TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, called to check if they have a part in stock and took over an hour to get back to me with an answer. had the part but said there was no way for them to check if it works and so I drove 40 miles to go there and they told me I couldn't check the part for myself unless I buy it and if it's faulty there is no refund! waste of time and gas!
I cold called this auto parts company looking for a rear truck light fixture not expecting much of a professional experience. Boy was I surprised! Not only did they go out of the way to try to help me locate the part but also sent me pictures of the part and it’s packaging before they shipped via text to my phone. Also talked with two gentlemen who were both extremely courteous with my ordering. Wish all companies were as professional and easy to deal with as this one. Highly recommended!!
Horrible experience would not recommend this place to anyone, a waste of time the guys there don’t know what they are doing the parts are overpriced your better off going on eBay to buy them if you want to pay more for parts and get ripped off I recommend this place
Unprofessional team with worst customer service/salesmen ever! I wanted to order 3 parts for my car from their place (about $600 worth) after seeing online that they do have them. So I called twice and both times I have been told that they will check for availability and call me back, but they never did. Then I called the third time (after waiting for a whole week to hear back from them) and someone named Fernandez or Hernandez answered and was very rude and he started yelling because I told him in a very civilised way that I need an answer in order to see if I should look for those parts somewhere else. I never heard a salesman talk this way to a customer in my life!! Rude and unprofessional staff!! They do not even deserve 1 star. I would have put zero star if the system allows it.
