Do Not Use This Company. My Insurance company assigned this company to tow my vehicle and I waited 4 hours for the company to show up and they never did. They refused to answer the phone and would only text you and constant lied to me and the Insurance company about their arrival time. They are very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I was waiting for the tow truck over an hour and a half and then they cancelled the service without any info. Terrible leaving a client. They seem not to care about their business.
Insurance company assigned this company to tow my vehicle. Driver was arrogant and demanded I move my vehicle to make pick up more convenient for him because there was “too much traffic.” My insurance company told me not to move my car, so I told him I wasn’t comfortable with that. He hung up and left. After waiting two hours, I had to contact my insurance company and start the whole process again. The most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced.
Tow drivers do not communicate any time frame and do not answer their phones. Lied and told me I owed them a $45 late fee for showing up 15 minutes late, then said it was actually $62 with the breakdown being $30 late fee and $32 progressive copay. Progressive confirmed towing has no copay and they quickly changed it to $45 again.
Reliable, on time, and communicated with me well throughout the process. The tow truck was very patient and waited about 10 mins for the mechanic to receive the car. Thanks, Guillermo.

If there was zero stars possible it would receive zero. I was told 90 minutes ETA probably sooner. It’s been 3 hours. And I’ve still not seen the tow truck. He’s extended the time 4 times. 20 more, 30 more. As I’m writing this. I have still not been towed. DO NOT USE
Best Towing Story & Towing Service Ever!
We were on our way to Miami International Airport in the Express Lane on I-95 for a morning flight on a busy Labor Day weekend when we had a flat tire. With the car parked an emergency stopping zone on the shoulder but barely over the white line on the edge of the highway.
Firstly, hats off to Florida DOT. It was a pretty dangerous situation and the Road Ranger arrived in around five minutes to redirect traffic around the car.
Porsche Roadside assistance connected us with Dany of Danyer Towing and Transportation. Porsche advised the tow truck would take 60-90 minutes. I called Dany and he told me he could be there in 60 minutes.
I explained our situation to Dany, we were in the Express Lanes. it was 8:15 am, our car doesn’t come with a spare, we had a 10:00am flight, and we wanted to make it (the road ranger thought this was pretty funny). We told Dany if he could be there sooner, we would try to get an Uber to pick us up. I called Dany back to let him know we had an Uber coming and told us he would be on site in 12 minutes - he was!
The Uber drive gave up, the second Uber seemed to be lost, meanwhile, Dany very forcefully made us get inside his truck. We started to give up hope on making our flight and just like that, Dany jumped in the truck and asked us what airline we were flying. He actually, with our car on the flatbed, took us to the airport and not only did we get there in time, we were through security by 9:00am.
Dany was amazing, he took what promised to be a disaster of a day and completely turned it around for us. When you think about it, it is a pretty remarkable display of unreasonable hospitality. Our car had to be taken from Miami to our dealer in Pompano - Dany sent a text with photos of him dropping off the car at the dealership and we received it before our plane actually took off! This was the best towing story and service ever!

I don’t know what the big fuss is . I requested roadside assistance and they were my providers . ETA was 90 minutes and actually arrived 15 minutes before . So great service at least for me !
They were supposed to pick my vehicle up from the dolphin expressway. Once assigned, I called the company to five them my exact location and vehicle details. The driver called me an hour and 15 min after the service was assigned to ask my location. I gave him my location, he told me his location, which was not far. Allstate then called me to tell me that they canceled because they couldn’t get in touch with me (LIE!). I called the driver back after speaking with the Allstate agent and he said they canceled because the flat tire was in the rear and that I need a flatbed (INCOMPETENT). This is information I provided them the moment I knew who was supposed to come. Allstate the reassigned the call for another 2 hour ETA. Thanks, Danyer Towing.
Worst place ever. My insurance company assigned my road side assistance to them. Waited for 3hrs and no tow truck bothered to show. Even though they are not far from where I was stranded. When I called them, they acted like they didnt know. When my insurer called them, noone picked up the phone. What did they think: Like I wasnt gonna notice that noone showed up and they would get paid for a job not done?! All I ask if someone is delayed is to let me know, but unfortunately that was already too much for them. Luckily my insurer contacted R&W who towed me to my mechanic within 30min.
