I went to get car parts for my Nissan Maxima and the service was 10/10, every nice staff and they work fast. I got oil and everything, my car feels brand new. I’d definitely go again!

Horrible customer service !!! I’ve called 5 times asking for a part and they put me on hold and just talk and laugh in the background. Super disrespectful. Will never be returning. I ordered parts and everyday they tell me come pick it up at this time and it’s never ready. They just end up telling me a different time. I paid for the part but I went back just to get my money back. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!

Took both of my rear axles for my Toyota to get the bearings replaced. This job requires a special tool to have the bearings pressed in and out. This was not the case one of the studs on the backing plate was not put back and the brand new koyo bearings I purchased were damaged by being hammered in. Then I went to install the axle back in the car since I needed to move it and turns out the axle is bent or was hammered near the splines now I need to replace the bearings again and purchase a new axle they have not even attempted to return my money or in the very least apologize. Extremely upset customer never going back this place

they may have everything but daaaaam talk about cold treatment. there people skills just simply sucks.went in waited till the guy got of the phone. and nothing. he did not acknowledge I was standing in front of him I had to ask him first . than just cold no customer service. at least they had what I was looking for . please put someone with more people skills in the front.

Spoke to someone when I bought the starter for my car. They told me I could return it as long as I have the receipt. LIES. Went to the same location from which I bought the starter and told me I could not return it. Askes to speak to the manage and apparently he had just left... Update: Came back to the store the next day with my dad, and they gave us the complete refund $200. This goes to show, as a woman you cannot shop here. They make exceptions when they feel like it. I'll never shop here again.

DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! This place takes advantage of people that aren’t car savvy. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! My mother that has not clue about cars bought a starter from them, which eneded up not being the problem with her car, so she when to return the unused and unopened part less than 24hours later and they told her there was nothing they could do. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They can keep their $100 because I hope you read this and choose another parts shop that actually cares about its customers. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!

I went there today just to have them put the ob2 for the check engine light to see why its coming on and all they do is take care of costurmers on the phone and not the ones that are in the store very un proffesinal no wonder big box stores take over everything cause of things like this beware dont go there.

Waste of time and gas they had a cheaper price on a part told me to come in that's they had it I came told me had to order the part till the next day no big deal people make mistakes then I come an hour after schedule pick up time for my part to give them time as we all know these things take time to separate orders I get there no part it's not coming today then tries to upsell me amother part the point of me getting that one was to save money then you don't have my order and try to hustle me they should have gave me the part for inconvenience being it was a 12$ difference I'm not being cheap but if I'm going through all this trouble should I really have waited for a shipping that never came to pay full price same as auto zone these guys need to tightin up rude as if I lied to my self

Get new employees! no customer service what so ever. The guy with the tattoos at the front counter has a bad attitude in person and answering the phone as I was standing there waiting eternally for him to help me. Ask anyone else for help and they direct you to the same guy with the tattoos. Nobody wants to lift a finger, What a nightmare. Just gave up and left. Never going back.

What a horrible experience. I ordered a battery over the phone with a credit card. I went to pick it up and they tried giving me the wrong battery. I told him it looked too big, he looked at me like I was insane. It turned out I was right, he offered no apology for making the mistake. I told him to refund me, then went down the street to Advanced Auto Parts. I was in and out in 5 minutes with the correct battery. I should of went there. One other thing, this map listing is incorrect. It takes you to a house about 20 minutes away.
