Oh boy, were these guys great! I was going from Crestview to Milton on I-10 when my tire blew. I had no spare, so I had to call a tow company. The office staff member with whom I spoke was very polite and professional, conveyed a sense of urgency that was comforting in my predicament, and gave me an accurate time frame on my tow team's arrival. A few things: I told them the wrong direction on I-10, told the office staff I did not need a ride, and was in general disarray. The tow team not only found me but were kind and helpful despite my needing to change pretty much everything I told them. I believe my team's names were Hunter and James (please forgive me if I got those wrong). They got me where I was going in one piece and were friendly on the 20-minute ride to the shop. Thank you for the great service! I would recommend this company to anyone!

While in a rush, after work, in an attempt to verify our vehicle to be released, JEN FROM OC’s LLC in Holt was happy to stay past her shift to help us out. If everyone were to act with the kindness and empathy that she has, everyone would have a better day! Thanks again, Jen!

This company was amazing! The company I had before OC’s Towing did not show, call, or answer my calls. OC’s Towing provided me with exceptional service, they were professional, and were on time!

I am so grateful for the service provided to me late on a Saturday. Not to mention the wonderful driving skills. My drop off location was a bit challenging but Brian handled it like a champ 🏆

Considering some months back I was ran off of the road by one of their operators heading to 7th SFG to tow another car, laid on my horn, forced me into a ditch as he drifted into my lane, was left there until I caught up to him and had to have security forces and FHP intervene, just for him to say that he has no idea what I’m talking about and didn’t see or hear me (when I have video evidence of the whole thing by the way) … yeah. Not a fan. Damaged my entire front end.

We grew up using. OC''s. They used to be affordable. Since they moved to Holt seems they are a rip off now. Within 3 hours of my truck getting stuck it was towed and had to pay $312 too get it out. Do not recommend.

I was stuck in my hotel parking lot and Enterprise called one company that did not show up. When I called them back after waiting 3 hours, they dispatched another company, OC’s Towing. I was called by the company to say that they had someone who was about 45 min away and could swing by on their way to another location close to me. I forgot to get the name of the driver, but what a kind and sweet soul he was. He had my flat changed and he showed me where the problem was so I could ensure I told the rental company. He also made sure the spare had adequate air (it was 30 lbs low). So grateful for such a wonderful company and amazing service! I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I’ll be requesting by name!

Christopher Bertrand was great. He did all he could to tow it but the suv was locked and he was not comfortable dragging my suv and I'm so happy he told me what was going on. I am not comfortable with anyone dragging my suv. So Thank You Christopher..

If I could give a negative 1000 review I would. I was told that a verbal release would do just fine. They have the rudest customer service. I don’t live in the state of Florida. They wanted me to go to the bank and get a paper notified so they would release my car to my insurance when I had already given a release. Apparently if they can’t train their workers to tell the same to other people they shouldn’t be working on the road. Like this towing should just shouldn’t even exist. If they can’t get customers service down straight.

Christopher had a bright and cheerful personality! My morning was not going so well with car issues but he brighten the moment. Need more of that in the world. Thank you for your services.

Great response time and great service. I called OC's directly when another company that my insurance dispatched did not respond to my phone calls. Got where I needed to be as faster than I thought possible. Thank you!

Had a tow scheduled through AAA driver never show. First call to AAA was around 2:00pm 8/2 no one showed or called in the 260 min window Ii was given. I called AAA back at 7:57 they said OC showed arrival at car location at 7:58 and call was cleared at 8:05. They didn’t show or call. Called AAA back and they dispatch it again ahad given it to OC again. Vehicle wasn’t towed by 11:10. I called dispatch for OC towing at 11:10 and the female on the other end stated that she didn’t have any trucks to send. I asked if they were done for the night doing pickups she said yes and she could get me in the morning. Needless to say my truck is still waiting.

Amazing job, the dispatchers we're very nice and made the entire process as stress free as possible. I had special instructions for the driver, which was more than happy to accommodate.

I have used OC’s Towing a few times and they have ALWAYS been amazing. The drivers are always nice, the dispatchers are always helpful. I highly recommend them because they will make sure you are taken care of in every way. I will definitely be using them any time I need a tow.

My vehicles battery decided to take a mini vacation in the Publix parking lot yesterday. I was so incredibly frustrated as it’s not old by any means. So with groceries loaded I called OC’s Towing. I know any business can be busy at any time, this is completely understandable but I needed someone as quick as possible before my cold groceries turned bad in this hot weather. Before I knew it, here comes an American flagged truck through the parking lot. I can not describe to anyone who reads this or cares the extreme amount of customer service this guy had. He completely turned a bad situation good by not only jumping my car for me but was so nice and caring about it and me! I hope I don’t need a towing service in the future but boy if I do it’s OC’s Towing HANDS DOWN!

