Leandro was so amazing and helping me out with my car and take it from miami to Fort Lauderdale. I was so tired all day and he dropped off my car at a safe location and provided video and photos that it was done. Thank you so much!!!
We were involved in a hit and run with a stolen vehicle. Our tow truck driver (Roy) was super friendly and dropped us off at a safe location and waited until we could get an Uber to take us back to our hotel. He went above and beyond his duty in my opinion. He helped our mind frame tremendously. We are from Pennsylvania and this happened off a highway near Miami. He deserves a raise in my opinion.
I recently used Kauffs for a 3rd time for a job I had requiring a rotator in south Florida. Operator Raul Suarez Jr. did a excellent job. He is very professional, competent and easy to work with. I will continue using them in the future.
Roy was amazing. We called for a tow to fix 2 problems with the vehicle. When Roy got to the location which was a parking garage his truck didn't fit yet he was nice enough to say he could help push the car out of the garage. Instead when he got to the car he was able to resolve one of the 2 problems we had withe car saving a lot of money. He helped and instead of a tow we got a jump start and we so happy he was the one who came because most would have just not even bothered to assist and left us. He offered to help push and instead fixed a bigger problem. Very nice guy!
Ray from Kauff’s Towing was great. Avis dispatched them after we locked our keys in the trunk, and Ray showed up quickly and got the door open without any issues. Professional, efficient, and stress-free. Highly recommend.
It wasn’t cheap but it was very well worth it. The large & heavy Isuzu we had towed was low on coolant & engine oil and was running hot. We paid for a tow & saved an engine. They were quick & professional.
Roy was the best tow truck driver I have ever experienced! I drive an old vehicle and break downs are pretty common- I have never had someone as attentive to detail as Roy- we were in a really risky and dangerous spot and he was able to move quickly but also make sure everyone was safe and secure! 10/10!!

If I could give 20 stars I would. I got my 40' Motorhome stuck in the mud in big cypress national reserve in the middle of nowhere, called Kauff's and Raul Jr came out and did a great job and was so helpful and made sure I was good before he left. I couldn't thank them enough. Because my rig was so big no one else would touch it but Kauff's stepped up.
When my friend’s car decided to have transmission problems as we got to the Dolphins game, Roy was the hero to get us and the car back across the Alley to Fort Myers. Great experience in a bad situation.
They got me out of a tight area with my semi truck. This can be a problem with household moving. They were very professional and got my trailer moved over about 5 feet to get me out and on the road. If in the area again and need help, they are my first choice.

As far as the transportation truck was picked up delivered to my mechanic. Before that the driver went to the wrong address and because of that we where charged more for the pick up/delivery because of his mistake and to top it off he had no dea of how to get to the companies mechanic, my driver had to give him directions.
