I love my GLA250. Rides like a dream. I would recommend that Mercedes make the seat adjustment allow for the driver seat to be higher, as I feel too low driving the car. Their service prices are very high. Also, they weren’t able to correct a rattling noise in the back of my car that I’ve been hearing now for a while, because it was later in the day near closing time. I understood. However, they scheduled another appointment for me with a loaner, which I was very grateful for. Overall, I’m very happy with my vehicle.I do have some suggestions for improvement. 1) I had the same rattling noise on my old GLA250 from 5 years ago. They said the clip onset the car fell off and they fixed it and that resolved the issue 5 years ago. I’m thinking my current car has the same issue, but the re told me they need to drive the car first to see what the issue is. It’s a very loud and annoying rattling sound in the back of the vehicle. 2) There is a new camera system in my GLA250 2025 and hat I did not have in my older GLA250 from 5 years ago. This new camera system is very annoying and clicks often every time you drive. I have been told other people also complain about it. Feels like a tracking system. Not a fan if this at all as it makes too much noise and is takes away from the peacefulness of a blissful Mercedes drive. They need to change it. 3) Lastly, they need to make the seat adjustments for shorter people. I always feel too low driving my car. That is also a safety issue. The seats need to be able to raise higher up. Otherwise, I still do love the drive of my Mercedes vehicle. Please take these suggestions into consideration to improve your cars. I am a loyal Mercedes customer for years now, but these issues are very important for a better overall experience. Thank you. Very grateful.

I regularly use the service department at this location. It’s always a good experience with Herby as your service advisor. He’s knowledgeable and I like the fact that if he doesn’t know something, he’ll find out and not just act like he knows, or doesn’t know for that matter. Ask for Herby on your next visit.

I had a great experience purchasing a car at Mercedes-Benz Miami. The dealership met my experience for a luxury car dealership experience. Extremely clean, stylish and nice wet bar for coffee, etc. The key factor was the sales person. Alexander Szyfer is a seasoned professional and excellent with answering our questions, follow up and putting the deal together. Bill the shop foreman is terrible. I brought in my car for a loud metal on metal clicking noise coming for the front end when I turn and park that can be clearly heard and felt but he says its normal And loud metal rattling coming from the rear axle. I took the vehicle to another Mercedes Benz dealership and their shop foreman said it’s a serious safety issue. Do not bring your car Valuable mercedes benz vehicle to this dealership.

Our car needed it's annual maintenance. Ricardo met us and discussed the work to be done, taking into consideration the age of the car (2024), the miles driven, and some additional work I wanted done. Ricardo handled everything 100% competently and courteously. I ended up buying a touch-up stick to cover up some nics on the body. Our car was put in an expedited work queue, which shortened the wait time considerably. Overall, it was a very satisfying and professional experience.

The 12V battery replacement went smoothly with my vehicle, I appreciate the service provided. But after the replacement, I noticed immediately some error messages on my car’s screen and in the car app regarding the 12V battery condition, which still indicates a critical status? I’ve reached out immediately with questions about these issues, but I haven’t received any response. I’m now waiting to see how long it takes to get an answer, as I am unsure whether these messages were expected after installation or if they indicate a deeper issue.

That score should be FIVE STARS for Abel. He truly is a star employee who helped me get the tire I needed. The four-star rating is for the two other female employees who both told me that the tire had arrived, set me up for an appointment, and then I found out that the tire hadn't even been ordered. The women didn't even know the difference between a GLA 250 and a GLA AMG 45. I just think that a little further training about product information for those who answer phones for the service department would really put MB of Miami over the top in excellence. Thankfully, Abel knew exactly the tire to order. Got the tire within a day. And I was happily on my way within just a couple of hours. He's also good with advising me about any delays. He is thorough in finding out who and where to get information. Please give Abel a raise and a new AMG GT.

Very bad experience, I went to change a flat tire and they moved all the tires and damaged one of the rims and they didn't have the courtesy to let me know, I found out when I got home and when I called the service advisor he insisted that I had damaged it on the way home. I told the service advisor that it was negative, to check the photos he took the day I dropped off the car so he could see that all the rims were in perfect condition, to their surprise when they saw the photos it was true what I told them and they were arguing and blaming me, when it was their mechanic who damaged it, when they only had to change the flat tire and nothing else, the rim they damaged was from a different tire that had nothing to do with the flat tire.

I bought a Mercedes 2024. After 5 months problems appeared with the transmission. When changing gears the car began to jerk. When contacting the service, I warned that I needed a replacement car during the repair. Over the phone they assured me that they would give me another car for the duration of the repair. My car was taken away by a tow truck this morning. Below is the answer to the question of replacing the car..from AUSTIN ( A manager here wouldn't be taking inbound phone calls for scheduling. Not to mention there was no appointment booked for you when I checked your vehicle in. Im going to say this one more time, we don't have any loaner cars left, there is no point of you trying to argue your point. - Austin Upd.: After contacting the boss named Brian, I was given a replacement car with a deposit of $300. My car is in the same place where it was left on Saturday. Not yesterday, not today, no one did anything Upd.: On Tuesday, this same Austin wrote to me that my car was ready and ready to be picked up. I checked through the application and see that there is less fuel in the tank... this service did not even add the fuel that they spent on tests. The car will also be returned dirty. This is a service from Mercedes!?!? Are you seriously ??? In Hyundai or Kia the service is much better, they return the car clean and with a full tank. In general, this is the last Mercedes car that I bought, I will never buy this brand again thanks to this service and personally to the very smart and arrogant Austin! I do not recommend contacting Mercedes service at this address. Upd.: On Tuesday I picked up a clean car, they didn’t refill gas, it seemed like everything was fixed, but!!!! I found a screw in the front left wheel. Now the tire is deflating, I am shocked by this service... You don't need enemies to have employees like Austin.