This company has always been here for me! This is the second time I've needed my vehicle towed now and I can't explain how well they took care of me. From my phone call to get help from their dispatcher who is so sweet all the way to Brian the driver showing up. He made me feel better about my terrible circumstances and even gave me great recommendations on what to do in the future with my vehicle. Thank you to everyone who works here you have made my day so much better after meeting wonderful people like you all.

These guys are awesome. I was in a tough spot after coming in town then breaking down as soon I arrived. I left my vehicle overnight and got my family to our rental. The next day, I was able to get OC's Towing to come all the way down to Santa Rosa Beach and take my vehicle back to Crestview for repairs. What I did not anticipate was being unable to get a taxi to meet the driver, Christopher, when it was time to pick up my vehicle. With the owner's permission, Christopher came to pick me up and later dropped me off at my rental, after picking up my vehicle. Chirs was super nice and took great care of me despite the inconvenience I caused. He even gave me some local recommendations according to my interests (food, hiking, museums, etc.) Delivery was smooth thanks to OC's Towing. I highly recommend them after they helped me out and took such good care of me.

Do not expect them to show up when dispatched by insurance company. They gave an ETA but never showed up. 2 hours into waiting on the side of the freeway with 3 grandbabies all under the age of 4, myself, a woman, and my grandaughter at 1 o'clock in the morning with a flat tire. 89 degrees out with no a/c. We tried calling again and again only for it to keep going to voice-mail. They gave another ETA of another 15 minutes. Never showed up. It is now 3:30 am and insurance company has to find another service to help us. False advertising of 24 hour service. We were literally 5.2 miles outside of Crestview from their location. Unbelievable

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They said we had a wait time of 60 to 90 minutes then over two hours go by nobody shows they won’t answer the phone then they reach out saying they won’t be doing our service. I have toddlers in the car it’s 89 degrees outside and basically out of gas! These people should of at least had the decency to let us know like 2 hours ago they couldn’t service us. Oh yeah did I mention they were ONLY 8 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD!?!

After waiting on a different company to come out for 2 hours OC’s was contacted. Once they realized I had been sitting on the side of the road for 2 hours they sent Chris out before everything was together paperwork wise etc. I get towed and was given a ride to Walmart. Every step of the way I received phone calls to check on me and making sure everything was being taken care of. After I was dropped off at Walmart with my vehicle they called once again to check on me and when they realized I wasn’t having luck with getting my tires fixed the owner dropped everything at 9pm or so and came out to help some more. Once we realized tires were not going on he had my van towed to Crestview Tire and Wheel at no charge and paid for have my tires fixed. My tires popped around 5:30pm and they got to me around 7:45/8pm and stayed with my until close to midnight. I’m a (temporary) single mom of 4 trying to make things work until my husband comes home in July and they blessed my family more than I think they know. ❤️

We spent hours trying to fix our truck for blown hoses on the side of the road all day. Finally close to nightfall we threw in the towel to call roadside assistance. OC’s was there within a hour got us loaded up and finally home! I definitely recommend and will use OC’s in the future!

We broke down in the middle of nowhere at 2am, and Todd was more than happy to help us out and get us to a hotel, and then helped us the following day get the car to a repair shop and even offered to drive us to get the car when it was ready! If you need help call OC's Towing! Fast, Sufficient, and very friendly!! Highly Recommend!!

My trailer disconnected from my truck and dropped to the ground pulling in to the loves this company came to help me right away the driver was a real nice guy helped me out and got my trailer hocked up again. The price was fair they didn’t try to rip me off like another company I called before them. If you have any problems you need a tow truck call this guys don’t waist time calling around.

I needed a oversized truck moved this morning and after calling around to several towing services I was advised to contact OC's Towing. I got to say...best service EVER! Their pricing was cheaper than competitors and the service was spectacular. Chris, the driver, was extremely professional and outright pleasant to work with today. I'm really glad I went with OC Towing and I highly recommend them to anyone needing towing service.

Beware, Beware, Beware! Horrible customer service, price gouging and all the other stuff you read here is exactly what we experienced. I would never use them given. And yes they will threaten to hold your vehicle hostage if you do not pay their ridiculous fees. Never Again! Use at your own risk!

My wife broke down on I-10 in our F-350 towing a living quarters horse trailer with two horses. The service we use (US Rider) contacted OC's (thankfully) to help us and they were fast and efficient. It required two tow vehicles, a traditional flatbed wrecker plus a truck to tow the 31 foot goose neck. Both vehicles were there very quickly despite it being a Saturday evening. Our truck was delivered to our mechanic and our trailer to our home, both approximately 70 miles from the breakdown. The drivers were friendly and helpful. I hope to never need their services again but, if we do, I would not hesitate to call them directly and immediately. Very pleased!
