Car battery died while shopping at Kimchi Mart on Dixie Hwy on a Friday night. Called Cutler Bay Towing (and a bunch of others) after AAA kept postponing and postponing.
Only tow company that even agreed to come out to jump start my car. Didn't have cash so zelled the fee after, easy peasy. Guy who answered the phone was very responsive. I could tell the job wasn't that exciting but I think he felt sorry for me.
So easy to say NO to the small jobs. Many do.. These guys didn't. Will call if towing services needed!
Hard to contact on the phone, overcharged and put a 5ft long scratch in my driveway and didn't respond when I texted a pic..... really un professional.
Terrible customer service on the phone. It seems that the person on the phone is either sleeping or he absolutely does not care. Called another company, got better service and better price! Get together guys
Probably needed a little better communication on this one. I'm not happy with the way they did my girl. I wish I would have been there I would've used someone else. Very unprofessional on the phone (cursing rap music in the background, really?). Anyway the driver brings the vehicle to the house and she specifically tells the driver where to drop it. He decided to not listen and do it his way. He dropped it in the street and now was unable to put it on neutral. Now the car is blocking the road! The driver tried a few things to no avail. He was very polite. I give him credit, he tried. His base kept calling him telling him to leave. I could here them yelling at him as he had to walk away. The person on the phone yelled at him in Spanish to leave that lady there and go! All the while the driver was trying to help. Heck, my girl even went to the yard and go mangoes for the guy! Eventually he said sorry and that he would be back when done and left. About 30 minutes later we call Cutler Bay Towing. I can hear this guy Tony giving my girl the runaround as she tried to explain. I took the phone and basically explained what I just said above. His response was as expected that is the driver couldn't move it how would anyone else. I explained to him that he was paid for something that wasn't complete and he went the route of he wasn't there and it's between us and the driver. Pretty much too bad we did our part. I get it. Shame on us for letting him do it his way. Lesson learned. When Tony explains himself and says that I was rude and accused him of screwing us for leaving us in the middle of the road he is correct, I absolutely did. Funny thing is I had no choice but to call another tow company named Monster Auto Recovery and they were super professional. I explained the situation and thought they would need dollies but no! The flatbed driver was able to put the car on neutral and put it where it belonged out of traffics way. So seems to me like their is a towing company (not naming names) that needs to invest in some training......so one star is for actually bringing it to the house and one star for the driver being a really nice guy who really gave his best effort even though he couldn't finish.
We needed an emergency towing ASAP because we were in the middle of the road in miami, called the company and they were very professional and came faster then the eta I was given. Robert who changed my tire was very nice and professional and changed my tire in less then 10 mins. Would totally recommend them 100%
pleasurable service jose is a real professional and a stand up guy. I was broken down and they came the time they said they would. and at a resonable price.
