Muy mal servicio y te hacen perder el tiempo después de conducir por 1 hora. ¡¡Te dan un precio por teléfono y cuando llegas te dicen que no lo tienen, que tienen otro, pero cuesta 15 veces más!! Muy mal todo
If you want to get ripped off, then do business with them. I paid $1400 plus shipping for an engine that was bad. They claim us a 30 day warranty but it’s actually not. They deliver the engine 4 days after I purchased it, although they said it would’ve been delivered the same day. They would not include the 4 days delay within the so-called 30 day warranty. I don’t understand what kind of company will sell you a bad engine and then not warranty it. The owner was never accessible, and the managers hides behind what the owner says like robots. I’ve been an automotive industry for years and I’ve never dealt with a company that is this dishonest. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle with a blown engine and also another engine sitting next to it that’s bad as well, thanks to JT Used Auto parts. Please, don’t waste your time or money with them.
I can’t speak about the actual part, but I can speak about the customer service — and it’s subpar. A transmission was purchased, but due to a change in circumstances, we no longer wanted it and requested a refund. The owner stated they could process the refund only to the original payment method, which was neither noted on the invoice nor explained to us at purchase. Unfortunately, that payment method is no longer active, and the owner refuses to issue the refund to any other account, even one with the exact same first and last name.
As someone who works in customer service, I find it extremely disappointing that they can’t accommodate a reasonable request to return the funds to another account. On top of that, the owner’s tone was rude and degrading. Hopefully, their parts are better than their customer service.
Vine el sábado me mandaron a venir el lunes hoy 30 de diciembre vengo y ahora q por 20 dolares que me dijo que vale la pieza no se moverán por q hay q bajar de donde está montado el auto y yo si pude venir dos veces de tan lejos y ellos no se mueven por 20 dolares no les suma 20$ a ellos q buena manera de vender
I called looking for a part I spoke with Hector over the phone he helped me told me come in he got me I came in he greeted me because he knew I was coming he got the part for me while waiting a little he and I spoke a bit love his customer service THANKS HECTOR!!!

Great communication. I needed a part I saw on marketplace. Erick got right back to me answered my questions and sent more picture as requested. Very professional would not hesitate to call if I need something again.
Pero he comprado ahi y nunca he tenido inconvenientes al contrario si una pieza no me sirve me la han cambiado he incluso me han devuelto el dinero o si no me dan otro Credito por el monto. No creo eso que has dicho las personas que trabajan ahi son series y profesionales por que todos tienen basta experiencia en su oficio.
Atrocious customer service, if there was any at all. I tried calling them multiple times, no answered until AFTER the warranty expired. They’ll play you good, be on the lookout
