Our car was illegally towed while we were parked in a legal spot for Black Friday shopping. What followed was pure chaos and cruelty.
We waited outside for 30 minutes in a dark, unsafe area. One of the three children (10 years old) was crying and terrified. The older male employee got angry at one of the children and, in a shocking display of aggression, tried to kick us out, saying: “Walk home, I don’t care.” Even after we explained our home was an hour away, he remained completely indifferent.
The manager was only available by phone, cold, dismissive, and offered zero help. Only one employee acted decently; the rest were rude, unprofessional, and cruel.
We ended up paying $272 for a situation we did not cause.
This company is a nightmare: – Staff argue with children – Threaten to kick customers out – Ignore safety and basic decency – Manager useless over the phone – Unsafe, abandoned-feeling environment – Car towed despite legal parking

**“We parked our car in a free parking area and when we came out of the outlet, our car was gone. We called them and they told us to come to a specific location. When we arrived, we were left waiting in a cold, dark place. We were five women and had a 10-year-old girl with us, yet they made us wait there for 45 minutes.
When someone finally arrived, an older man did everything he could to avoid helping us. He was rude, dismissive, and even tried to push us away. In the end, they charged us $272 for absolutely no reason.
This was an extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable experience. We followed every rule, parked in a free spot, and still ended up being treated horribly and charged an outrageous amount of money.

I broke down in the middle of the intersection and they were driving behind me when one guy jumped out and pushed my car out the intersection and into the gas station. So nice went out of their way to help me. They offered to tow me but I declined 10/10 customer service!!
My car was towed there after an someone ran a red light and totalled my car. They sent my car to a salvage auction with the plate on it and without telling me first. When I went to to the tow yard to get my plate the girl knew nothing. When I asked where my car went she said she doesn't know its above her pay grade. She was rude and absolutely no help. She was either new or didn't know how to do her job (or didn't want to). She said it went to salvage auction. I asked are you sure my insurance company didn't pick it up and she said no it went to auction. Well if you don't see the car on your screen and don't know where it went how do you know my insurance company didn't pick it up?
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Bullet Towing was frustrating enough that I feel people should be aware before relying on them.
I was stranded with my motorcycle in the early morning hours and chose Bullet Towing specifically because they advertise 24/7 service. I called five times around 3:36 AM and never got an answer — not even a callback. When you’re stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the night, you need reliability, and unfortunately that didn’t happen here.
I understand emergencies happen and companies can get busy, but if you offer 24/7 service, customers should be able to reach someone or at least get a response. Sitting there waiting in the dark with no assistance was stressful, and I ended up having to find another solution on my own.
I hope they improve their overnight availability, because this situation definitely made me lose confidence in their service.

I was given misleading information about the amount of money to be pace , forced to pay cash or Zelle , they also declined to receive credit card payment from my insurance company .
The people in the office are rude , and less than helpful , after being on a traffic accident dealing with this towing company has been even worse than the crash itself .
I can’t understand how the police department would even considering using this company as one of their suppliers , awful service , rude people , and it’s not even the end of it yet .
The russian man who works at the office cursed me out when I came to pick up my belongings after my car was towed due to a horrible non at fault accident this morning, unfortunately to this horrible place. Another man arrived, in a Mercedes with no tags on - said I arrived at 5pm and I am 1 minute late so I have to pay 35$ to get my belongings out of my car, I said ok, but I said I did not arrive late as I have a photo of being inside the lot parked waiting already at 5pm - he screamed “get out” and pointed to the door. I got in my car and called the police. The police asked them for my belongings, the two men told the police - only if I pay 70$ - 35$ and 35$ to walk onto the lot - I agreed - then the 2 men (russian man and beige shirt ) said forget it that I’ll have to make an appointment tomorrow.

