DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!! They are scamming people for their money. I called and to get a part. Andy answered the phone and said that he can mail it out overnight, I specifically asked for the quickest delivery. He asks for the shipping address so I sent it. I pay over $1,100 for everything, that was also the $60 shipping charge. He tells me to pay thru PayPal and he doesn’t mail the part to my business he sends it to my home address. I ordered this part on 10/10/22 and it is still showing in Miami dormant with no expected delivery date & it’s 10/25/22…15 days and nothing! I filed a dispute with PayPal to get a refund & they are refusing until they hear an answer from FedEx about the package. I have nothing to do with them & this shipping issue! They need to deal with FedEx and give me my money back! The level customer service they have is zero! They are rude and don’t care about the customers. Save yourself a headache, money & time dealing with this shop! Buy your stuff from somewhere else . The owner should be embarrassed that they have people like this representing their business! What a joke!!

I went to Cor-Auto for my first time, let me tell you I'm so happy I found them. First I spoke with Renato on the phone, he was very listening on my car issue and easyly scheduled me an appointment to fix all the issues. When I got to the shop, I spoked with Massimo, which he was already knows I was caming on that day. Massimo was awesome, super professional and knowledge. They fix completely my car issues, the mechanic did an amazing job. Also they are so honest, Mercedes Benz asked me 5 times more what I paid at Cor. I'm highly recommend Cor-Auto, thanks to all of you guys, great job
Service was good when they were wanting me to buy parts, but after that, service has not been great. I purchased a Refurbished/Remanufactured motor from them less than 8 months ago, the motor was supposed to have been completely gone through with a “GUARANTEED WARRANTY”, I put less than 400 miles on the motor and then lost oil pressure. I’ve called to see what we can do to make this right and have gotten ZERO feedback/response. I have now spoken with a Luis, Massimo C., and the one who sold me the motor Daniel F., (rather not give out full last names) and neither can get back to me, when I call, I get a text saying “can’t talk right now, can I call you later, etc.” so, this experience has not been a good one for me. I am out of Texas and not within distance of going up there to talk to anyone, so maybe this is just how they treat customers from further out then their own back yard. I would still like to get something resolved, but at this point, it’s like they are going to let time slide by so then it will be out of their hands.
I brought in my crashed C300 to Cor-auto after seeing an ad on instagram. Bought a bumper and grille off them and ended up painting it at their bodyshop. Parts were cheap and paint job was excellent. Customer service was also great. Highly recommend for anyone.

AMAZING SERVICE. My experience with CorAuto is worth sharing. I bought a Mercedes Benz C250 from them, and have been taking it there ever since for maintenance. They are so attentive and have the best quality products and deals. The value of the service, and the efficiency of the staff is unmatched. I have taken my C250 for customizations, repairs, and just about anything. FIVE STARS.
The team over at Cor Auto have helped me countless times with my wife’s SLK. A lot of times I have found parts for the SLK extremely hard to find, however, after being referred to Cor Auto I haven’t had to search for parts. It’s really crazy how many parts they have available for all sorts of Mercedes. I got all the interior trims swapped here as well as a full red interior swap on the car. The hard top also had issues and took the car over there and was ready by the end of the day, as they had the part available. True Mercedes specialist!
