If I can leave zero stars I would, they recently got a new driver according to one their employees and they ruined and destroyed about 4 cars in my community that were parked with stickers and parked correctly. I currently have a claim with them and taking them to court with videos and everything to prove the damage caused by one of the drivers. Very disrespectful customer service as well.

The team at VMC were professional and very customer service oriented. Wait time for tow was minimal and they provided accommodation in their office until our ride came. They went above and beyond by suggesting a mechanic shop to have our vehicle fixed. I would recommend this outfit any day to anyone!

If I could give 0 stars I would ! First they towed away my car from my condominium having the sticker permitted and second of when you go get your car they treat you if you were a criminal coming to get your own car . HORRIBLE PLACE -0

I had an excellent experience with VMC Towing. After my brand new car broke down unexpectedly, I called them for assistance, and they arrived much quicker than I anticipated. The driver was not only professional and friendly but also took the time to drop my car off at the dealer & drive me back home!!!! They handled my vehicle with care, ensuring there was no damage during towing. Their rates were fair, and I appreciated their transparency about pricing. I highly recommend VMC Towing if you ever find yourself in a bind. Thank you for your outstanding service!

There was a vehicle parked in my assigned parking spot at my apartment. Theres a huge sign that states violators will be towed and it specifically has the name and phone number for VMS towing on it. So I call them at 11:55pm on 4/25/2024 and get no answer multiple times. Mind you they are suppose to be open 24 hours. And someone finally calls back 6 minutes later and says he’ll call back with an update on when I can expect arrival, asks for the other vehicles info, etc. 20 minutes go by and no response so I call back and he says the driver is doing a tow right now and will be there in 45 minutes to an hour and that he will call. Well that hour has come and gone and I called back several times and now the number is going straight to voicemail. They blocked me. And I know they blocked me because I called private and it rang and when I called unblocked again it went straight to voicemail. And this was for both of the businesses numbers. Here we are 2 hours later. Still no communication and no response. I will be reporting this to our property management company as well because we definitely need a new on call tow truck company. Also, hopefully management sees this and looks at who was on call this night and deals with them. This is totally unprofessional and disrespectful. After being at work all day and to come home to this, thinking it would be resolved but it did not. Shame on you all! I wish I could give you all zero stars or a negative five stars. Just tacky.

One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. They quoted us a price for a job then tried to invoice immediately for the services after they were done. The invoice was double what the initial quote was and they refused to leave the facility. They were threatening the receiving customer screaming and banging on doors. When we tried to talk with them about the price they originally quoted they said, "I don't care what we quoted. We provided a service and this is the charge".

Seeing the reviews I was afraid to use this company but he was the only one who could tow my big Dump truck. I don't know what other people experienced but this guys are great and professionals. I was stuck in the middle of a main road blocking all traffic. He came from far within an hour and saved the day!! definitely will use him again. Hopefully I wont need.

3 DAY NIGHTMARE!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE! I would have rather waited under the sun 6 more hours to get another tow-truck than have this people touching my car. From the moment they arrived to get my car they insisted I needed to pay extra for their services, even though they had been contacted through my dealership’s warranty services, and emphatically insisted that I give them my car to repair instead of sending it to KIA. I explicitly said no and after they had reassured me that there had been a misunderstanding and there where no extra charges, I let them drive the car to the dealership. Long story short, 4 hrs later, 9:00 pm, and my car had yet to arrive to the dealership, which was 15 minutes away from where my car had malfunctioned. When Roadside Assistance finally found them, it turned out that they took the car to their garage and refused to deliver it to KIA unless they were paid the extra amount of money they requested. Freaking EXTORTION! After KIA finally got them to send the car to the dealership the keys were missing for day and a half. I wish I had followed my gut. Thankfully I had pictures of the plate, truck, and driver as well as the phone number from which the owner harassed me asking for money after taking the car.

If I could leave a no star review, I would. Elda and the other lady with the glasses have been so short, rude, and dismissive to me and my family members. They refused to release a TEXAS car that belongs to me even though I provided the adequate paperwork— insurance verification, my license, & paper work from the dealership.. literally denied all forms of paperwork. I told them me and my small child will literally be stranded here if I do not get my car out (we drove here) and they literally laughed it off. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service ever. The business is trash

Do not pick this towing company. Absolutely no punctuality, no follow up, rude receptionists. Cost me $150 extra and had to get 2 PTO days from work because they simply could not come in time. How they operate at this level of incompetence is beyond me. They should be out of business.

