They said a price, then increased the price at the end, the transmission was not the correct one, I returned and after 2 months everyday they say it’s getting delivery the same day, also they are not returning the money. Bad experience. The reply says immediately solution, they call this morning and it’s already passing the day and no money refund still.
If you are a woman asking for an auto part, expect to be hanged up more than 5 times. At first I thought there was bad reception, he didn’t even let me complete my sentence. As soon as I said do you have an engine transmission for….hang up. When my husband called, he was all nice and polite.
Ordered a part, was told it was being delivered Saturday. Monday comes and I call in to ask if they need me to pick up the part, as it wasn't delievered. They tell me "I don't know who sold you that, because we don't even have it" and hang up on me.
