I have been going here for years without an issue. They just got a new manager and he refused to allow one of the clerks to charge me the price of boat hinges listed on the shelf, even though I reminded him they are supposed to honor the posted price.
Not sure if all Napa's are this way but iv went to Big Pine napa twice for parts. First was a throw out bearing. They wanted $180 dollars for it. This is a 35 dollar part all day long.
I went the 2nd time for a simple relay.
They wanted $20 dollars for it.
I bought a 4 pack elsewhere for $12.
I don't appreciate the greed and striaght rip off this store does.
I honestly hope this store goes bankrupt due to lack of costumers.
Great staff working here. I had issues with my truck over the course of two days, and different employees assisted me with battery testers, fault analysis, and a battery purchase.
I really like this place, always very helpful and have what I'm looking for and if they don't have it they will be able to get it for me. I use this one often.
Manager is nice, but incompetent. I have had several problems with this store. Faulty products out of the box, over and over . Management has excuses till they run out of excuses, every time!!!!
Staff very friendly/ helpful. Although the store is small, I didn't have to go ask for help. I had a few questions about oil types and it ended up the store brand is Valvoline so I saved a little bit of money and got a decent oil brand.
rude service - if you can give your money to anyone else, do it. Go to the Marathon store where they are super helpful. Those guys don't care at the Big Pine location.
Just bought windshield wipers there, asked the guy at the counter if he could help us install them and he was done so fast we thought he went to grab them off the shelf but no, he installed them in minutes and we were back on the road
If I could leave minus stars I would. The other comments about bad customer service dknt even begin to explain it. You best do your own research way before going into this store for the part you need. 2 times I was told they didnt have the part or it had to come from somewhere else but if you look up the actual part using Google or whatever you can find exactly what you're looking for and its sitting right there in their store on a shelf but the employees dont know jack about car parts or how to use the computer on the counter god knows how much money Napa loses a day in sales because of turning people away with bad information..
Then to top it off the foul mouth Latino Kid needs to get a lesson on how to conduct himself in a public setting. His whole ghetto gang style way of communicating is just inappropriate working in a retail environment.
The worst Napa Ever. Price gouging. The staff is not very knowledgeable. After I was charged 83% more for the same part i bought 30 days prior, I called Napa corporate. Then the next time I went to napa Richard (The owner) walked us out and said we can not buy parts there any more. Good Luck.
Absolutely the worst customer service anywhere. Every single person behind the counter was miserable, rude and unhelpful. It’s clear they only support their buddies. I’ve had bad experiences every time I’ve been there. Unfortunately, they are about the only option close to us in the keys. I love supporting local businesses but I will never step foot in this store again. I hope the owner reads this and wises about his/her employees.
They've always had what I wanted or offered to order so. Even installed a new battery in my truck on the spot while I waited so the core could be credited. Nice people. Glad they recovered from IRMA!
We are fairly new residents in the Keys. One thing I have noticed is that these locally owned businesses prefer their usual customers. They aren't too friendly if you are not a regular or are new in the area. There is a lot of merchandise stuffed into this little store. However if these jerks would learn some manners and actually thank me for coming in they would deserve a better rating.
Can't maintain a vehicle down here without the type of outstanding service this parts store provides. Awesome automotive and marine support. Even bought an oil filter for emergency generator.