They were so well organized and walked me thru everything I needed to do when I was so lost. The WORST tow service!! Had me wait an hour and 45 minutes before telling me they are another 35 min out. I was 25 min from their location. Then when I tried to call for an update the lady on the phone kept sending me to vmail. Never use them if you actually want your car towed!!!!
Tow truck drivers purposely damaged my car. Instead of loading it properly they attached chains to the front rubber on the car. I told them several times to stop as they were damaging my vehicle. They refused. Finally I was told there was nothing to worry about since insurance would pay for it! Who’s insurance? Mine won’t pay for it. Who wants damage and the huge inconvenience of putting their car in the shop. Horrible and incompetent people. They refused to give me paperwork. I took a picture of it. Good thing since they told me I owed them money and didn’t have any paperwork showing I paid. These people are scammers. I got an estimate of $3,620.73 to repair my car. The manager, Matt, hasn’t returned my calls. If I don’t hear from him soon I will sue Bullet. Avoid this company at all costs!
Had very bad experience with them. Said they would be out within an hour and even gave a text saying they were on the way and be there in 10 minutes. 4 + hours later they still didn't show and wouldn't answer their phones so I finally left voicemail that I was cancelling tow.
Bullet does FHP (Florida Highway Patrol) calls and so they will drop you to the lowest possible priority

