truck that had been taken to M@@co. The single-coat application had sun faded and peeled in 5 places.
They stripped the paint, clear coated x2 and it was done in 3 days. The price was 1/4 of another estimate. George at the body shop is awesome. Jeff in the front office is no nonsense and will get you a good quote at a fair price.

No urgency to get anything fixed especially easy jobs. I'm reasonable but they want you to leave a week or more. Use someone else. Obvious what they are doing. Most people are willing to wait a RESONABLE amount of time but when your vehicle sits outside for lengthy amounts of time or in the back where you can't see it, then become a problem. They get their foot in door then your stuck either way. I guess they forgot how important transportation is to average working people. Wish they could go without a vehicle for two weeks or more and get a taste of it. Use someone else.
Have been using AA Auto Clinic for years. They are always prompt, reliable, and reasonably priced.
Took my 2006 GMC in for A/C repair that I thought would be close to $1500 and require multiple days for diagnoses and work. However, they completed all in 4 hours, and for less than $200.
I have been bringing my car to Jeff for many years. I can always trust him to give me an honest evaluation of what's wrong with my old Camry and a fair charge for the repair. The repairs are also done in a timely manner so I'm not without a car for very long.
I went to this business on my lunch break as I noticed earlier that morning that one of my headlights was out. I was in a panic because after work I was driving 5 hours in the dark to visit my sick father in another state. A very kind man so graciously helped me, changing out the lightbulb without an appointment. I’m sure he didn’t know how much his kindness meant to me… but it made me cry. A beautiful blessing during a very stressful time.

At first they were very helpful in fixing my car. I know my way around a car but I had to take it to them because some of the stuff that needed fixing was beyond my capabilities. They even helped me and talked me through some of what they did. But, when I went to pick it up they did not latch the hood down properly and it flew up on me while I was driving. It bashed the windshield in and destroyed the entire front end of my car when it flew back down. And now my car is completely wrecked. When I called them and told them that they didn’t close the hood and it destroyed my car, they basically told me “it’s not our fault, you should’ve checked.” When I pay someone to do a service, I expect them to fulfill it. They didn’t and now I’m down almost a grand for repairs on a car that is totally wrecked, because of them. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone if it helps them avoid the situation I’m in. I had high hopes for these guys and they definitely let me down.
AA auto clinic turned a Sunday morning disaster into a big relief. Called for towing and Gene was terrific. went 10 miles up US285 to load my sedan .Monday morning Jeff called and said auto would probably be ready that afternoon. Replaced belts, water pump, tension pulleys, and checked over everything. Pocked up auto on Wednesday and Joe (mechanic) went over total repair and showed me broken parts. I was relieved by the whole affair.Would recommend this business for repair .
The team at AA Auto Clinic took great care of us when my son’s car was broke down and he was stranded. They fixed our car quickly and at an extremely fair price. We couldn’t be more pleased with this local repair shop and we highly recommend them. We will definitely be back!
I've had several repairs done at AA auto clinic Always been very satisfied with their workmanship. Best prices around and repairs complete on time. Facility appearance needs improvement but workmanship, customer service are outstanding
Definitely NOT Honest and Fair!! RUDE AND GREEDY IS MORE LIKE IT! My mom was in a car wreck on the way home down to 285 and after 24 hours already the bill was $300. Now she's about to get discharged out of the hospital but guess what she can't get it out until tomorrow because they close at 5pm but at midnight it goes up another $60!! That's not fair that's ripping somebody off
Bought a car and it broke down on my not from this place I was in desperate need of a tow and some cash for the junk car and this was my last resort. So not only did I take a loss on my car I had no choice but to give this car to this company for free since they refused to give me a single penny for it. Not to mention how bad and poorly I was treated by these scumbags really sketchy place dont go here unless you like to get robbed blind. Screw these guys enjoy the free car dirtbags.
I took a 99 nissan pathfinder in to have the valve cover gasket, knock sensor, idler pulleys, timing belt, ac and serpintine belts, wate pump, fan clutch, thermostat and alternator replaced.I bought duralast parts from autozone and had them install it.They did an awsome job. The repairs took longer than expected because that engine is built like a puzzle however Jeff gave me a break on the hours charge. Would have been alot more expensive otherwise. I would recommend them anyday. I read the other reviews and can only speak for my experience, customer service was top notch and friendly.
I've been going to AA for almost 2 years now to do all work on my Toyota. They seem to be nice people and seemed fair, the only downside for me at first was that "jeff" tends to talk down to customers. I was willing to look past that for what seemed like good work at a decent price, however, after spending over $2,000 at this establishment for minor repairs and preventative maintenance I'm beginning to realize the quality of their "repairs" is actually very poor. I've had a couple incidents where they were supposed to repair certain noises or vibrations and it has always ended up turning into a guessing game of "well we tried replacing this and it didn't work so now lets try to replace this." At one point they replaced the driveshaft support bearing and after that failing to solve the problem told me that it had to be a differential issue and sent me to a transmission shop. I only mention this because the transmission mechanic saw the replacement support bearing from AA and said that it was garbage and allowed too much play before even taking anything apart. The transmission place also recognized that it wasn't a differential issue at all, but was actually a different part of the driveshaft that simply needed grease. I was willing to look past this because I had decent experience with AA before, but now a year and a half after they replaced my water pump, timing belt, and thermostat the water pump has already failed. I spent $1,200 on this repair alone and the only thing they will "warranty" is the $180 water pump. I still am expected to foot the $500+tax in labor to repair something that should have easily lasted 10 years or 100,000+ miles. I don't know if it's poor mechanic work or just cheap parts, but either way I'd stay clear. It's a shame, they lost a loyal customer.
Called to get a quote to tow my truck, they ended up sending the flat bed without my authorization, and when I called to find out what the final tow price was going to be, they got angry and told me that they were just going to leave it and to "find someone else." So that is my recommendation, find someone else.
