This place is amazing. They had the parts I needed & delivered to the body shop fast. Also even a part that Lexus had on ba k ordefor 5 months he had it on hand. And he was cheaper than 3 other places.
Great service ,attentive ,Very organized, good work ethic, You can always rely on these guys to find what you need , if they cant find what you need i dont know who can! Really helped me out when i was in a jam with a lexus part nobody had not even the dealer . 10/10 5 stars would give 6 but thats not a option
Spoke to David on the phone and he quoted me to buy a used defective hybrid battery core and when my driver went to pick it up they told me I needed to exchange a bad core for another bad core?!?!? and then increased the price by $150. I hope this review helps other people stay away from this company.
Terrible Customer experience.I have found a part for my lexus air suspension.I have asked on the phone if the part is working and the response was “we are not selling any part that is not working. Also i was charged for 75 dollars for shipping.Miami to jacksonville, fedex ground is only $20!!!.Part didnot work and had to send back.It took 10 days to finally get my refund processed.Never ever will buy again!
LIARS!!! They quote you one price + shipping. Guy failed to process my order. I called them back to run the order and the guy was about to do it UPPED THE PRICE BY $300!!!! Said "take or leave it" CROOKED business practices!!!
I went there to buy part. Everything was great , the guy at the counter found out what I need, told me the price until and then disappeared for 15 min. And when I was trying to get an update another shows up and start screaming at me that “somebody is having lunch “. Weird place!
We ordered a white door for my Cadillac and they said they would send one. They shipped me a black door. That’s the complete opposite of white. I could have gotten that here at home for cheaper. They make you wire transfer the money so you have zero recourse when your part comes incorrectly. My banker advised me to get the door somewhere else because it sounded strange that they wouldn’t take a Credit card payment and were requesting a wire. I didn’t listen and paid the price. They couldn’t care less that it was wrong because they WILL ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Buyer beware. Buyer beware. Buyer beware.
I love this place. Dwayne and the guys have excellent parts and excellent customer service. I have been buying from them for at least 10 years and keep coming back for more. They carry all of the high end product I need! Thank you guys at Miami parts unlimited!!

Customer service is horrible. sales rep actually told me that i was complaining after 3 days of me calling to find out if a part was available so i can purchase it. as per his exact words " if your part cost $1000 i would run for you, but not for a $100 part" i was shocked to hear this from another business. As a business owner myself, to hear such poor customer service is sad. i treat all of my customer special even if they spend $1 or $100,000. i would of gave alot business to this place as me being a dealership but i do not deal with business owners that have such poor customer service.

I received my seat Friday morning after it was delivered Thursday. Only 4 days from Florida to New jersey by truck. The condition of the seat was described very accurately, and exactly as you stated. Your packing in a wood container was more than I expected! The seats were received screwed safely in place on the pallet, up right, with no damage. The seats appeared to have been professionally cleaned, the leather/vinyl was in top condition. My son and I have been looking for over a year for these seats, and it was well worth the wait. Just want to thank you again for an an easy and smooth purchase experience, your expert handling of the shipping, and the high quality of your product.
