I recommend you put someone else to answer calls. The man who answered both times seems to have emotional disabilities. I ended up speaking to him a second time, because your business has more than one listing with different phone numbers and addresses. After the man confirmed these facts, he informed me that actually the business has 5 phone numbers. He angrily scolded me for calling twice and hung up on me. They said a price, then increased the price at the end, the transmission was not the correct one, I returned and after 2 months everyday they say it’s getting delivery the same day, also they are not returning the money.
Bad experience.
The reply says immediately solution, they call this morning and it’s already passing the day and no money refund still.
If you are a woman asking for an auto part, expect to be hanged up more than 5 times. At first I thought there was bad reception, he didn’t even let me complete my sentence. As soon as I said do you have an engine transmission for….hang up. When my husband called, he was all nice and polite.
Horrible customer service, and they act as if they are rich and don't need you, yet they are working 9-5 behind the counter dusty, and greas is everywhere on them.

Called on a Tues to see about a part they had, and was told they had it. I drove an hour on the following day to get it and the door was not available. Went home empty handed
Ordered a part, was told it was being delivered Saturday.
Monday comes and I call in to ask if they need me to pick up the part, as it wasn't delievered. They tell me "I don't know who sold you that, because we don't even have it" and hang up on me.
