I bought a part I needed for the car, they gave me a 30-day warranty and it broke down. I made a claim, they made me drive almost an hour away and when I arrived they told me they wouldn't give me the warranty because it had 3 days left before it expired. What kind of place does that? Perdí $140 dólares.

Nadie debería hacer negocios con alguien así, mi padrino un señor cubano de 73 años compró un carro siendo engañado donde le dieron que estaba reparado nuevo y no duró 3 semanas, que se quedó sin carro cuando y cuando vino al negocio se lo reparó primero y le cobró muchísimo y después a la semana cua do se volvió a romper no quizo darle el frente y lo trato muy mal
Poor inventory control. Just tell me you don’t have the part on hand and it’s okay! Called to confirm that a specific brake booster was available. Junior confirmed it was ready for pickup on a Thursday. Called to see if that same stock number was available and Larry at the front desk (no relation to me) also said yes it’s ready and you can come get it. Once I arrived Junior said it was still in the car. I went to see the car and the part was incomplete. Wasted 2 hours on wildly inaccurate information. Junior shrugged at me and said “Hey man that happens all the time here.”
