I encountered such wonderful people at this establishment. My car had a flat tire in the middle of the road next to their business. I was able to pull in and speak to Kendall and Johnny, who were very helpful. They replaced my old tire with the spare I had in my trunk, all out of the kindness of their hearts. They were incredibly generous.
Bought an ABS module in 2021 for $350 which they said online would fit my car but it did not. When I called they assured me I would not lose my money. I sent back the part and they received it with no issues. They said they were refunding it to my card but I never received it and went back and forth texting the employee and last I heard from them was 02/12/2021, and I followed up with texts on 02/26/2021 and 03/02/2021 and never heard back any more from them. As far as I am concerned I was scammed out of the $350.
Same experience as others...called and was put on hold 3 different times...then some person finally answers the phone and doesn't speak any English and puts me back on hold. 0 stars for this excuse of a business.
Hang up the phone back to back. They picked up the phone and hanged it up. The service is bad. Don’t know how to talk to people not a professional place waste of time and money.
If i could give them 0 stars i would ,first they put me on hold 6 times in same phone call and 20 some minutes later who ever was on phone with me did not car to talk and see if they have part for me thag was listed available and he was talking to someone else in office or somwhere .DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMWHERE ELSE .
They are a little bit more expensive than the other junk yards in the area, but they always have the parts that I need which makes it more convenient and easier.

I wanted to get a transmission for my 2009 nissan max...... He was very honse he had one but refused to sell it to me because of the condition it was in and referred me to someone that probably had it great customer service and very helpful....... Even tho i didnt get anything done they will be my first choice if anything else goes wrong with my car he gave great price quotes for the transmission if he wouldve had one. Thanks Pablo
