The best shop there is down here PERIOD! Been bringing my vehicles to Vic for 10+ years. Alignments so good the truck drives itself!! Will not let anyone touch my truck but his shop!

This place is going down hill. Got a vehicle inspection and told me I needed to replace my while front suspension but couldn't tell me why. And if continuing to drive would cause worse problems and major failure i asked for a quote and was told id recieve a call back and never recieved a call. Met with vic himself and he was extremely rude and disrespectful when all my complaints to him were nothing but reasonable and understandable to any normal business owner. He clearly had other issues going on either at home or with other customers and decided to take it out on me, a very reasonable and understanding customer who was never at any point disrespectful or rude even when I should have been. Absolutely disgraceful attitude from vic and he should be ashamed.

While visiting the Florida Keys my tires had deflated a few pounds. Stopped by Vic’s shop and they kindly corrected the air pressure plus gave me a valve stem cap that was needed. We appreciated the friendly fast service at the close of business day. Thank you!!!

I had an excellent experience at Vic’s Auto! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and upfront about everything. They took the time to explain what my car needed without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price.

Personally, it's a very good workshop. They brought my car two days ago and they gave me excellent service. I highly recommend it.

Vic’s the best auto repair shop I’ve been to in the Keys. I called to get my oil changed and the got me in the next day. I ate next day while changed my oil and rotated my tires. When they rotated my tires, they noticed the front 2 tires were worn on the inside. They ordered 2 new tires and I had them installed the next morning. This is a family business run by honest people. I highly recommend Vic’s for any auto or truck repairs you need. Thanks Vic. Steve Kaaz

This was the first time I took my car to Vic's for service, but my car started giving me problems right down the street. The greetings and treatment by the staff was above and beyond my expectations. The work was done like they said and I didn't have to take my car back because the work was completely done.

This place is not professional when it comes to how they treat employees or customers. The woman who works the desk was nice and so was his technician who put a new valve stem in my tire, but definitely not Vic. Being a local, I'll never go to Vic's again

Battery in my car’s key fob went dead; no drugstore had a replacement battery in stock. YouTube tried to teach me how to open my key fob and I couldn’t do it to save my life. I pop in for a quick visit - and within 10 minutes, I have a fresh battery in my car’s key fob and I was on my way. Thank you very much! This Canadian is very grateful for your timely service! High appreciation!

Expensive labor. I didn’t have the time to switch out my spark plugs..I ended up paying $160 for 45 minutes of labor that they charged as an hr to put them in (spark plugs I provided). Unluckily I was in a hurry and couldn’t go to my regular guy in Miami. Unfortunately, the wife’s owner didn’t know I spoke Spanish and made a nasty comment about how she would charge me double if the spark plugs weren’t the right kind that she didn’t care she does it to everyone that brings in the wrong parts. I kept my mouth shut paid and got the hell out of there. Two Thumbs down.

I can only assume I was dealing with the owner. Over a miss communication with the very nice woman, the guy standing next to her became instantly rude and argumentative over his parking area probem. I canceled my appointment and brought it to Prices' who was more than haol.ppy to have Vic's business. I'm certainly not leaving my vehicle with someone who I apparently pissed off...lol

I am new to the area and am documenting my exposure to Vic's Auto Tech to the best of my ability. called on 11/13/23 and confirmed that Vic's does oil changes. (I drove by, and the business was so crowded that I became uncertain.) I found out that they do, and the respondent indicated that I should make an appointment because they were busy. I made an appointment for 9 am on 11/14/23 and included an oil change and tire rotation. I show up at 9 am to what I would term a chaotic scene. The individual in front of me had an oil change, but the shop allegedly installed 5W-30 instead of 5W-20. The viscosity mistake (assuming true) is IMHO huge and unforgiveable. To the organization's credit, they were going to handle it, though. So, ok....I assessed this issue as a bad mistake. In the back of mind, I was assessing competency. So there was a walk-in that arrived before me (appointments seem to be meaningless IMHO). Another Vic's employee on the phone told the other individuals that the walk-in needed to be handled before the individual with the appointment (me). And obviously, the mistake they made with the oil (just wow) had to be fixed. I simply stated that I made an appointment because I had time constraints (fact..I work virtually via Zoom). I told the individual (who I would describe as a younger Hispanic lady with an accent) that if I could not be served in a timely manner, I would have to leave. She handed me back my key. Seriously. Thanks for my welcome to the Keys. I have been around the block more than once. You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Vic's Auto Tech failed the first simple test. I went elsewhere later and had the service handled in one hour. Honestly, I am just shocked at this level of service. I will be cross-posting to all review sites.

