Anthony was super friendly and helpful picking up our van to tow to Homestead today. He helped me get to the rental car place as well, which was a little out of his way. He was very careful with the vehicle and did an excellent job. He checked in our vehicle at the Nissan Dealership for us as well. Thanks Anthony!
Thank you for helping us! We were visiting from out of state and one of our tires blew out on our Turo rental. Turns out, both back tires were bad and the breaks were not safe either and they said the car shouldn’t have been able to be rented to us in this condition. Luckily the owner was so kind and he was able to pick us up off the highway and find us in the middle of nowhere so we were safe and could continue our trip to key west after the fix! Thank you so much again!
Called to unlock a vehicle. Employee showed up clueless from the beginning. After two attempts he gave up and walked away. Another company had successfully unlocked it few months prior. I contacted the office in an attempt to explain the situation and get another locksmith and was told “no if the locksmith has to much trouble we just don’t do it”. Poor service and waste of time. However if the job was 2 minutes they would happily charge hundreds with no questions.
Although needing a tow is the last thing anyone wants… I can say Paradise Towing was an absolute pleasure to work with. Terry and Debbie were easy to work with and made the experience very pleasant. Highly recommended!
Have had several perfect experiences with Paradise Towing, can’t say enough good things about how fast, courteous, and capable they are. It’s never fun when you need a tow, but the folks at Paradise make a tough situation as painless as possible.
Axel on my sail boat trailer broke. Kerry came and sorted in out like a pro. The boat and what was left of my trailer were safely back in my yard in less than an hour from when i called. Definitely 5 stars

I called them for a jump start and a possible tow. They quoted me 20-25 minutes, but they were there in less than 10!! Very friendly and I would definitely recommend them for any of your towing service needs!
I can not say enough great things about Carrie from Paradise Towing. I was in a pinch; he cheerfully came over, helped me jumpstart my vehicle, stayed with me to make sure I arrived safely at a business to purchase a new battery, and waited until I was taken care of. He went out of his way, went above and beyond the call of duty, and I will be forever grateful for his compassion, his professionalism and his kindness. Would highly recommend his services and would not hesitate to call on him again!

We were stranded on the side of the road with a truck and boat 20 miles from Marathon and we called Them and they responded within the hour and towed the truck and the boat on the same vehicleTo where we needed to go 20 miles away. Then charged a reasonable fee for the service even after regular business hours. Would definitely recommend them to others who have similar problems.
I locked my keys in my car at home depot. He arrived within 10 minutes, unlocked my car ( no scratches) and told me to go inside HD and buy a door opening key. I did.
I have had many vehicles and boats towed by this company, they've always given amazing customer service and Have trucks available. not only that but affordable prices also.
