Poor poor experience. When moving the car, a Porshe Carrera, he did not care not to cause additional damage to the car being serviced and I had to alert him twice. At the completion of the service, the towing flat truck driver was very disrectfully to us . He left the car in the entrance of the property for me to push it in. While i was calling dispatcher, he did not request the driver to return to complete the job. Geico was advised for their poor svc. I had used Sunshine years back as personal requests but this is it. I was supposed to sign a document for completing the service and was not given it because he left the premises indicating "you move it, call whoever and do whatever." Me a lady of 72 yrs old. Do you think that was right to do? No no. I had to request help from outsiders to help me push the car in. Thank you Sunshine. I will not use you again or recommend your services to anyone.

Sunshine Towing is a reliable towing company. They are in contact with you from the moment you call until they show up at the location. I've been using them for years.They provide great service.
Great professional and most important very polite and friendly where back in the days that was not a thing I never met a nice tow truck driver or company until I spoke with sunshine towing . Very responsive would definitely use them again
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Every single employee I interacted with was extremely rude and disrespectful. There’s no way this high rating is real, they’re definitely removing the negative comments. GO ON YELP TO SEE THE TRUTH. Shame on you Sunshine Towing. Start treating people like human beings for a change.
Got to the car location 20 min prior to the scheduled time. Truck was there and did not want to tow the car. Said the work order was cancelled. Also said he called me a few times 30min early. I did not have a missed call. Overall experience was not the best.
Dude was mad chill and we had a great laugh considering the bad circumstances. Wait times can be subjective but he did his job efficiently and professionally. They always come in clutch.
Horrible experience EVER! I waited for more than 3 hours… i have to make the request twice. The driver was a very un polite person. Hope I have never ever use this company again!
Towing company is very shady. My motorcycle was stolen, crashed in Miami then they towed it. I was never notified and the bike was auctioned off. It was a $10,000 market value bike even if it was totaled you’ll make a good amount from the sale. I still now owe a lien of $300 dollars for the tow. Basically the company stole my bike legally then sold it legally then is still making money off me legally because they can say they just sold it for 300 bucks to their friend and then the friend pays them the extra 2000 bucks he made off it. Shady towing company making a living off people who wee stolen from. As if my situation isn’t horrible enough that I’m out $10,000 from my motorcycle, they charge me another $300 for a lien they should have paid off selling my stolen motorcycle. Pretty crappy.
Had to get my car towed and these guys were awesome! Super quick, friendly, and professional. Made a stressful situation a lot easier. Highly recommend!
The actual tow driver was incredible, super fast and helpful. The dispatcher however, terrible. I got a flat tire early Friday, June 6th 2025 around 1am. I waited the hour the dispatcher said it was going to take for the truck to reach me but still no truck. I proceeded to call and ask if there was any update on the ETA and I was told another 20 minutes- no a big deal. However after another 30 minutes there was still no tow truck and no one reached out to me. I proceeded to call yet again and was yelled at by the dispatcher for “giving the wrong address” even though I described what exit I was on and which direction I was heading. It is also 3am at this point after calling them at 1am. Dispatcher yelled “well now I have to give the driver the correct address since you gave us the wrong one.” Through my insurance it makes you put in a specific address so I dropped a pin where I was located on the highway. Not once did the dispatcher confirm where I was, nor did they call when they got close to me so see where I was. After he yelled saying that I gave him the wrong address, he said that the tow truck will be there when it gets there and that the driver will call me. Another hour goes by and I still haven’t heard anything or even a call just to update me. It is now 4am, so I call once again. This man was so upset that I called me asking for updates and said “he’s coming” and then hung up on me. Couldn’t offer me the driver’s number to coordinate with him, just super unprofessional behavior, especially when people who request tow trucks usually aren’t having the best day. Still another 30 minutes goes by and I’m concerned that this point that he told the truck driver to forget about me and I know if I call again he probably won’t answer. I had my boyfriend call him and the dispatcher proceeded to hang up on him as well. Wish I had his name because this is not the person for this job, clearly. It was 5 am when the truck finally got to me, 4 hours after the initial call I made. Only good thing out of this entire situation was that the tow driver was very professional and helpful. Told me to wait in the truck and took me to the auto shop. I feel bad that he had to interact with this dispatcher. I understand these things can take time, but the lack of empathy, communication and professionalism displayed by this dispatcher is unacceptable.
My experience it is the best because in those moments that you have a problem and a good person help you like the Driver made with me it is the must important thing
Great experience - the driver was able to get into my locked car in about 30 seconds! I've used their services via Geico on several occasions and they're always great. This is a really good local company. Great customer experience.
It took a minute to arrive, but the operator was efficient and savvy to get my car easily and safely from the angle and tight spot where it was. Impressive.
I had such a good experience with Sunshine. The man who showed up was helpful and light-hearted in a situation that was troublesome for me. He pulled out a battery charger and was able to tell me what he was doing and why. I didn't even end up needing to have a tow which was great.
Needed to take my car to a local service shop. The shop recommended them. They arrived on time and the driver was very nice and friendly. Car arrived to the shop on time with no damage. They took very good care of the vehicle in transport and I would recommend them to anyone.

Easiest towing company I have used. I have had bad experiences In the past with other towing companies being rude and being rough with my vehicle. This was completely different than any other tow I have had. The driver was attentive, super friendly, AND took care of my vehicle as if it was his own. Even the office staff were very friendly, they made the whole process easy for me and I could not be thank them enough!
Really appreciated the tow after blowing a tire on the palmetto expressway. He arrived exactly at the time estimated I was given, although I wished it could have been sooner because I was very anxious to be stuck on the left breakdown lane. He got me and my car quickly and safely off the expressway even put on the spare tire. Really grateful for the rescue.
Picked up 1 hr earlier than expected, courteous and professional. Waited at dealer until the car started before leaving. Thank you for great overall service!
I needed to be towed due to gasoline outrage but he managed to find and bring me not 1 bht 2 gallons. An angel with amazing attitude and willing to help...and he came when he said he was coming, punctual. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you a lot!
Car overheating. Insurance called Sunshine Towing. Took them 100 minutes but it was 10pm when I called. Their dispatch called to confirm and assured me they were on the way.
Driver was friendly and quickly hooked up and towed to my mechanic.
Made it very easy.
The tow truck driver was excellent. 30 minutes before time. Got me home safe and sound! My cars accelerator was stuck on 45mph and would stop.. I had to make a U turn through the car, in park while driving and turned off the key!