Don’t give one stars often but boy do they deserve this one. Went in to their office yesterday to help a friend that lives out of the country retrieve his car from their lot. At first they were helpful, said they would send a release form immediately so we could gain access to the car, well, that never happened. Called back this morning, asked the operator if she could please send the form to me or send it again, as we never recieved it. She was incredibly rude, to the point of hanging up and sending my further calls to voicemail. What they’re doing is wrong, each day the car is there it’s accumulating more charges, etc.
This was, by far, my best tow experience I've ever had. From picking up the phone, to setting me on my way, just all around great experience. I knew who my tow operator was, where they were coming from, when they would arrive and even had a map where I could see the operator getting closer and closer. All from a text message and a link. Arrived in about 17 mins. Cody was the operator dispatched and my wife and I had a great time talking with him. Professional, informed, and really just put us at ease. Anytime family or friends or ANYONE who asks me, needs a tow...Bullet will be my 1 call I'll make from here on out!
Highly recommend! I called in the morning, and John was there in about a half hour. They were super friendly and had my car to the shop fast enough for new tires by the end of the day. They were super helpful in a very stressful situation. I will definitely use and recommend again.
I wouldn't recommend another company other than Bullet towing. They're prompt, professional and have great prices. And Cody is amazing! We've used them 3x now and always got him and I'm thankful to him. Thank you Bullet Towing and Cody.. 5 stars hands down.
Thank you so much for providing end-to-end professional services! My car had a mechanical failure on a high speed, very loud state road and the dispatcher was very patient as he got all the info he needed and then stayed in touch by text message. Bullet Towing should up several minutes ahead of their estimated time and carefully loaded my car and got me safely to a shop. I didn’t know who to call and the first few towing companies I tried went right to voicemail. Bullet Towing answers the phone and provides excellent customer service. They do what they say they are going to do. Thank you to the team and please stay safe out there.
Never thought I’d give a review for a tow and storage lot but here I am. Had a trailer tire go out back to my house in Orlando they had the boat and trailer stored safely and quickly allowing me to get back on the road reasonably rate and storage fee.
Ended up taking me 2 weeks before I could go back to get the boat with my work but after speaking with Chad on the phone he waived the storage fee feeling for my situation.
My friend and I were on our way to my place when my tire busted on the highway. We called multiple service outlets, but to no avail I couldn’t get my tire fixed. Thankful we were recommended Bullet Towing and I’m so grateful they did. For one we were a little bit out of the way for their area of work, yet they still set someone out for us. Tim not only tried to change my tire, he did it in the pouring rain. He gave us a ride to the nearest tire shop and made sure we were in a safe, well lit area. Tim will forever hold a special place in my memories. If Im ever in this kind of situation again I will know to call Bullet Towing, if I’m in the area of course.
My friend and I had a tire blowout late at night on the way home and we called multiple other services in hopes of getting help to no avail. We were then recommended Bullet Towing by another service. Tim got there super quick despite it being late and the rain pouring heavily. He took a look at the tire and tried to change it first. However, the lug-nuts were not budging, so he towed us and even recommended a great tire place. The whole ride there, Tim was super sweet and made us feel safe because he really felt like a dad looking out for his daughters. If I ever get in that situation again (which I hopefully won’t), I will definitely be calling them.
Alex and Tim are the best. They came and repo'd my dad's cars from his evil ex girlfriend after he passed, and she refused to hand over the keys. Alex and Tim put up with this awful woman for hours, and collected my two sport cars like professionals & absolute champions. Since the cars couldn't be started & we didn't have keys, these dudes moved them as delicately as possible, and since one was an antique Corvette, I more than appreciated how good they were at what they do. 10/10 recommend
I saw these guys today at my work. The man was helping an older lady out of his huge tow truck. This is awesome and how people should be treated. I will definitely use them if I need a tow!!!!
I have had multiple experiences with towing companies, and bullet towing is on point. The drivers are fast and efficient, the office staff are delightfully intuitive of all situations, and you can tell they really care, even during the inconvenience of needing their services. Toni and Sidney are remarkable young ladies. The owner is a stand-up guy, too! The entire company and employees work like a family. I would recommend Bullet Towing for all your road side needs... Except gas, I don't think they'll bring you gas or take you tire shopping, lol... other than that, it's 100% superior to all!!!
Two nights ago my wife called me around 12:30 am on her way home from work and told me that she had a flat tire and could not continue to drive her vehicle home. I assumed it would be an easy fix to install the spare only to find out that the last person to work on our vehicle had lost the security lug nut key and I was unable to change the tire. After calling State Farm and them not being able to get a towing company to help us, we took matters into our own hands. After calling several other towing services we were able to reach Bullet towing and were relieved to hear that someone could tow us. Cody showed up within 40 minutes and had our vehicle home in no time. He was courteous and helpful beyond belief! I will use these guys any day as opposed to waiting for the insurance company for hours! Thanks again for the great service!!!
Let me tell you something, I broke down in the fast lane of I-75 near UTC mall a few hours ago earlier this evening, it was pretty terrifying to be honest, it was dark and my M6 is black in color whi makes visibility even worse. I called Bullet Towing and an amazingly talented driver, Alex arrived and absolutely saved the day. This guy and his partner deserves a medal, he went way over and above the call of duty to get my car out of that precarious position by the fast lane of a busy highway. Great company with great guys and outstanding trucks. My 110 mile one way tow couldn’t have went better. My driver knew all the answers to my questions and made me feel like I was in good hands, which I was.
These guys are spot on. Incident where air manifold dropped all the air from my suspension, couldn’t move, stuck miles from home, called in after AAA couldn’t help me due to custom vehicle. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable, tow truck driver Collin brought out a rear lift and wheel dolly. Up and home in 40 mins after call and a very fair rate, Thankyou guys
I was stranded 40 miles from home and was left hanging by AAA at 11pm. I called several other local tow companies, most of which were closed by that time; those who weren't were charging nearly twice what Bullet charged. They sent out two of the nicest drivers, who showed up in 30 minutes. They were super fast and competent - I watched as they hooked up my car with skill and respect and was relieved that they towed it on a flatbed. Can't say enough about how kind and patient the two drivers were, dealing with a stressed out lady at midnight!
Awesome service!!! Let’s face it, no one wants to use emergency tow service. Kind of like auto insurance, the less you use it, the better life is. That all said, I had to use Bullet Tow Services the other night because my 2001 alternator died on me in the middle of a very busy/under construction intersection. Chad the Bullet driver to the rescue! Showed up within 15 minutes, got my SUV on the back of the truck bed, & got me & my SUV safely home within an hour! I’ve had pizzas take longer to deliver! All at a great rate!
