If your car was towed, prepare for a negative experience from every point of view. You won’t be able to recover the car until the next business day during working hours—don’t even try outside that timeframe. The treatment is awful, and if it’s a rental car, don’t bother going yourself—contact the rental company to inform them of the situation. With a bit of luck, they might let you retrieve your belongings from the vehicle. Get ready to pay a significant amount.
Avoid this towing company! I have very long story and this is just shortly info. They tried to scam me with a fake $250 fee, refused to provide an invoice, and were extremely rude. Only accepted cash or Zelle to a personal account. Both they and I called the police—their officer refused to intervene, and it seemed like they were working together (just my opinion, no direct proof). Only after my officer got involved did they remove the fake charge. My car was scratched while in their lot. Dishonest and unprofessional. STAY AWAY from these scammers! If your car gets towed by them, document everything, demand a proper invoice, and be prepared for lies and intimidation. Better yet, avoid dealing with them entirely if possible!
These people are super unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICES and if your car gets towed by them good luck. they have no customer service skills. they shut the window in your face even after you pay they make you wait for every other car in the lot to get out before yours. other customers that were there besides me got their cars damaged.
The service is horrible. They changed my ETA like 4 times. After I waited 5 hours for them to arrive. The guy hooks my car up to the tow truck then takes a smoke break before leaving for my destination. I ask if there’s an issue, he tells me his truck has 48 miles left of gas and his boss is giving him a hard time. This guy is looking for sympathy from me about gas after I waited all this time. Please!! I hope I never get them for service again. If I do I will deny service. Their customer service sucks. They have no consideration for the customer.
I was assigned this towing company by my insurance, Progressive. They texted me letting me know that someone would be at my location in 40 minutes, I waited +/- 3 hours and got a call from the driver, he told me he was about to finish a job and he would come right after to pick up my car. After more 40m of waiting, they just cancelled without any reason or explanation. I tried to reach the driver, not even had the decency to answer my phone call, the owner either, only by text I was said to look for a different company… this is not the way to do business.
Saw a driver on the road driving SUPER aggressively blocking the left turning lane to go straight. He attempted merged into my lane almost hitting me. When I beeped at him to avoid a collision he beeped back. I will never use this company. I would recommend NOT using them as he was towing a pick up truck while driving this aggressively.
Great service from point A to B. George the driver was professional and secured my car like it was his own. 27+ mile tow and got it done quick at a fair price. I am very grateful
George was the best thing that could have happened to me. I had a flat tire, then a flat donut, all while trying to get to my wife’s car which had some problems of its own. I called my insurance company and was initially hooked up with a different tow which had me sitting for 4.5 hours before I called For a new tow. George responded while I was still in the phone with my insurance, and he got to me within 30 minutes. He then identified the hole that caused the flat, fixed it for me in the spot, and reinflated my donut. He saved me a lot of money and took care of everything so I was back on the road!

I was assigned this company by Progressive insurance. They texted me and informed me someone would be out in 40 minutes, I waited 3 hours and no one came. After calling to check on the status, the owner rudely and aggressively told me to "get someone else". They should not be able to operate business with this kind of disrespect for customers' time as well as the blatant rudeness when communicating.
These guys are the worst. Told me $125 over the phone, ended up being $175. Couldn’t accept credit card and had to Zelle. Also buddy had a joint rolled on the checkout counter when I walked in. Couldn’t have been a worse experience
This is my second time using old times they have been courteous on time and very reasonable with their pricing. I highly recommend them if you're looking for any sort of towing
The driver cut me off and almost hit my car in the process. He did it to other drivers as well. How are people supposed to trust this driver with their cars if he is driving like that? definitely consider other tow truck companies
The driver of this tow truck attacked me in my own neighborhood in front of his customer. Very unprofessional employee who yelled profanity at me unnecessarily over a misunderstanding at the front gate. The company should train their employees in civility and deconfliction skills rather than hire angry aggressive males who like to attack women. Even after explaining to him why I motioned to him, he continued to attack me by screaming at me and insulting me. He looked like he wanted to attack me; he was very aggressive and intimidating. Scary situation. I would never do business with a company that condones this type of behavior from employees.

Unfortunately my insurance send them for road side assistance. After waiting for a while I checked the status and it was canceled. I called my insurance and they said that they told them the service was canceled by the customer (me). I never canceled my service. I have been waiting for 2 hours for anyone to help. I ran to a near by bathroom and was gone for maybe 7 minutes. Not sure if that's when they showed up. The driver never called or communicated with me. Horrible service.
One of their employees driving the black tow truck, plate ending in 426E, was driving recklessly and was being super aggressive. I was doing the speed limit, and I didn’t do anything wrong. He was maybe a foot away from hitting my car. The driver went into oncoming traffic and proceeded to cut me off, and started brake-checking me. He stopped the tow truck, got out, walked up to my window, and began making threats. This situation happened on palm ave 23rd Street, just after the train tracks.
If you have doubts - stop right now and call the service. It was great, starting with initial response till the end when Oscar offered a ride to the closest open gas station (it was 4 am on Sunday).
I waited for AAA for 6 hours. Then started calling towing around the area (downtown Miami). Half of the companies did not answer, another few gave vague responses like "we will call you in an hour". When I called ASAP Towing, that was outside of the area, there were only few questions and ETA of around 30 min. I didn't believe at first, but he was there in around 30 minutes plus I got updates on the way.

I had waited 6 AND A HALF HOURS FOR AAA, and never got a tow. I called at 1a.m. and a sweet young woman answered the phone and asked me where I was and got a tow truck to me within 20-25 minutes. The driver was polite and got the job done quicker than I have ever had my car towed before. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend to EVERYONE. Very affordable too! Simply put amazing customer service, knowledge, and arrival time. After what was a definitely a frustrating night going back and forth with many companies they were able to resolve my problem and get me and my car where I needed to be even at 4:30am. Anyone reading this and debating about choosing a towing company do yourselves a favor and call them 1st. Definitely recommend.
Great service and price. the guy who came to my rescue was very nice and even helped me get on my way without even needing a tow. (Simple fix) Would recommend any time with my eye closed. Wished everyone was like this guy Honest and friendly not just trying to make a buck.
Incredibly great reliable company Carlos showed up within 20 minutes and had my vehicle towed to where I needed it all under 1 hour. He even parked it in a difficult spot to park in. Highly recommended. I don't usually need towing service, but these guys now have a new customer for life.
