Knowledgeable staff will make sure you leave with what you need without breaking your pockets. Found parts here that I would have spent so much time looking for all around the city… if they don’t have it their other store might or they’ll have it sent in in no time… it’s no wonder why it’s still open… this place is amazing!!!
I bought a battery there. Less than a year it died. They would not replace or do anything despite their own sticker. Told me without receipt they won't honor their warranty. Horrible customer service. Never again

They really have amazing customer service! I spoke to 3 guys and explained my issue, and they guided me to the best option. I needed a battery change, and they informed me of the options available (the promo battery for 45$ or a new one for 89$). I was about to buy extra stuff (fuel pumps), and they advised me not to do it and explained why. They're all there to help you out and not rob you. They helped check my battery and even assisted in finding a mobile mechanic to change out the battery for me.
This is going to be my new spot from now on.

Super helpful personal at this location,called in, ordered a part and they helped me straight away gave me a call in the morning that is was there great service,autozone and discount would make you call in and wait 20 mins for someone to see where your part is even with a order number,next time I need parts I won't think twice my business is here.
A great place with a handful of workers ready to assist incoming customers needing help. They sometimes consult with one and another to ensure giving out the right information and to optimize the assistance one is giving. And they have fairer prices than a few places I had to go to by far.
This morning i bought 5 corts of transmission oil. 2 hrs after making my purchese i returned to the store to return the oil , i never used it or evem open them just didnt need them anymore. When i got to the store they REFUSED TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK! . i dont recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
I purchased an ignition coil. The part ended up being defective my car was stuck at the mechanic shop I asked to have the part replaced for a different one and if it could be delivered. I went out of my way to say i would pay whatever the delivery fee may be. I spoke with the manager and said they could not do that even though i had the reciept on hand so that the delivery driver could verify the purchase. The manager denied my request he said that could not be done. I told him new Jersey auto parts does do delivery because i have ordered many times from their Kendall store. The experience showed me the poor customer service and defective products they sell. I still purchase parts from New Jersey auto parts but just not this particular location. STAY AWAY BE WARNED do not get hustled.
Great place! My lightbulb from my car headlight went out I called advanced auto parts they wanted to charge me $20 for a lightbulb I called new jersey it was only $9.00 and the guy even helped me put it on! Real friendly and great customer service skills! This is where I Will be doing all my car needs shopping from now on! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
I Absolutely Love NEW JERSEY AUTO PART ! Where you do have to do your due diligence and shop around and be a smart consumer, as opposed to some bad reviews they've received due to customers with little knowledge of what they are doing or what they are looking for. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT PRICES, PRECISION MACHINE SHOP. I have been buying parts from them since 2000 and will always be a place to start on my book.
