I’ve been going to Toyota of North Miami for about a year or two now, and the service has always been great. The people there are efficient, helpful, and this place has saved me both time and money. Frank is cool, knowledgeable, hardworking, and has helped me with my car every single time I’ve needed something.
When my engine went bad, he helped me get it replaced and even gave me different options on what I could do. He also helped me when my transmission went out. During that repair, something must have been moved with the A/C system, because before I brought my car in, my air conditioner was working perfectly. When Frank turned the car on after the transmission was replaced, he noticed the A/C wasn’t blowing anymore. He took the car back and replaced the compressor at no charge. I appreciated that a lot — it showed he really looks out for his customers.
Whenever I come in for maintenance, Frank asks me how my car is running and if I’ve noticed anything. After they check the car in the back, he always lets me know what’s going on with it and what needs to be done for that day. That clear communication and support really help me out.
A cool moment I remember was when I went to the back with Frank, to the hangar/garage area where all the cars were being serviced. I got a chance to see my car and many others being worked on up close. It brought me back to a memory from 2005–2006, when I was thinking about becoming a mechanic. I remembered speaking with an advisor from UTI who explained what the life of a mechanic would be like. At that time, I really thought I might go to school for it, graduate, and work in a shop. As I stood back there at the dealership, seeing everything he described — the sounds, the tools, the cars being worked on — it felt like a full-circle moment. I saw what that life could have been like, and it was cool to experience that in person.
Frank has always taken great care of me, and over time we built a cool relationship. He gave me his number, and I always call or text him before I come in for maintenance. I let him know I’m on the way, or I ask about any new sound or concern I have, and he always answers and lets me know what’s going on. That helps me a lot, especially being on the road often. Keeping up with maintenance really makes a difference, and I appreciate him for always helping me and keeping me going.
If you ever go to Toyota of North Miami, definitely stop by and see Frank. He’s cool, he delivers, and he’s done right by me every time.Jan 27, 2026 -
I wouldn't recommend giving this seller any business!
I purchased 9 items from this seller through Amazon, and 6 of the 9 items were not delivered, when they say it was.
I called this seller 4x and each time was put on hold for further assistance and got disconnected every time. I called a fifth time and my call went directly to voicemail, so I left a detailed message with my phone number to call back and that was 4 hrs ago. I placed an order to Toyota of North Miami Parts off of Amazon for 2 quarts of Mazda transmission fluid. Their price was an awesome deal compared to every other dealer online considering most places the shipping cost almost the price or more the cost of the actual order. Anyway my order arrived two dayd earlier than expected and was correct so given my experience I am very happy with their customer service and would have no problem doing business with them again.

Very bad service buy online the CVT Fluid of my Toyota Corolla 2016 and place the.Number of.Exact part that the dealer gave me.They sent another different part and call the customer services and their employee in the spare department tells me that I can not tell the part number so I can confirm the correct part number.

WORST Customer service ever. I ordered a part online so I called to confirmed if someone else can pick up. A lady answered multiples times but she kept hanging up on me for no reason. RUDE attitude

WARNING!!!!!!!!! , people , be carefull , there is a young girl that work in parts of the Toyota of north Miami , she’s trying to stealing money from customer , by the way her customer services is zero , she was trying to sell me a coolant antifreeze galón in almost 40 dollars , I know what’s was the real price but she was trying to make money over me , I went to the Toyota of Hollywood and I bought it for 29 dollars , be carefull with that girl , she’s is inflate the price , and you don’t know , when I claimed her , the attitude was like I don’t care , don’t buy it , so this dealer has to loose money cause this girl , I put this on notice cause to alert all the people that go to this place , I don’t recommend to go there , try a different dealer guys , Hollywood much better , ok be carefull with this girl ,

Called from California a part listed on Amazon—representative dropped the call midway while looking for a part. I provided a valid vin number—the last 8 digits from my insurance card, the representative said the vin number is invalid.

We bought the car 4 days ago but the horn was not working even though Toyota certified the car. We came back today to get it fixed and we arrived at 11 AM, it's now 4:30PM (5:30 hours later) and it is not ready yet. I asked Matias Silva (Assistant service manager) several times to give me an update and I recived a quick brush off every time. An hour ago at 3:30PM he said he was going to get the car "it was ready". After an hour, at 4:30 I asked again and I insisted that he gave me the true information, he said that the technician was putting everything back together and than he would have returned the car to us. He said that with an attitude and started calling me papy. This was extrimly rude and very wrong. I told him I was going to leave a review. With the same attitude he gave me his bussines card (even though I did not ask him for it). than he went away and returned with the car after 5 minutes.
THE HORN WAS STILL NOT WORKING!!!!
NO WORK WAS DONE TO THE CAR IN 5 1/2 HOURS THAT WE WHERE THERE.
HE TOTALY LIED ABOUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND MISSTREATED THE COSTUMERS AFTER WE BOUGHT A CERTIFIED CAR THAT WAS NOT WORKIN PROPERLY AND AFTER WE SPENT 5:30 HOURS WITHOUT GETTING ANY PRODUCT.