We had to have our motorhome picked by a low bed tractor trailer on I95 then delivered to the dealer.. Victor the driver was amazing, polite, friendly and efficient. He treated our RV with kid gloves.. Thank you so much !!!!!

Horrible service. Don't bother calling this company, or if you already did, call another company, because they will tell you anything to make you keep on waiting for hours!! The truck arrived 3 hours later than initially already long ETA of over 1 hour. I called over 5 times to check on ETA, they kept on saying 30 minutes more... I was stuck in busy highway for a total of 4.5 hours, not to mention it was a 100+ degrees day. Finally came the truck with a driver who does not possess any customer service skills at all. His attitude when confronted about the delays was like oh well... what can I do..., while rolling his eyes. After all this mess, I asked to be dropped off at my house and for my car to be dropped off at the dealership. The manager ended up calling me and although I explained that my house is not out of way from the dealership, basically telling me oh, we're not uber, we won't do that, you can just call uber. WOW what a customer service. I hope all of the insurance companies read this and decide to drop this company from their roadside assistance list because these guys will make their customers miserable. What a mess. One more thing, it was pouring down when they finally came. The driver did not tied down my car to the flat bed. Also, not only the truck smelled like crap, there was no seat belt, and the driver was busy texting while driving and even worse, at some point, he attempted to watch a video on his cell phone!!! I started video taping this act, and he decided to stop. This company has no regard of safety. Lastly, when asked for a copy of the receipt, they said oh.. the receipt is only for the insurance company, only cash customers get receipts. I smell scam, so I told the driver that I will be sure to call my insurance company to verify the service and the distance that they did. They should be banned from the road for everyone's safety.

They did what I needed them to do, but they took about 4 hours to get it done when it should have taken 1 hour. Their dispatcher is super nice, but seems to never be able to get a hold of the drivers.

I have Goodsam Roadside service and needed my bus towed from Boca Raton to Miami, and these were the guys that came to get us. Very professional, very quick to arrive, and parked it very well in a tight spot for a 40ft bus. Would def recommend them if you need a bus towed.

I called for a tow while waiting on the side of an almost non-existent shoulder on I-75. I'm still waiting after 3 hours! When I called and spoke to the supervisor Kimberly Ricti, she basically gave me the run around and told me they could not tell me how long it would take for a driver to get there or even call me. Since when does a driver not call to give an ETA? Since when can't a dispatcher contact the driver? She was rude, unhelpful, and ignorant. Horrible service!

I called then at 11:30 am today it's 2:23pm and they still have not showed up I have call them many of yimes and the girl say they are on the way and she will have the driver call me well the driver never called me and they never came so I have wasted 3 hours of my time they suck!!!!!!!###//&*&/#! $@&()#$#*0^!!&)now it's 2:45 pm and the driver called me to get the address where I am at ...I don't understand people. ...

The driver was "less than 5 minutes away" and had "just taken the highway exit" for 3.5 hours and still failed to show up. Very unprofessional service.

horrible experience i called at 12pm and was told at 2pm that the order hadn't been placed because the receptionist went out to lunch..she later assured me that it would only take another 15 to 20 min. I called back at 3pm and was told to keep waiting and was told there was no manager at all on duty that could help...so please fill out applications as VMC towing cause they are in need of a manager.

If no stars were an option I'd be racing for give this place what it deserves. I know Miami isn't known for their customer service, but this place has got to be the worst I've encountered thus far in my life. I waited nearly 4.5 hrs for a driver to come. It takes a lot for me to get worked up, but waiting 4.5 hrs in the hot Miami humidity will be enough to send anyone over the edge. While trying to politely call & ask what was going on, they guy who answered the phone basically gave me a line of crap. "Oh, I'm sorry he's stuck in traffic" or "Oh he's 20 minutes away" I'm sorry, but it's completely unprofessional to not hold yourselves accountable for your actions. Irregardless of the excuses they threw out, all I asked for was for them to keep me informed.