I only wish I could give this place 10 stars!! We needed new tires while on vacation and Vic got them ordered and put on in no time. Despite being short handed Vic ensured that he kept his word and we were back to focusing on our vacation. Cannot say thank you enough from my husband Todd and I!

Our tires began to crack and peel off while driving down to the Keys and Vic’s aimed us out! We limped in, they checked for tires, orders them for the next day and called the rental car company and got us a sporty convertible in a matter of minutes. They fixed the car and it was ready for picked up the next day as promised! They were a Godsend! Honest, friendly and fair!

Awesome experience today with great service on a tire repair. We were there maybe a total of 20 minutes. Only complaint is the tire was filled up to 47 psi and we had to stop to let some air out.

In the new world we live in, service is often of short supply. Recently while in the Keys, I got a nail in the tire on my rental. Despite how busy the team at Vic's were, they managed to squeeze me in for a repair plug/patch. I want to thank the team for helping me out, for going the extra mile, and though they were busy and full, they made it happen. Customer service is a craft, and seemingly disappearing, but Vic's not only are masters of their craft but have not forgotten about the added effort for the random customer. Vic's is a lifesaver! I was on vacation in the Keys and got a flat tire on the morning I was about to go to the airport. I got there at 8am and they had the tire repaired and back on by 8:30am. I made my flight with time to spare. Billy behind the counter was particularly helpful. I definitely recommend.

You don't meet people like Vic and his shop all that often and we are glad we met them today. Had a flat and our spare was toast. In minutes, yes minutes we were back on our way. They recommended All American towing (awesome, prompt and well priced) who came and got us. Their, at Vic's, service is so good, I'm kinda glad we got a flat when we did ... otherwise we may still be on the side of the road. Thank you Vic! We really appreciate what you did for us today. Great service, great pricing too!

Blew a tire on my camper on the way home from Key West. I called prior to arriving to ask is they had tires available. The nice gentleman on the phone said they did, told me they were busy and said we’d have to wait. No problem we were desperate and planned to replace all 4 tires if possible to get home. Once we arrived My husband walked in and the person behind the desk was clearly more interested in stuffing his face than helping me. He told my husband that he would need to remove the tires from the trailer they would mount new ones on the wheels then I would need to reinstall them on the camper myself. What?!? Needless to say we limped down the road to Wheaton’s Service Center where we received amazing service and they even had better tires.

I highly recommend Vic's Auto Repair! Last week, we were on vacation in Tavernier and noticed one of the tires was low on our rental car. It was a Monday morning and we had plans to drive to Key West for the day. We stopped at an auto shop close to our condo and they were not going to be able to help us for 3 days. We stopped at Vic's and they were able to look at our car within 30 minutes! They patched the tire and we were on our way to the beach! Great service!

I'm from out of state and stopped here due the the good reviews. Owner was unfriendly and estimate I got was overpriced in my opinion. You only have one shot at first impressions, and my experience wasn't positive at all. After I left someone recommended Wheaton's service center in Key Largo where I was treated better and got a better price. Just my 2 cents.

Like going to an old school barber shop, maintenance at Vic's is a good time! Thank you Vic, Alberto, and the rest of the crew at Vic's Auto for the exceptional customer service with a laugh. Never thought sitting in a tire shop waiting room would be a blast. Vic is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his field and recommended to get a part fixed under warranty, rather then pay him, thus saving me money. Highly recommend!

We had a blowout on the way down to the keys and weren't able to get the tire size from anyone. Vic's ordered some for us and we decided to replace all 4 tires. Very friendly and helpful people. Glad we found them.

Great place, great pricing. I had a problem with my alignment on my truck from some other big company. I took my truck to Vic's, and Vic looked at the problem himself and saved me alot of money. They aligned the truck, did it right and it runs great. Vic cares about his customers, and the quality of work his mechanics provide. He is trust worthy and honest. I would recommend his shop above all others.

Very pleasant staff, very helpful and accommodated me with very short notice despite being busy. Their shop is very experienced and easy to find. A friend recommended the shop. She has been using them for years. They did good work in my car and I honestly cannot say anything negative at this time. Their pricing also seemed very fair compared to other shops.

Great service and wonderful people. Vic and his team helped our family out in a huge way as we were passing through town. We couldn’t be more thankful. Although they could not fix the issue at hand, they went above and beyond to find someone who could and were able to get us in the same day. They were very warm and friendly and treated us like family. We will always be forever grateful for the help they provided. Please check this place out. I highly recommend it.
