Called him for emergency towing, he promised to arrive in 30 minutes. After 1 hr wait, multiple calls and new promises to be there soon, called another tow truck, which arrived in 15 minutes

Next time I see you John or whoever it is speeding through a residential area to get to your lot I will repot you to the DOT and your insurance carrier, let’s see if you start caring when you can’t pay your monthly payments or your authority gets suspended because you clearly don’t care or understand what you are doing driving a +5 ton vehicle around a residential area at that speed.
The towing of my vehicle tonight was very quick. Javier treated my car with the upmost care. He was extremely professional and friendly. The prices are beyond fair. (I called various towing companies charging 3 x's the amount). I will let my friends know to ONLY call this company. I would 100% recommend everyone to call and see the difference in both service and price.
I got my Mercedes Picked up & Drop Off in Amazing Time these Guys had a Dolly Available for my Car & Price was $130 about 2 Mile Distance Not Cheap cause I got it Towed Same place for $95 so can't give 5 Star but will give 4 Star & will Recommend. Driver was Great with Great Attitude
They are scammers this business have to by shut down they just have my car like 4 hours and they come up $800 with this amount this is insane and cero professionals people any one read this don’t use any business with this people .
They told me it would be 130 when I called and then switched it up on me when we arrived they wouldn't release my car till I paid 175. Bait and switch SCAM
they towed my car and when i called for it they told me it was 600 something dollars after 7 days because there’s a lein on it which shouldn’t be there unless it has been 30 days.
The driver tried to charge me $120 when I only needed my car lifted off the curb .. then laughed when I said I couldn’t afford $120 for them to move my car not even 6 ft. It’s ok someone did it for me $30.