(5:30 horas después) y aún no está listo. Le pedí a Matías Silva (gerente de servicio asistente) varias veces que me diera una actualización y siempre recibí un rápido rechazo. Hace una hora a las 15.30 dijo que iba a buscar el auto "estaba listo". Después de una hora, a las 4:30 volví a preguntar e insistí en que me diera la información verdadera, dijo que el técnico estaba armando todo y que nos hubiera devuelto el auto. Dijo eso con actitud y empezó a llamarme papy. Esto fue tremendamente grosero y muy incorrecto. Le dije que iba a dejar una reseña. Con la misma actitud me entregó su tarjeta de visita (aunque no se la pedí). luego se fue y regresó con el auto después de 5 minutos. ¡¡¡LA BOCINA AÚN NO FUNCIONA!!!! Jan 9th I came for a scheduled service at 4.15 pm. At about 6.40 the manager who’s name was Juan, informed me that the key to my car was LOST. He sent me home in a taxi at the company's expense, promising to call a taxi for me at 8.30 am the next morning to bring a second key to make a duplicate. No one called a taxi for me. I got to the Toyota Center at 9.30 am at my own expense. The manager Juan with whom I spoke yesterday was not in place, he did not answer calls. I left the center without finishing the service because I was already late for work. I asked to call me back. A week later, NO ONE contacted me. I didn’t receive any apology or explanation. I arrived at the Toyota Center to complete my scheduled service on Saturday Jan 14th and didn’t receive a duplicate key, since it was Saturday. As a result, I’ve got my second key on January 21st!!!

As always... car wash is close.. "supposedly" when you buy a car you get free car wash forever and as many times as you want.. well.. like the car service.. you guy's are a joke! Scammers!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Bought some parts from them and they never shipped them out but blamed UPS for it. Customer service is in the garbage can. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Much cheaper to go elsewhere.

Yo siempre acostumbro leer los comentarios antes de comprar online o visitar alguna tienda en físico. Sabia que este lugar no tenia la mejor fama, pero igual decidí ir a ver como me iba. Tuve la suerte de ser atendido por el señor Miguel Espino que realmente hizo todo lo posible para ayudarme a conseguir mi fusible. Simplemente no salia en el sistema y la verdad no se como hizo para encontrarlo. La verdad estoy muy contento con el excelente servicio el Sábado pasado 8 de Enero del 2022.

Unfortunately this service facility is not longer doing happy customers for Toyota anymore. They will not give you any written estimate. They will just write down on a white piece of paper by hand. If you say yes then expect to see done less than half of all the things you requested to your car because they don't have the parts and even after confirming to you they had them. Also the supervisor said I can't have a formal proposal of the services requested because it is too much work. They take your car and your service request explanation right away in less than 15 minutes. But when you are requesting explanation for the things that were not done they will make you wait for 2 hours. Also sales department is kind of separate from mechanical department and from part inventory department and from cashier department or from supervisor department and when I said separate I mean like for competitor companies and not the same big company. Very disappointed from this place. Next time I will prefer to travel 45 more minutes and spend like $30 in gas just to receive a better treatment.

You would think that during this period of a pandemic going on, you would be able to reach someone in the Service Department to simply request a quote to install a Toyota Remote Starter (PT398-07130). Try again. Two days of making several phone call attempts and multiple call transfers from other departments. The line either continuously rings and/or the line goes dead.

I'll start off by saying I'm not a certified mechanic. But, I have been working on cars for over a decade now and can certainly pinpoint major issues with vehicles. My Tacoma had a bad rear wheel bearing(clicking when rotating) and suspected front bearing going bad(grinding from front when turning). The technician diagnosed the same, 1 rear bad and 1 front bad. The warranty covered the cost of replacing the rear but not the front... I had them do the rear, I pick it up, and what do ya know?!?! No grinding or clicking from anywhere now! They wanted to charge me to replace the front because that is what I suspected the grinding to be! What a shady bunch of crooks!!! Lastly, I go to get my ticket at the clerk's counter and she wanted to charge me for labor! Why should have to question and haggle for something that's covered under warranty in the first place!?!?! I HATE STEALERSHIPS

The experience while waiting on service is okay - there are various areas to wait (main waiting area, business center, outdoors) and things to do while waiting, like browsing the showroom on that side, checking out some car accessories or grabbing a bite from the cafe or even watching some TV. Prices are actually pretty ok as well and they send coupons sometimes if you're a customer. The main issue is the drop off and valeting of vehicles. It just doesn't seem efficient as you'll sometimes be waiting for a long time for a service advisor or waiting for someone to grab your car when service is done. Otherwise the staff is pretty nice and knowledge.
